Zawahri to Dems: you didn't win, we did

Zawahri claims victory in the U.S. midterm elections. How much he will be setting policy remains unclear. "Al Qaeda Sends a Message to Democrats," by Brian Ross and Hoda Osman at the ABCNews blog, with thanks to Davida:

Al Qaeda has sent a message to leaders of the Democratic party that credit for the defeat of congressional Republicans belongs to the terrorists.

In a portion of the tape from al Qaeda No. 2 man, Ayman al Zawahri, made available only today, Zawahri says he has two messages for American Democrats.

"The first is that you aren't the ones who won the midterm elections, nor are the Republicans the ones who lost. Rather, the Mujahideen -- the Muslim Ummah's vanguard in Afghanistan and Iraq -- are the ones who won, and the American forces and their Crusader allies are the ones who lost," Zawahri said, according to a full transcript obtained by ABC News.

It is certainly "somewhat" of a win for islam. Dems in power. Are we screwed?

We're ALL in free fall into the future. Some days it's hard to
stay optimistic. Today IS A "WE ARE F*CKED" DAY.

I would like for the entire dem party to go to syria for a celebration dinner -- complements of al Q and company; then, revoke their passports so they can't return.

Sorry, just dreamin...

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!

I don't vote democrat. they probably will negotiate with him.

Although those coming in know even less than those they are deposing about how to handle the conflict (muchless anything else), we're not screwed...they are since it will come back to haunt them.

The only reason the lunatic spoke this was because he thought that by helping the press influence the elections, the cut-n-runners would automatically move our troops out...it didn't.

He failed to realize the Dems are 3 sub-groupings, the cut-n-runners are in the leadership, then the fence-riders who follow the polls, then the "blue-dog" conservatives in the dem party. The C-n-rs failed to take power as they'd hoped (hence some of their choices for chairs voted down resoundingly by the bluedogs as way too leftist like mOslem murtha), and so on.

Like blackmail among crooks, he felt backstabbed, hence the resulting newsflash that isnt news to us at all.

His fatal mistake...assumption, the mother of all f**kups. He assumed something would happen,it didn't, and ya get this.

Screwed?...Not by a LONG shot. He's trying to "punish" the leftists in his own way for not giving him what he'd hoped would be an easy kill, by "exposing" something that isn't exactly a state secret to the Americans anyway.
A real circus in the making...

Witness - It's a fine dream - In November 2004, the day after I voted for Kerry, I went to Damascus with a friend to "check up" on his son who was enrolled in language school.

Cured ME -- that place is N-A-S-T-Y.

These are really disgusting comments. Bush was a moron for going into Iraq and everyone in power always knew that. In fact we wargamed just such an invasion back in 1999 with an assumed force of 400,000 troops and we still couldn't hold the country together.

As for the terrorists: I could give a rat's @$$ what they think. Bush lost in 2000 and he lost again in 2004. He was never the legitimate President. The only reason the election wasn't stolen this time around is because the "elites" knew we were on the verge of seeing rich people shot dead in the streets. Clearly the crooks in Florida 13 never got the memo that they weren't supposed to steal another.

He only wished!

The reason why the dems won was becuase King George screwed up and did not send Mr. Zawahri to his appointed dirt nap. Not to worry unlike Muslims and their holy books and government we can undo our mistakes....

You see we love life unlike muslims...we live to fight another day...

Is it possible they still don't understand our system of government, that it isn't parliamentary and that a Democratic majority in Congress doesn't automatically mean a change in leadership at the executive level?
What will happen in January when Bush is refusing to pull the troops out, but instead is surging?

The Muslims are telling the truth and the Dems still have no policy except "cut and run". (which is exactly what the Terrorists desire)

Wait! I am wrong here is how it goes...

Muslims love death

Europeans love life

Americans love winning!

Guess what that means Mr. Z!!!!

You die, Europe lives, We win!

Uh oh...kool-aid alert...again...lol
(obviously he forgot to mention florida 11, not 13, which started the whole ball of wax to begin with...lol)

It keeps reminding me why it's called "out in left field" anyway...but that, like the kool-aiders, bears no relevance to this thread, or forum for that matter, or anything relevant to reality anyway.

gotta love it though...lol

"Is it possible they still don't understand our system of government, that it isn't parliamentary and that a Democratic majority in Congress doesn't automatically mean a change in leadership at the executive level?" posted by PMK

No Mr. Z thinks he has won becuase Bush is still president and the Dems control congress. With that combo he thinks he can't fail!

