And, if there are no bona fide moderate Muslims, how do you class Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, the Bangladeshi newspaper owner on trial for sedition for denouncing the anti-Israel/anti-Jewish propaganda that pervaids Bangladeshi society.

That's too bad. If you showed up you could challenge this "mosaic" crap that trivializes Islam and its belief-system. All cultures-religions must believe they are superior. That's the real nature of culture or else they dissolve.
People like Armstrong are imperialists peddling a Western Multicultural supremacist belief-system that does not take the supremacist assertions of Islam seriously. Instead, they tell Muslims and Unbelievers that those who assert the supremacism of Islam are not real Muslims and that Unbelievers must be bigots because they see reality re the Jihadists. Multicultural concepts imply that Saudi Arabia must be inferior because they do make judgements about other cultures and religions there. It's a stealth supremacist concept. At least the Saudis are honest. We must tip our hats to them for that.
The problem here is that people like Armstrong don't really take beliefs seriously and trivialize them. Because of Multiculturalism we were blind to how Islamic beliefs would reject secular democracy in Iraq.

Frank, that's an excellent point that needs to be reiterated as often as possible. People like Armstrong refuse to take seriously all the work of native Islamic scholars who have quite clearly defined what Islam is and isn't and, instead, try to inject their own PC Westernized viewpoint as being the 'authority' position of what Islam is.

Praeger presents himself as a person with a deep knowledge of both Arabic and Moslems, and insists that Moslems can be ok, can be moderate, which is of course impossible. There are hundreds of scriptural examples I could give on this, but show me how one can be moderate and at the same time worship this:

This is the single most foundational belief in all of Islam: world takeover, and its natural corollary of religion-as-war. Ain’t nothing moderate about that. Can’t be, cuz it involes a rich tapestry of supremacism, hatred, intimidation, pleasure in the murder of Moslems if not an personal willingness to murder, and so many other dark, ugly, radical forces.
So, it’s up to Praeger to resolve this passage from Mohammed’s sacralized biography, which all observant Moslems revere. If Dennis can’t do that, then he should shut the hell up with his pompous nationwide lecturing about truly good Moslems who are fine, normal people you'd just love to have move in next door.

Choudhry is neither beknighted by "religion of peace" nonsense nor is he a sleazy journo "looking for an angle".
He's already spent 17 months in jail for attempting to fly to Israel on a Bangladeshi passport, been beaten up by a hoard of 30 Islamists who descended on his offices in July, had his offices sacked in October, and appeared before an Islamist judge earlier this month, unbowed and arguing that there is nothing seditious about his activities.

You bet. The truth is that guys like Robert and Hugh really understand the nature of culture and religion and take the supremacist assertions of Islam seriously. They don't trivialize the belief-system (or any other belief-system) to some piece of a "mosaic". Multiculturalism is a stealth supremacist dogma and its supremacist assertions need to be challenged.

Also, in my opinion Dennis is by far the clearest and most thought provoking person I've ever listened to on radio.

It is through listening to you, that I've come to understand what is political correctness and multi-culturalism.
But you stopped short, in my opinion. As you quoted someone today, "Islam reformed is Islam no longer". I know you want there to be moderate Muslims speaking up, but being a moderate muslim is a contradiction in terms. Islam wants us to either convert, pay them taxes or die. Nick Berg and Daniel Pearl are examples.
Even while listening to your show, a Michael Medved commercial came on in which he said, "the radicals twisted interpretation of Islam". No, they aren't twisting anything. If anything, they are being more faithful to their teaching.
We in the West appear to be in big trouble. And we're not waking up.
You turned me on to LGF. I don't know if you read www.Jihadwatch.com, it's definitely a website I highly recommend. Also on Jihadwatch is a cd about Islam. Dennis, I don't know if you've seen it, but I couldn't more highly recommend it.
