All this shows is that Muslim parents are so devoid of imagination as to name evety male child after Chairman Mo.................whereas English parents are so diverse as to name their sons after 101 others and so have a wider variety of names...............if 2833 boys are named Mohammed but only 1200 are named Richard and 1500 named John and 2500 are called Tom.............you pretty much get Mohammed moving up the ratings............but who would call a boy Noah, or oscar, or Rhys, or Joseph in the 21st century ?

I disagree. I am a British, and although I see a lot of crap happening here at home, I still have hope. The moment we give up hoping is the moment we completely lose what the West stands for. I agree that at this moment in time, politicians are not doing what they should be doing, but as long as we have hope, there is room for real change.

The problem is this: Politicians are used to dealing with territorial disputes, civil unrest, left vs right, and problems with economic resources. The truth is that our politicians are NOT used to dealing with religious conflicts. As a result many of them are denying that this IS a religious conflict, hence why they call it 'war on terror' instead. Much as they don't want it to be 'Islam vs Christianity', it is, or more precisely it is an 'Islam vs Civilized religions and secular thought' war.

To tell you the truth, I do not believe that this war can be won by arms alone. This war can be won by education alongside traditional war. We are fighting an ideology, not any individual government. If we don't defeat the jihadist ideology, Islam, then we really have no victory at all, and more of the same will happen given another couple of decades.

The politicians seem to have a pathological aversion to the truth, but eventually they will have to face it. Have faith, the West will not surrender or fall. Logic says that God approves of Democracy and freedom, therefore we are God's people. Christianity lead to our freedom and democracy, and God will help us in some way. We may not be perfect, but we have the best system known to mankind, we should be a shining example to the whole world rather than cave into Islamic demands. If it was not for my faith, I too would have given up. The West and our way of life and culture is worth protecting, it's worth fighting and even dying for if necessary to preserve what we have for future generations.

R, you put the list of names on the top of the article - when I click onit it takes me to the Telegraph newspaper - when I click on their list of boy's name I get the full graph of the names for the last few years - and see Mo' is # 22.

So then after all this trouble I went to - I see that the newspaper LIED! LIED!

Revenge attack

Zahid Mohammed said he was part of a gang of Pakistani youths who drove in a stolen car to get revenge for an incident in which one of the other members had been struck by a bottle outside a Glasgow night club. He said one gang member wanted to pick up a boy, chop his head off and take his eyes out.

Advocate depute Mark Stewart asked Zahid Mohammed, if it was it an Asian boy, a Chinese boy, a black boy they sought? He replied: "A white boy."

So 15-year Kriss Donald was abducted for no other reason than for simply being white and on the streets of his Pollokshields neighbour in south Glasgow.

Kriss wasn’t just beaten, stabbed and set on fire; he was also castrated, had his tongue cut off and had his eyes gouged out – all before he was stabbed, covered in petrol, set on fire and left to crawl, blind and in agony, through mud and filth in his final desperate and vain struggle for life.

(AkI) - Moves are afoot to build a mammouth mosque in the city of Cordoba - the capital of 'al-Andalus' or the area of southern Spain under Arab rule from the eighth to the 15th century AD. The mosque, being conceived as a kind of 'European mecca' will become the second largest in the world, and will be built with Saudi Arabian funding, according to Spanish daily ABC.

Cordoba's current Muslim population is approximately 1,000. But it has for some time been asking to be allowed to pray in a part of the city's cathedral, which was a mosque until the Catholic reconquest. Prior to Arab rule, it was a basilica, however. The request - a thorny issue that re-emerges periodically in Spain - has always been rejected by the cathedral.

The idea of an enormous mosque - put forward by Saudi Arabia and other countries - has already been put twice to Cordoba's city council - in 2005 and previously in 2003. But like the request for Muslims to be able to pray in the cathedral, it has always been turned down.