Bush is like a dem anyway...glass jaw..

I wanna see that footage--with closed captioned English translation--rolling after the next attack on American or European soft targets.

I'll be happy to donate to the group that buys the airtime.

"Zawahri claims victory in the U.S. midterm elections."

How exactly, can he claim that? The tool had nothing to do with the elections! Or did he??

Tastes great....less filling.....tastes great....less filling....

OK, who cares? A lot of people who want us the hell out of Iraq are not "cut and runners", but rather "islam isolators". This egyptian sack-o-crap has as much understanding of American politics as an orangutan in the zoo.

Deb, read the book "Unholy Alliance", or see http://www.discoverthenetwork.org a subsite to David Horowitzs http://www.frontpagemag.com
He seems to stand in good with Robert and passes muster, too.
You'll get all you need there.

pneumatikon,
In the not too distant future, we will require ID to vote and that will dramatically reduce the lib/donk vote, of course they may be able to bolster their constituency with felons but only temporarily. In the distant future there will be an intelligence test as well. Look out you may be disenfranchised.

From the ABC News Blog linked above:

"Zawahri calls on the Democrats to negotiate with him and Osama bin Laden, not others in the Islamic world who Zawahri says"

Hmmm....don't Muslims generally want to negotiate when they are losing?

Conversely, if they want us to negotiate with them, doesn't that mean we are winning?

I think the message is hilarious! Yeah, the Dems are pro-Islamists!! Maybe Kerry can arrange a one-on-one with Osama and "dialogue."

hmmm. What I find interesting is that throughout the Arab world, vast numbers allege that the U.S. is just a puppet and that others pull the strings (this trope is used over and over again). Now we have Islamists claiming that *they* are "the puppet masters" and that the Dems are the puppets. Another pathetic instance of projection?

We have the same thing happening here in Canada. When the Liberal Party chose a new leader, the local head of the pro-Islamist group claimed that the real credit for the win should go to Muslims -- that it was, in fact, the Muslim vote who got that French what's-his-name elected as leader of the liberal party (now the Liberal Party of Canada is in debt to Muslims). It's like black mail.

Are we winning? No… Are we losing? No… Are we understanding the ideology as a people? Yes. Will we win? How strong are your convictions? Are you willing to die for what you believe in? If the answer of 70% of the people is yes, we will win! I have no doubt and you should have none either. But remember. Never, ever, ever, underestimate your enemy.

It's hard to feel positive when you hear things like this.
But. Off Topic
The twin sonic booms of the Space Shuttle caught me by suprise about a half hour ago. They had said earlier that it would be a wave off to CA. But the weather cleared just enough at the last minute.
Wow!
It really makes you proud to be an American. Ain't no Muslim space shuttle.
I wonder what they put up there this time? They sure did a lot of rewiring and then dropped off some new satellites.
Who knows, a death ray? Zap Iran off the map?

auntbea.....nothing wrong with a little wishful thinking!

why its simp[ly obsurd for ole al to take all the credit for dhimmicrats winning the majority in congress.
the dhimmicrats fought tooth and nail to protect the rights of muslims to attack and slaughter americans, they leaked classified info to the terrorist to aid and support them in avoiding capture and kill more americans!
the dhimmicrats done everything within their power to help the terrorist slaughter americans to make president bush and the republicans look incpable of defeating the terrorist!
so ole al cant take all the credit!

thndrbang1,
Forget about them and start concentrating on what we will do in the future. Do you want people on your side that will run away? Not me, I prefer proven allies. Who are they,? We don’t have any except Australia and maybe Britian. It is going to be a helluva fight and you better start preparing for it now. I’m there, how bout you?

