Daniel Johnson in the New York Sun (thanks to DFS) comments on the rapid advance of Ahmadinejadization at the BBC.
"It began with Israel and it will only end with Israel!" It was the authentic voice of the British Broadcasting Corporation, or at least one of its most renowned and respected presenters, at a cocktail party last week. The Iraq Study Group, he declared, had finally sounded the death knell of the Bush doctrine. A chastened president would now have to kick out the neocon kids and listen to the "grownups." And the top priority would now be the unfinished business not just of 2001, but of 1967 and even of 1948. Had not James Baker himself — the most grown-up of all the grownups — endorsed both the return of the Golan Heights and the Palestinian right of return in his celebrated report? The BBC now has a huge audience in America as well as in the rest of the world for its endless reiteration of the implied thesis that the Jewish state is the root of all evil — not only of war in the East but of terrorism in the West too — and that the " Israel lobby" rules in Washington. Gloating over the supposed triumph of Realpolitik since the midterm elections, the BBC can hardly contain its Schadenfreude at the departure not merely of Donald Rumsfeld but also of John Bolton.
Interviewing Mr. Bolton shortly before he announced his resignation, the same BBC presenter was taken aback by the acerbic ambassador's refusal to apologize for the invasion of Iraq, or indeed to agree with any of his assumptions about American policy: past, present, or future. The habitual hostility with which Bush administration officials are treated by the BBC was, unusually, turned back on the interviewer. "How do you know what my expectations were in 2003?" Mr. Bolton wanted to know.
Read it all.
The BBC must stand for Babbling Baloney Corp nowadays-this was once a highly reputable news outlet. Now it appears to be a mere affiliate of al-Jazeera that spouts the "party line" of Islamania. At least many of the presenters are rather good looking-I'll give them that.
Right of return? Start with muslim occupied cyprus, muslim occupied Pakistan and Bangladesh. Muslim occupied Lebanon and muslim occupied Persia. And the center of old Christianity muslim occupied Bethleham and Constantinople.
Should I keep going?
Americans privately, and the American government, should deny all money to any NPR station that carries the BBC. For the BBC World Service, with such people as John Simpson in control (google "John Simpson" and "Jihad Watch" and "Posted by Hugh") is no different from the Lord Hawhas and Tokyo Roses of yore, and while it is disturbing to read the BBC propaganda on behalf of Islam, and the usual blend of antisemitism, reflected in its grotesque coverage of Israel, and of anti-Americanism, in its grotesque coverage of almost everything else that happens in the world, it is intolerable to realize that American government funds, or our own, when we contribute because we like Science Friday or the Magliozzi brothers, is also going to support the now-hideous BBC.
And the Beeb wonders why Israel's largest cable tv supplier bumped the Beeb for Al-Jazeerah's English channel.
"...the Palestinian right of return..."
This sticks in my craw. These guys lost a war, therefore they had two choices-live in the land of the victor and behave yourself (pay the consequences otherwise) or get out (plenty of Arab and Muslim countries out there). That's the way war is-at least in Israel the Muslims who stayed and behaved were given rights that few losers in any war would ever dream of. The UN created this "problem" when it stupidly said these losers all have a "right" to return. Why did these losers get special rights? After WW2 millions of Germans were expelled from Eastern Europe-people who lived there for centuries- nobody talks about their rights to "return". Other losers of wars were similarly displaced but only one loser-the palestinians-get a special right to "return". Why is that? They have no more right to "return" than any other loser, pure and simple. Let them do as those expelled Germans did-make a new and better life elsewhere and shut the hell up already!

Look what happens the word is censored.Might offend some "British" people.
So much for British Free Speech.
The BBC are not as popular as they think, they provided the evidence of the BNP race trial which was brought by the BLair govt. and lost.
I am not a BNP Supporter but I am in favour of free speech and the truth.
They are also funded by a mandatory licence fee and I feel that it is time that we start a campaign to
BOYCOTT THE BIASED BROADCASTING CORPORATION LICENCE FEE.
How many muslims work at BBC??

Presumably more than a few, but most of the non-Muslims are rabid Arabists.
And presumably, this renowned "presenter", which is a very nice way of describing these pompous meat puppets, had nothing at all to say about the credulousness of Baker/ISG wanting to bring Iran and Syria into the discussions in the cause of peace in Iraq.
-from above

and that the " Israel lobby" rules in Washington.
clearly its the "SAUDI LOBBY" that currently reigns supreme
BBC is the home for islamic propaganda for very long time! It is strange that no one didn't notice that before.
Long time ago that television was hijacked by leftist and neo-liberal missionaries.
Sometimes I even believe that they are the reason of blindness of British nation. All the trust that people had in them they used to spread left agenda and lies about world events.
We can see that BBC is already fully 'conquered' by islam-lovers, but i noticed infiltration into CNN too(Christiane Amonpour)etc.
In case of media we can't allow ourselfs to boycott. It is important not to leave it work against interest. It should go through some change because if it stays like this it will continue its subversive actions.

