Shi'ites burn six Sunnis alive in Iraq

Sunni/Shi'ite Jihad Update from AP, :

Revenge-seeking Shi'ite militiamen grabbed six Sunnis as they left Friday worship services, doused them with kerosene and burned them alive near an Iraqi army post. The soldiers did not intervene, police Capt. Jamil Hussein said.

The savage revenge attack for Thursday's slaughter of 215 people in the Shi'ite Sadr City slum occurred as members of the Mahdi Army militia burned four mosques and several homes while killing 12 other Sunni residents in the once-mixed Hurriyah neighborhood, Hussein said.

Gunmen loyal to radical anti-American Shi'ite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr began taking over the neighborhood this summer and a majority of its Sunni residents already had fled.

The militiamen attacked and burned the Ahbab al-Mustafa, Nidaa Allah, al-Muhaimin and al-Qaqaqa mosques in the rampage that did not end until American forces arrived, Hussein said.

The gunmen attack with rocket-propelled grenades, heavy machine guns and automatic rifles. Residents said militiamen prevented them from entering burned structures to take away the bodies of victims.

What savagery -- the religion of 'peace' rearing it's ugly head again.

. . . the rampage that did not end until American forces arrived, Hussein said.

Why did the US forces intervene?

I would have thought i was the ultimate sin for
a muslim to attack any mosque...oh,that`s right
they`re all going to hell anyway !

Why did the US forces intervene?
by Pelayo

We're just that way I guess.

We need to see this in proportion. If twenty Sunni are killed, we need to see twenty Shia killed. Starting with Mookie first of course. I don't know if the saying kill the head and the body will die would apply to this situation.

Their battles need to be proportionate, just as those people cry about Israel's war with the muslims.

People with sense should see there is no good in islam.

Balls on a heifer!

The American Forces should start following the Prime Directive! Let alla sort 'em out!

Indeed they should. It's both amazing and alarming how few people have any sense. What ARE we doing?

Well, I guess we're expected to be sympathetic about this torching event, as the media is portraying it as a horrible thing. But, for me, personally, I find it hard to find sympathy with Muqtada al-Sadr's psycho Sunni elite.

My thoughts on it are that the Shi'a perpetrators of this incident did not just randomly torch innocent people here.

They seem to have selectively executed certain members of a Sunni Mosque, while leaving others alone. Had they wanted to, they could have torched the entire congregation while worshipping inside. Because of this, I am doubtful that this was a random act of violence.

Just my opinion. You're more than welcome to disagree with my analysis.

Wow... they call it Religion of Peace. It makes me wonder what these crapholes would be like if they were the followers of a Religeon of Hate?

"The American Forces should start following the Prime Directive! Let alla sort 'em out!"

Great idea. There's just one problem. We don't have President Jean Luc Picard, who obeyed the PD even if it meant some innocents died. We have James T. Kirk, who never obeyed the PD if he thought he knew better than everyone else.

The American NATION should follow the Prime Directive and leave all of these countries to themselves. To those who say we'd be abandoning the Iraqis who supported us, I ask what those Iraqis have done for us lately. They support the militias. Just look at the police who stood and watched when people were being doused with kerosene. They're not interested in rule of law. We got rid of Saddam (actually we gave them Saddam. We just got rid of his sons). They have no right to criticize us for leaving. They've earned it. SOMEONE knows everytime a bomb is planted or an attack planned. What do they do about it?
As for "fighting them there so we don't have to fight them here", why can't we change our immigration laws? People who can't COME here can't FIGHT here.

So, 'killing one human being (ofcourse, only a member of the umma is a human being) is like killing the entire humanity (i.e. the umma)' slogan is a selling line on the CAIR/MAS/IRNA pamphlets for infedel dogs invited to 'Undersianding Islam' or 'Inter-faith dialogues'. In day-to-day life, killing innocents (again, one belonging to the umma), is business as usual. As for te guilty/unbeliever (i.e. all those outside the umma), Dar al-Islam has this: http://www.aztlan.net/pearlvideo.htm

It is highly likely this is a propaganda report from the terrorists. This police capt has numerous news article associated to him, him being the only witness to the atrocities. Don't believe what you read or hear in the main stream US media. They lap up these stories like thirsty dogs.(get the analogy)

PMK,

Yeah, but Picard was a whimp! Now, Captain Kirk... He's the guy I'd put in charge of the Starship Iraq-prize!

If he didn't beat the crap out of 'em, he'd just mate with all their women!!!

Picard, on the other hand, is like the U.N. - Talk, talk, talk -- Ooops now we've created a problem, let's form a committee and condemn this and that.. Blah, blah, blah...

http://doctorbulldog.wordpress.com

Ooops, slip of the finger, that should have been, "Starship Iraqi-prize"

http://doctorbulldog.wordpress.com

Doctor Bulldog,I think you've had another slip of the pen. Moqtada al-Sadr is a Shiite.

I have no doubt the officers stood around and did nothing. It was either out of fear, or the perps were their fellow shia.