The Republican Party lost because of their stand on the open borders and the soft touch toward islam.
I know the dhimmicrats won't do even as much as the Republicans, (for the US, that is).
All we should have done is vote the right back in and hope for the next election.
Teaching lessons to political parties tends to be an experience in "cutting off the nose to spite the face", now see who is in control...Pelosi, Schumer (he kind of gets the islam thing), Kennedy (OMG), and the muslim-brownnosers -Durban, Michigan guy (can't think of his damned name to save me) etc. All these dummies are gun-grabbers, (you know they do not want us to be able to defend ourselves.)
Just hope we can elect a strong leadership next time.
We need to hold their feet to the fire about islam.

Republicans can go to hades, I’m a conservative patriot above all else, they are not, as you can see.

"Are we understanding the ideology as a people?" asked by Tgusa

You, me, and damn near every commenter here at JW understands it. It also includes most of the ordinary people in the US. However, either the political leadership does not understand or else they are acting like idiots. If they are acting, they are doing a damn good job.

Pelayo,
I have read your posts from my beginning, you continue to grow, and that’s our edge.

"Zawahri to Dems: 'you didn't win, we did'"

He don't look like a winner to me. I mean anybody that's got that thing on his forehead wears . . .

Somewhat OT:

Madhi Bray lectures Virgil Goode .....

Muslim Immigration Remarks Continue to Draw Fire, Support
By Randy Hall
CNSNews.com Staff Writer/Editor
December 22, 2006

(CNSNews.com) - A Republican lawmaker's statements regarding Muslims and immigration continued to generate controversy when a Muslim group accused the congressman of "1950s-style Dixie" prejudice, but an organization for immigration reform said the Virginia congressman had issued a "patriotic Paul Revere-style warning."

Mahdi Bray, executive director of the Muslim American Society Freedom Foundation, is sending a copy of the Koran to Rep. Virgil Goode, the lawmaker at the center of the row.

"The congressman's statements were prejudiced and reflected how little he knows about both the immigration policy and Islam," Bray said in a statement.

"It seems like 1950s-style Dixie deja vu all over again," Bray said. "Many Southern politicians during that era wanted to shut blacks out of public life and warned against the integration of African-Americans into the social and political fabric of America.

"It seems as if Congressman Goode is serving the same bigoted soup, just in a different bowl," he added.

Bray disagreed with another Muslim organization, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which has called on the Virginia Republican to apologize for his statement, contained in a letter sent to a constituent.

"The congressman doesn't need to apologize," Bray said. "What he really needs to do is educate himself about Islam, America's fastest-growing religion."

Bray suggested that Goode read a sura in the Koran that states: 'O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other)."

He said Goode should also recall the biblical passage: "love thy neighbor as thyself."

Goode received support Friday from the U.S. Immigration Reform Political Action Committee (USIRP), which said the lawmaker "is issuing a patriotic Paul Revere-style warning," adding, "we need more such voices."

Zawahri thinks he's such a big man. Big wow! Just because. I don't care!

Boston, the best rock band of all time!

As Ralph Kramden might say "Hardy har har"! These terrorists excel at one thing-running at the mouth. These loudmouths sound more like they're whistling past a graveyard in the dark-even their attempts to gloat fall short. What a bunch of losers, each and every one of them.

Zawahiri: "And if you don't refrain from the foolish American policy of backing Israel, occupying the lands of Islam and stealing the treasures of the Muslims, then await the same fate," he said."

Presumably, this message is addressed to the Democrats. What does he mean by that? The same fate as who? The Republicans? That makes no sense. There are only 2 parties here. So if the Democrats refuse to withdraw they will lose the election next time and the Republicans, who refused to back off in the first place, will be voted back in? Is that the fate he is talking about?

I suspect that what he is talking about here is that if the Democrats don't withdraw then Muslims will continue to slaughter Iraqi Muslims with abandon just to show the Democrats that they are losers too. Oh, that makes sense! That's the winning spirit for the ummah! Slaughter a whole bunch of Muslims to prove to the Democrats that they are losers too and that Muslims are the winners! I swear, sometimes it is truly challenging to try to bend one's mind around the logic and thinking of these primitive, barbaric people with their zero-sum notions of winning and losing. They are willing to murder tens of thousands of Muslims to somehow save face and demonstrate that Muslims win and infidels lose in such a scenario! Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face!

Caroline,

Al Zawahiri is (incredibly) a medical doctor, he is a highly educated man.
How he doesn't see through the barbaric and primitive ideology of Islam is the most puzzling question. But I don't think it is us who have to be mindbenders to understand it, we better confront them and get them out of our lands and culture...