This doesn’t answer your question directly but will give you a flavour of their aims.
http://www.ministryoftruth.org.uk/2006/05/31/tokenism-rules-okay/
The BBC currently employs 10.2% of its staff from black and ethnic minorities, and 5.2% of its senior management. Targets for the end of 2007 are 12.5% and 7% respectively.
Mr Phillips said the BBC’s targets were still too low.
"It’s fine for [the BBC director of television] Jana Bennett to aim for a 10% target on screen, of characters and contributors, because that chimes with, or even exceeds, the percentage of minorities in the national audience.
"But on employment, the pool from which the BBC draws two-thirds of its staff [in cities like London, Birmingham and Manchester] is one-third ethnic minority.
"Do the sums: 10.2% is way underperforming. It’s not hideous, but it’s not good."

The BBC is the public radio and television operator in Great Britain and takes very seriously its mission of reflecting the diversity of contemporary British society, both in terms of programme content and hiring policy.
The ethnic composition of the BBC's personnel roll must correspond to that of the country as a whole, which means that at least 10 percent of its staff must be of foreign origin. In comparison, the average in other European broadcasters is between 2 and 3 percent, whereas the population of immigrant origin accounts for about 8.5 percent of all inhabitants.
And Greg Dyke the Director General described the BBC as "hideously white" in 2003.
Thet ARE Masters of propaganda and manipulation.
and some simple weak minds fall for it.
some.
Israel is the ONLY decent society in the middle East. they are the ones truly wanting peace and Arabs/Palestinians/MUSLIMS worldwide are the ones committing atrocities.
Never forget that.
'And Greg Dyke the Director General described the BBC as "hideously white" in 2003.'
If he really tries, I think he could self-loath a little harder - get on the stick Greg.
The link to BBC news has found a home in the "Ummah" folder on my computer.
"A chastened president would now have to kick out the neocon kids and listen to the "grownups." (...) Had not James Baker himself — the most grown-up of all the grownups — endorsed both the return of the Golan Heights and the Palestinian right of return in his celebrated report?"
Wow, just the sort immature dribble that I'd expect from someone with an arrested develeopment. As with ALL Liberals, they project precisely their own failures and shortcomings upon others.
BBC: "Blatant Bull Crap"
BBC could never compete on a commercial level so they rely on their "sugar daddy" (British taxpayers) to keep their propaganda club operating. Who needs Al-Jazeera when BBC is so adept at undermining the war on Islamofascism?
The beeb is a boob. Of boobs, for boobs. It's shameful that taxpayers fund it.
BBC? is that British for Al-Jezeerah??
How do you know what my expectations were in 2003?" Mr. Bolton wanted to know.
INDEED!!
WE will miss this man.
Do you all seriously expect the BBC, with its reputation for unbiased coverage, to express the extraordinary, esoteric, ethnic-cleansing provoking (with regard to the Arabs under Israeli occupation (we're not allowed to call them Palestinians here)) extreme right-wing (being pro-Israel doesn't absolve you from the accusation of Fascism),Evangelical Christian (the backbone of the right in the USA, despite everything Jesus ever said), 'Fox News' swallowing, views of this sinister hate site?
The world doesn't see things the way you do? Ever wondered why? Even the mainstream of Israeli opininion would be horrified at the violent moral turpitude expressed on this site (by Robert and Hugh as well as their legion of 'commenters').
I think BBC stands were brainless bastards of Calais it appears to be a organization that could not make it without the government backing and if Britain because Muslimthe BBC is going to lose a lot a pro-Islamic people because they're gay and homosexuals under Islamic law are executed
If Europe is complicitous in a second holocaust of the Jews - and it appears heading that way - what does, what will Europe 'mean' ever again?
I don't think there are any good answers to what is happening in Iraq right now, which is not even a civil war, but more a hideous "all against all" horror of sectarian, religious and ideological internecine violence.
Still, the thing I found most shocking about the Iraq study group's recommendations (most of which are just a mish-mash) was the urging to engage Syria and even Iran as "influential neighbors" of Iraq. Yes, they *are* influential, in that they have both done their utmost to foment and fund the violence tearing that country apart. It is not directly analagous, but is rather like inviting Chancellor Hitler to help with stabilizing Czechoslavakia in 1938, because Germany had so much influence in that country's affairs.
What I find even more disturbing is that this insanity is not being presented as a sort of misguided, idealistic attempt to "dialogue" with one's enemies to find common ground toward peace. If it was, I could find it willfully naive, but hardly surprising. But instead of being considered "idealistic", the idea of approaching our worst enemies, those who have literally sworn our destruction, is being presented as practical, hard-nosed "realpolitik".
The renewed focus on Israel is also unwelcome. Even though Israel has been under enormous pressure from the election of Hamas a year ago and the abduction of their soldiers by Hamas and Hizb'allah (who are still missing, perhaps dead) leading to the Lebanon war, at least there was little push in the last few months to get them to cede yet more "land for peace".
As disasterous as retreat from Gaza has been, it would be so much worse to retreat from the Golan Heights. Surely, it would be used for terrorist attacks against Isreael, just as Gaza and southern Lebanon have. But instead of facing on somewhat isolated parts of northern and western Israel, the Golan Heights give direct access to the heart of Israel, including the capital of Jerusalem.
Of course, granting the "right of return" would simply mean the end of Israel (no on is clamoring for right of return for all the Jews driven out of majority Muslim countries over the past fifty years). Letting the region's only democracy fall would be a permanent stain on the reputation of the West.
"It began with Israel and it will only end with Israel!" Of course, nothing would "end with Israel"--if--God forbid--the West and the US did completely abandon Israel, it would just greatly embolden the Jihadis in their campaigns against everybody else.
