MUNICH, Germany — A court on Monday upheld a ban on Muslim teachers wearing head scarves in the schools of a German state under a law that says teachers' attire must be in line with “western Christian” values.A Berlin-based Islamic association had complained about the law, which authorities in the conservative-run state of Bavaria have used to ban head scarves while allowing Roman Catholic nuns to continue to wear their head-covering habits in schools.
The Bavarian Constitutional Court ruled on Monday that the application of the law in the state neither violated religious freedom nor was discriminatory.
However, a lawyer for the Islamic Religious Community said some of its members were considering taking their case to the Federal Constitutional Court, Germany's highest court.

....when was the last time you saw nuns participating in bank robberies, violent protests, airport turnstile uproar, grocery market altercations,intimidation of the general public,demanding priority, demanding separate doctors..swimming pools...classrooms....beaches...demanding---demanding---demanding---demanding....
Nuns do not threaten you with death and nuns are not the slaves to anyone. Nuns have freedom of independent movement and Nuns can leave the religion for personal reasons without fear of the swordsman coming late in the night...

Catholics have been in Bavaria a lot longer than Muslims have been in Germany at large. Wanna wear a head scarf? Move to the ummah.

Germany is rejecting 99% of Iraqi refugee applications. From what I understand, they have not granted citizenship to the Turks. On an anecdotal level, the Germans I’ve talked to seem to see the situation pretty clearly. German DNA has not changed very much in seventy years. I’m not too worried about Germany.

well, there is only a 1,37 children per couple birthrate (30% of german women have no children),
and an official report released a couple of days ago predicts Muslim Majority at 2047.. The female family minister said if the Germans are not able to swing around their birthrates then soon the last one in the country can "switch off the lights", it earned her no applause. But generally the Germans don't notice...they even vehemently trying to avoid it, hoping that it will solve itself.