Please check out Sheik yer'mami's new songs and comment on:

http://sheikyermami.com/2006/12/19/zarqawi/

As an educated Dr of Medicine, think this slime is not even close to a Dr…Maybe Dr. Frankenstein or Dr. Hyde.

No matter what, AQ is always claiming some kind of victory. But with the Dems taking power in Congress, AQ got a victory.

I'll be watching the news and puking at the same time once the new Congress takes office.

Sheik - I did indeed listen to your song when you posted it earlier today somewhere. I especially loved this part of your lyrics:

"We will conquer your country with the bellies of our women
We will outbreed you in 10/20 years time
Political correctness will assist us
You’ll be surprised how fast we multiply
We will use your liberal laws against you
Your welfare system works for us just fine
We will sue your socks off for discrimination
And your silly immigration laws
Will never allow you to draw the line
We call you racist, and Islamophobic
That always works to shut you up
The spirit of political correctness
The silliness of human rights
You guys are ready pushover
You don’t even realize:
We already control your institutions,
We bought your media, and your politicians too
With the help of Saudi money,
Youre all such suckers for a little honey..."

I still remember how surprised I was to hear your song, "Winds of Jihad" and realize that that song was actually written by our very own humble sheik!

I love the lyrics to your new song. Talk about speaking truth to power! In retrospect, in the 60's we merely had a pseudo-revolution, a dress-rehearsal for the real thing, like Don Quixote tilting at windmills. Now we are confronted with the real thing - the need for a bona fide resistance. Did you see the video posted at LGF of the rap group Stuck Mojo?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymLJz3N8ayI

I admit that I've never been a big fan of rap but if its militant instincts head in that direction then I may be forced to rethink my feelings about the genre.

I am through trying to explain the democratic process we have to those who have no idea what it means. Idiots, the house makes no policy. None, a big fat zero, quit lying and trying to frighten our weak. http://www.rules.house.gov/

Malinois: "He [Mahdi Bray] said Goode should also recall the biblical passage: "love thy neighbor as thyself."

I love how Muslims always resort to quoting Biblical passages to Christians when they want to invoke the Golden Rule. Watch for it. They always say, "Well, you're not exactly following the model of Jesus are you?"

In this sort of situation, have you ever seen a Muslim say to a Christian, well shouldn't you really ought to be more like Muhammad?

No. And why doesn't Bray ask that question or actually quote what the Koran says about the Golden Rule if he wants to lecture Goode on Islamic ethics?

Answer: Because the Koran doesn't embrace the Golden Rule as a normative ethical prescription. And the reason Muslims ask Christians why they don't follow the example of their prophet Jesus, instead of asking them instead - why can't you be a little more like our prophet Muhammad when dealing with us, is because their own prophet was a ruthless mass murderer, who had no grasp of the Golden Rule. That's why.

In response to this sort of manipulative bullshit, infidels like Goode or like any of us, when confronted with this sort of manipulation ought to say, "Why my friend, I am merely inspired by YOUR prophet in taking my stance here today. And really, as a true believer (and I respect that, I really do!), you ought to be flattered by the compliment!" And then smile really really sweetly.

I think the bottom line is rather simple...and al-Z made a serious error...look at it from a possible unnoticed scenario perspective if you prefer...

He thought by his & his cronies influence by playing the western press like the fiddle they do (and as a result put theopposition in power) that everything would change, we'd leave iraq forthwith, and all that...it didn't happen, he got flustered and tried to blackmail the dems (I doubt the dems are willing accomplices, but they did play to the tune which didn't help matters).

Now he wants blood because things didn't happen like he expected (read that as a slap in the face towards his own intelect in front of his peers,or captive audience as the case may be) and looks like a total ass to his own followers, thus, this tirade towards the press, dems, et. al.

It really matters less of the domestic details than it does him making this colossal blunder.
In his eyes, and in most muslims for that matter, he came off as a failure in more ways than one, and appears to be throwing a childish tantrum. It doesn'tmake him look superior..it makes him look like an imature child...and thus he marginalizes himself by his own vitriol.