I'm sure there may be a few brave Iraqi males that will stand up for justice, but I think the majority would just as soon look the other way and live for another day. They will themselves soon enough be a victim of their own circumstance..er....religion.

I'm for birth control and castration. One for women and the latter for the males. We're spinning our wheels trying to help these people.

Shi'ites kill only 6, while Sunni's kill 215?
That is so disproportial, Kofi won't stand for it. Them Shi'ites better get busy.

ALERT TROLL MARYAM ("Im a devout English muslim" and I do not believe what you say about Islam) is on the suicide bomber 'Ahmed' bomber thread right now giving americaningermany a hard time. Im helping out come out and check it out at:

Bulldog,
You've got a point about Kirk and his fighting ability. I just remember Picard having a colder heart at times and leaving people fighting even though his guys wanted him to stop the war.
Kirk would just use the WMD and stun the entire country. Maybe wipe out their memories of why they're fighting. What we need is for him to do a time travel back to Mohammad's first sermons. Kirk could match him miracle for miracle. Maybe dare Mo to prove he traveled to Jerusalem and ascended to heaven with the archangel Gabriel. Now there's a movie I'd watch.

"I'm sure there may be a few brave Iraqi males that will stand up for justice, but I think the majority would just as soon look the other way and live for another day."

It's why we should leave with no shame. Tell them and the entire world: we tried. They weren't interested. We're leaving and we're never coming back. The lives of American servicemen should not be wasted on human trash. Americans soldiers have much better things to do and better lives to lead than to stand around Iraq waiting for the next IED to go off or to hear the cries of death to America everytime we try to help you. Iraqis: free thyselves.
"Pro-Western" Iranians: free thyselves.
Saudi Arabians: defend thyselves.

Spirit of 1683,

Ack! You're right! I don't know where my head was! Thanks for the correction. It's getting hard to tell the Shiites from the Sunnis now and days... urgh..

Cheers,

http://doctorbulldog.wordpress.com

After re-reading my earlier post, here's what I think I was trying to say:

I find it hard to find any sympathy with either the crazy Sunni elite who, in my opinion, are just as violent as Muqtada al-Sadr's psycho Shiites!

They are both acting like a bunch idiots! And, at this rate, they are on course for an implosion of epic proportions.

http://doctorbulldog.wordpress.com

Just a caution on this story

Curt over at Flopping Aces is working on the credibility of the original story. It's a work in progress, but he had come up with some good info to put doubts on the story

http://www.floppingaces.net/2006/11/25/getting-the-news-from-the-enemies-mouth/

Go take a look and judge for yourself.

I was under the impresison that it is against Muslim law that a body be burned?

Or does that rule only apply to infidels burning a Muslim body?

. It's getting hard to tell the Shiites from the Sunnis now and days... urgh..

yes how does one muslim tell another muslim what they are.. does a sunni pronounce differently, look differently, smell differently.. how can they go into a place and yank out a sunni? l mean l could go to a supermarket and could not tell you the difference between a Baptist, Roman Catholic, United ..
unless you ask how do you know?,

This shows one thing for certain--

sorting out a DEMOCRACY, a real one, in a land cursed with islam is impossible. The tryrannical heart of islam to both dominate and oppress-- kills even other islamics. Why didn't we face this before going in to Iraq? You can't make "brotherhood" among such savage enemies.

Hussein was a bloodthirsty tyrant who threatened everyone--destroying him and his government would have been enough. The idea we had to try to set up a democracy was there is lunacy. It can never be done with islamics.

islam--what a stench.

Savage and less than human. The beings who perpetrate this horror are less then we. Not one human I know could do this. It may be their souls have been stolen at a very young age. No matter, how it came to happen, they are lesser beings.

Interesting link! Could it be that this is the Iraqi version of the 'green helmet man' all over again?

http://www.floppingaces.net/2006/11/25/getting-the-news-from-the-enemies-mouth/

Now its between shias and sunnis and there are proposals to divide iraq into three small countries:

For kurds, shias and sunnis. The north going to kurds, the centre to sunnis and the south aligned with iran to shias.

This will further strengthen the regime in iran and cause extreme difficulties.

The islamist rage in the form of shia and sunni, and in terms of ethnic violence between the

kurds and turks, kurds and arabs etc is further vitiating the atmosphere. Only time will tell how this problem might be solved.

Can anyone doubt that "evil" exists?

Evil is and evil does!

In all candor, I have zero sympathy for Muslims killed by other Muslims. After all their crimes against us and the rest of the world for the last 1400 years and their subhuman celebrations on 9-11, my attitude is "good riddance." Like roaches killing other roaches........

Evil does exist. And anyone who sympathizes with or enables terrorism is evil as well.

If these Shi'ite were really good Muslims, shouldn't they have killed the Sunnis in a halal manner before the barbeque?

This may be a bigger story of the AP using someone that is not an Iraqi police spokesman (or even a policeman or Iraqi) as the source for this, and that is looks to be all BS (allah inspired, of course). There is a lot to read here:
http://floppingaces2.blogspot.com/

Moslem on Moslem killing is to be regreted of course, as is all loss of human life blah-blah-blah, but rather see 'em kill each other than us.