The planned mega mosque is not the only project Muslims have in mind for Spain. One of the country's main Muslim associations, the Islamic Committee, would like to build a large multi-purpose centre in Cordoba that would be open to the public, located near its headquarters and the al-Morabito mosque.

In the Andalusian city of Seville, the local council has granted planning permission for a new mosque to be built on council land near the Los Bermejales district. There is a relevant story in the Talmud (context omitted):

A shepherd tended his flock in the forest, and found a cute little baby wolf, sick, dying, and he had pity for it (we all know how cute and fuzzy little baby wolves look). So he took it with him back home, and he nursed it and weaned it from his goats. His employer came to him and said, "Kill it! Don't have pity for it, so that some day it won't cause a tragedy to the sheep. Kill it!" But the shepherd didn't listen---he had pity... for the wolf. When the wolf grew up, it would see a goat---and kill it! A goat---and eat it! The shepherd's employer came to him and said, "Did I not tell you not to have pity?!"

The employer is God, and the story relates to the commandment not to have pity on enemies.

The shepherd, in the context of this story, is any leader of the nation of Israel, but for our purposes it would be any Western leader.

The wolf---I'll give you one guess...

I have a Romanian friend studying in the university of Bucharest who meets many different European students, including Swedish and Norwegian. He told me that the stories he hears from them are uniform---they now live in terror, the Muslims they have allowed into their countries murder, rape, loot, and harrass individuals, especially women, in public. Many Swedes and Norwegians are doing all they can to immigrate to the U.S. or Australia.

Demography will be our downfall, if our leaders don't wake up and shake free from the suicidal, self-imposed political correctness that has been paralyzing the West and India for the last few decades.

For those who are rightly concerned regarding demographic conquest via democratic means; remember, numbers don't always cancel out "quality." Such a precedent was established long ago.

If they ever truly have the world, I'd bet it would be due to humanity colonizing other satellites and worlds and leaving them behind.

I don't agree-- maybe a few years ago but not anymore. I've worked in the Eurozone for a while and those countries have been enacting laws with real teeth to keep Muslims out and encourage eastern Europeans, and European-descended immigrants in the Americas and Australia to work there.

Denmark, Germany and Austria in particular have gotten very tough about this and are having more Muslims (usually Turks but many Arabs as well) emigrate than enter after their recent policy changes. But even France has shown some spine recently-- the new French law not only effectively blocks Arab immigration to France, it also provides generous conditions to deport any Muslims who engage in crime or extemism. Even the Dutch and Belgians have been moving down this same path.

If anything, I'm more worried about places like the US, Canada and Australia where there's more of a sort of open-border policy going on. Muslims are the most rapidly-growing element in the US, Canadian and Australian immigration pools (with Indonesia in particular becoming a big source to Australia), and conversion of native-born citizens, especially Blacks is enormously high. IOW, a sort of American-erabia, Australia-erabia are now very much cropping up here.

well looking at the number of rapes that Muslims pull and how many children the married ones have compared to other ethnic people i.e., Scots. The Welsh and Irish, and the English themselves. All I can say is Muslims are an oversexed bunch, unfortunately, most whites in Great Britain, are choosing not to have children, where people from peasant and tribal cultures that are still prevalent in the middle and Far East and have large families are going to make up most of the new children being born, and their parents will use names from their culture. Not Western culture.

No, the rapes are part of their war against the west. Part of the conquest. It's called jihad rape. In every war it has been a known fact that women of the enemy's side are raped as villages are plundered and ransacked. Also, since women in that culture have no rights it just becomes a free for all with those men especially since we are "uncovered meat". Not what you think it is. They are no more oversexed then the average Tom, Dick or Harry.

Since muhammad stole some parts of the Bible for the koran, there are some Biblical names in that book. Adam (pronounced Aa-dum) is one. Abraham is modified to ibrahim (pronounced ebraheem). Moses is called as musa (pronounced moo-sa).