It just what one would easily see if ya put yourself in the shoes of the terrorists themselves.
He has made a critical error in judgement, and he just handed us a golden opportunity.
Too bad, we in the west are too wrapped up in our own issues to capitalize on it.

Ooops, there it went...

;-)

PS- Carolyn, right on...al-z is classic case in point of Teddy Roosevelt over 100 years ago:
"...to educate a man in mind but not in morals is to educate a menace to society."

However, either the political leadership does not understand or else they are acting like idiots. If they are acting, they are doing a damn good job.

Posted by: Pelayo at December 22, 2006 07:18 PM

... and that is why it is important to hold politicians, elected or wanna-be-elected, responsible / accountable, because in our system of government, elected officials hold the key to victory or trechery. Take dubya as an example.. as a president/commander-in-chief, he has untold wealth and power at his disposal and yet, he opens borders for crooked businesses, dances to Riyadh's tunes, prosecutes deligent border-petrols and thretens patriotic Minutemen. Thus, this elected traitor and his administration are the rotting head of the USofA... and like they say, Fish starts rotting in the head........

""Mahdi Bray, executive director of the Muslim American Society Freedom Foundation, is sending a copy of the Koran to Rep. Virgil Goode, the lawmaker at the center of the row."

Could this be a call to conversion? If SO, then Goode should dump it in the toilet...ON VIDEOTAPE...lol.

Re: Zawahri to Dems: you didn't win, we did

Look, we are not Muslims: there is truth in this. Let's not be deceptive with ourselves or others.

Tariq Ramadan has pointed out that Kafirs are people who do "not recognise the last message as the truth." However, we Kafirs have to be flexible in dealing with reality and not treat beliefs as if they are scientific facts, otherwise we too become supremacist pigs, smug, sanctimonious oppressors who treat beliefs as fact-truth.

Zawahri is telling the truth, unusual in the belief-system.

jcom972: "...to educate a man in mind but not in morals is to educate a menace to society." [Teddy Roosevelt]

Why is it that our culture is so reverential towards classic records and classic films and classic cars and classic clothes, but then balks utterly when it comes to acknowledging the importance of the one thing which underlies them all - namely, classic ideas?

"...and the American forces and their Crusader allies are the ones who lost."

I think not! We, after all, are still there and still trying. But please remember our brave servicemen and women this Christmastide - those really brave people who are trying to ensure that we don't lose this battle (at least, not militarily).

The following is circulating in the UK as a tribute to Her Majesty's Armed Forces. Please pass it on.

Remember Her Majesty's Services this Christmas

IT'S CHRISTMAS DAY: ALL IS SECURE.

" 'Twas the night before Christmas, he lived all alone
In a one-bedroom house made of plaster and stone.
I had come down the chimney, with presents to give
And to see just who in this house did live.
I looked all about, a strange sight did I see,
No tinsel, no presents, not even a tree.
No stocking by mantle, just boots filled with sand,
On the wall hung some pictures of a far distant land.
With medals and badges, awards of all kinds,
A sobering thought came into my mind.
For this house was so different, so dark and so dreary,
The home of a soldier, that one could see clearly.
The soldier lay sleeping, all silent, alone,
Curled up on the floor in his one-bedroomed home.
The face was so gentle, the room in disorder,
Not how I pictured a lone British soldier.
Was this the hero, of whom I'd just read,
Curled up on a poncho, the floor for a bed?
I knew that the families which I saw this night
Owed their lives to these soldiers, wiling to fight.
Soon, round the world, all the children would play
And grown-ups would celebrate a bright Christmas Day.
They all enjoyed freedom, each month of the year
Because of the soldiers, like him, lying here.
I couldn't help wond'ring, how many alone
On a cold Christmas Eve, in a land far from home.
The very thought brought a tear to my eye,
I dropped to my knees and I started to cry.
The soldier awakened, and in his rough voice
Said "Santa, don't cry; this life is my choice.
I fight for our freedom, I ask for no more,
My life is my God and my Country, my Corps."
The soldier rolled over and drifted to sleep,
I couldn't control it - continued to weep.
I kept watch for hours, so silent and still
And we both sat and shivered thro' long night's cold chill
I wanted to stay on that dark, chilly night,
With that guardian of honour, so willing to fight.
Then the soldier rolled over, his voice soft and pure,
Whispered, "Carry on, Santa. All is secure."
One look at my watch and I knew he was right,
"Merry Christmas my friend and to all a good night." "

This poem was written by a peacekeeping soldier stationed overseas - no name, no pack drill. The following is his request, which seems very reasonable to me: "Please, would you do me the kind favour of sending this to as many people as you can?" The original of this poem - 'Twas the night before Christmas ... ' by Clement Clarke Moore (1779 - 1863) can be found at
http://www.carols.org.uk/twas_the_night_before_christmas.htm

Start by sending this to any socialists whom you happen to know and then to any Democrats whom you happen to know!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all at JW/DW and to all - yes, to all - who post here.

Dominic.

BTW, the original of this soldiers poem, which is now circulating in the UK, seems to come from

http://www.fromtheheartpostcards.com/xmas/SoldiersNightBeforeXmas.html

but it is none the worse for that, in my opinion.

Dominic.

Reading the partisan bickering here, I am impressed once again with Hugh's ability to formulate a position on Iraq that rises so far above anything either party can come up with. "Iconoclast" is appropriate.

Merry Christmas to all at JW/DW.

Hang on a bit. Wasn't Hardy Har Har the sidekick of Lippy the Lion way back in the sixties? I always thought that Hardy was the non-laughing Hyena from the Hanna-Barbera stable. Wasn't he voiced by Mel Blanc?

"Why is it that our culture is so reverential towards classic records and classic films and classic cars and classic clothes, but then balks utterly when it comes to acknowledging the importance of the one thing which underlies them all - namely, classic ideas?"

As in Discourse in philosophies like the Ancient Greeks? Very good point.

Perhaps because we've got accustomed to letting the church & state do our thinking for us - and us follwing like sheep?

But we're becomeing hard to rule now - i.e. "unruly"- that's why the higher-ups are looking to replace us - with people that don't think - the rabble in the marketplace from the islamic countries.

Goode should tell Mahdi to stuff it. All efforts at taqiyya sould be rendered useless, due to lack of interest.'We are not interested in you're Allahic BS'. We are not interested in playing Quranic chess with a liar 'abdprevaricator' (one who is a slave to falsehoods...In other words, Islam).Mahdi should be sent down the road talking to himself.
Zawahiri...a witch doctor...an educated man...just proves that a doctorate, and lots of degree's does not necessarily guarantee a decent human being...His idea of doctoring is far different from a 'real' doctor. Real Doctors save lives. When was the last time Zawahiri, saved someone medically?
His prescriptions are the same as Dr Mohammad who prescribed conversion, dhimmitude or death'...

I mean population wise in a couple of yrs.

It's now a competition betw the Mexicans immigrants & the Moslems.

These two groups may very well have a confrontation in a few years. I hope "el indio se sale" in the poor little mestizos. It's a funny term used when one pushes a normally patient fellow until they burst out in a rage, "the indian in them has come out ," like an Apache, or a Comanch.

So, perhaps the roman catholic Mex, with large families,- and the ideaology of the U.S. culture, may be the salvation of this country.

This could be the case-HB had a slew of cartoon characters but I can't recall these particular ones. The Hardy Har Har I mentioned was a line used by Jackie Gleason's Ralph Kramden character on the old "Honeymooners" TV show. It wouldn't be too surprising if those cartoon characters have some connection to Gleason- HB's "Flintstones" was very similar to "The Honeymooners". Plus, Mel Blanc was Barney Rubble's voice.

Dear Friends(your name here), --- take action ---

I am sending you the article below as an example of the power of voters who took the time to write their elected official and complain about something very important to them: A Muslim elected to our government who will use the Koran in his swearing ceremony.

The only language elected officials understand is the voice of their voters. As you heard today in news reports, Rep. Virgil Goode, R-Va, issued the letter in response to the hundreds of letters he received from his constituents complaining about the issue. In response Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-N.J., responded because he represents a large Muslim constituents.

Muslim MPs seek separate IITs, IIMs

In a significant development after the tabling of the Sachar report, Muslim MPs, cutting across party lines, today handed over a wishlist of sorts to Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singh: IITs and IIMs exclusively for Muslims, 5,000 schools, 2 lakh scholarships and more campuses of the Aligarh Muslim University across the country.

The wishlist came from some 10 Muslim MPs who were called for an interaction at the Indian Islamic Cultural Centre in the Capital.

Zawahri will soon be offered a professorship at Harvard or Georgetown - and then offered the Dhimicrat VP nom with Obama ...

Zawahri claims victory in the U.S. midterm elections.

And the good doctor is absolutely right, when the Democrats won so did Moslems everywhere. Don't get me wrong, it's not like our long-term prospects woulda been any better had the GOP retained control, because GOP love for Islam burns every bit as hot as Dem love for same.

But with Nancy and then Hillary in charge, things will be a lot smoother and faster for the Moslem activists.

If they're smart, the activists will back off on Jihad war terror operations aimed at America so as to maintain and grow liberties here and, in so doing, take over America over that much quicker, via agitprop and other political means.

Bush lost in 2000 and he lost again in 2004. He was never the legitimate President.

This is what I mean by Fictive Reality. Much as a the Western world can trick itself into thinking moderate Moslems exist, and even predominate, and that everything's gonna be ok, Leftists can believe that two presidential elections in a row were rigged, when there is ample historical evidence against thing fiction, and zero evidence to advance it.

Alarmed Pig Farmer - Ann Coulter seems to be one of the only people who amusingly noted that all the pre-election hysteria in November re the electronic voting machines went right out the window after the Dems won so handily. Obviously if Republicans win, the vote must have been rigged but if Democrats win, no such chance. Now that the electronic voting machines have been verified to be accurate (implied by the Democrats silence on this issue in the wake of their win), I trust we won't hear any more about them the next time Republicans win, right?

This is awesome! It is no secret that the democrats are weak on national security and to hear our bitterest of enemies congratulating them should waken some of the confused patriots who voted for them last election.

A. P. Farmer, that guy Pneumatikon is an ultra-liberal leftist who lives in a twilight zone of ignorance. In another topic he stated that Carter actually started the military build up that Reagan continued. He also claimed that the economy under Carter scored more real growth than it did under Reagan.

What a guy.

Yes, of course, and Osama, not Reagan, won the Cold War. However, by defining victory in Iraq as making Iraq the Switzerland of the Middle East, Bush set himself up for the Democrats predictable low blow. The Republican "Islam is peace" foreign policy creates a defacto international isolation of US, because it refuses close relationships with natural allies in favor of paper alliances with actual enemies, the end result is US is left with no close dependable allies. Then the Democrats prescription for that isolation is more of the moderate muslim coddling that created the isolation in the first place. You don't need to have the world community behind you, nor is that possible. What you do need is 4 or 5 countries to be with you to the point that they are willing to send significant troops to fight alongside your troops, and if that means taking foreign policy decisions that will offend our moderate muslim friends that refuse to do any actual fighting, and cause them to walk, good riddance.

The "islam is peace" foreign policy is causing over-extension of US and British armed forces . When Blair and Bush planned the coalition for invasion of Iraq, they excluded from consideration the only countries that could reasonably be convinced to send considerable troops (division strength) and incur casualties, that is countries that are fighting muslim militants at home and that in return for full US support in those fights would likely commit troops to fighting them abroad, such as India or Yugoslavia (yes even Israel). Real fighting troops, not the stand around the flag variety that withdraw when it becomes clear they might have to fight like the French or Spanish. Of course the reason was that their presence would offend our muslim moderate friends. But none of our muslim moderate friends listened to our requests and send any significant troops, and NATO ally Turkey even blocked the invasion from the north.

When it comes to actual shooting our moderate Islamic friends see this as muslim vs. west. If muslims from moderate muslim states are not willing to take up arms against muslim terrorists alongside US armed forces in Iraq, then it means they consider themselves to be on the side of muslim terrorists. To exclude close alliances with the only countries who would be willing to actually fight alongside US troops in Iraq against muslim terrorists, in order to placate "moderate muslim friends" who will not fight alongside US armed forces against other muslims, even if they are terrorists, means to effectively isolate the US and Britain in the global fight, and to over-extend their armed forces, due to a reluctance to support and fight alongside the armed forces of other countries who are facing the jihadi threat, for fear of offending our paper moderate muslim “allies”.

Tgusa, thanks for the compliment. All I have done to change since I first started commenting here is to control my fingers. I used to write and post things just to stir up the hornets, but I got stung once or twice.

Alarmed Pig Farmer, go here for some of Pneumatikon's wisdom:

If the Reps had won we would have read -

"Zawahri to Reps: 'you didn't win, we did'"

Forget him. He is a clown. There is a joke every minute.

That should make a 'democrats' day....knowing that Zawahri is pulling for them.

"You didn't win- we did..." he says As he hides out in a cave.

Caroline- the dems ARE making squak about the machines- but only in districts wher4 they lost- they have challenged a Rep- recounted several times now, and now want the courts to stand in and force more hand recounts- it was in Fl. If I remember right. http://sacredscoop.com

You are a nut. You have to be a real ignorant fool to believe that Bush "stole" the election in 2000. People like you are an embarrassment to our country and the people who fight for our freedoms.
Wacko!

pnematikon: "The only reason the election wasn't stolen this time around is because the "elites" knew we were on the verge of seeing rich people shot dead in the streets."

Cottshop - I didn't know that the Dems were contesting the veracity of the voting machines in districts that they lost. But look at pnematikon's comment!

Just to be sure we all understand the Dems logic here: If the Republicans win, they must have stolen the election. If the Democrats win, obviously the election wasn't stolen (and note that pnematikon provides us with an ostensible explanation for why it is that the Republicans didn't try to steal this last election).

How does one argue with this illogic? Do the Dems realize that by advancing this catch-22 argument they are essentially claiming that theirs are the only votes which can ever REALLY be deemed fully legitimate? They don't deserve to be called "Democrats" if that's how they really see things.

Also, it should be noted that Pnematikon is the one who is actually the "elitist" here, as he assumes, by the catch-22 he has created, that only his vote can be legitimate.

Are these modern day versions of Neville Chamberlain so deadset in their anti-American agenda that even such a bold statement from al-Qaida's #2 man cannot jolt them out of their insane march toward the destruction of everything this nation stands for?!?

Alas,I fear they are...

Pneumatikon is nothing more than a shill for the Islamists, masquerading under a westernized screen name!!

Perhaps he would be more accurately referred as Mullah al-Pneumatikon...

I hope the President points out to the Public during a National Policy Speech. The Demoncratic habit of Surrendering the Country to those who wish to kill us.

Use the Terrorists own statements to convict them both.

Haven't these people declared war enough already?

Well, best thing to do is not waste time trying to convince someone like that who gets their info from kook fringe sites long marginalized (I;ve dealt with them for a very long time and isn't worth trying to talk sense into them since schizophrenics don't WANT to be convinced- it makes them look stupid and solves nothing worth discussion...regardless of who's on what side.

I'm sure by the end of this so called Jihad, democracy will win and the enemies will succumb to the earth !

The Demoncratic habit of Surrendering the Country to those who wish to kill us.

Do you have any examples to support this statement?

You cannot be referring to WWI, because that was a Democrat President (Wilson) who led us to victory. Nor WWII, it was also a Democrat (FDR) who led us to victory. Next came Korea, where Republican Eisenhower did a "cut and run" leading to our loss. Then, if you count the Cuban Missile Crisis, that was Democrat Kennedy going face to face with the Soviets. Followed by Republican Nixon "cutting and running" from our loss in Vietnam.

But maybe you're referring to our awesome victory under Republican Reagan against our arch enemy Grenada?

Of course, the Soviet Union collapsed while Reagan was President. I don't recall the "Demoncrats" calling for our surrender, but maybe you have an example?

"Plus, Mel Blanc was Barney Rubble's voice."

I never knew that. However, I looked at my primitive recordings of the "Honeymooners" TV show (and those in my 'Companies' archive), including the hilarious Jack Benny acting Ralph, and I got it. Thanks.

Dominic.

Allat: re Muslims vs. Mexicans, the latter have a city called "Matamoros"--killer of Moors.

"Zawahri to Dems: you didn't win, we did"

Zawahri is right, of course, American voters just haven't figured it out yet. When Nancy Pelosi and her fellow ideologues in the Democratically controled Congress go to work combating Islamophobia, maybe then we'll see the light.
