Just two years ago, when CAIR was claiming six million, a more reliable survey estimated their number at around 2 million. Muslims like to play with numbers. In Islamic countries the Muslims deflate the number of non-Muslims, attempting to give Muslims always the super-majority. And, since their religion allows murder of a member who leaves Islam for another religion or to be secular, their numbers grow for birthrates but never count adult losses. I also think that in the USA, Muslims boost their numbers by adding in Arabic speaking Christians, without the consent of Christians, of course.

....now of course.. if you count the illegal ones in country......

CAIR-Canada has done the exact thing , even while Stats-Canada posted the recorded numbers of 400'000+ it was CAIR that assumed a projected growth pattern and merely fabricated the numbers to 600'000 , 800'000 and now the odd claim of 1'000'000 Muslim Canadians.

But, as it goes for the cheap little ruse by the Whahabbi Islamists in the West , the number is deflated when they want to play the "Victim" of Islamophobia as a minority or to get a Special dispendsation from the Laws or to impose Islamic Law by-proxy.

Just last night on TVO's Agenda , the debate was about racism and injustice so it was no surprise to hear the inflated poverty rates
for immigrants and the crisis level anti-Arab bias in Canada.
So I wondered about the claims by a University Professor that insisted Canadian born whites had a higher rate of imprisonment, lower average income, lower education, lowest rate of PHD's ,and highest rate of unemployment and welfare support.

You would think that if the Islamists had two brain cells left to rub together they would at least get their lies in order , plus minorities themselves should have been insulted by this re-enforcing of a false stereotype just to feed the Jihadists with more hate and prove how the West is evil and a enemy of Islam.

Six million or eight, it's a scary figure. The most common estimates are that 10% of Muslims worldwide are either active participants in jihad or willing supporters thereof. Even if, in this blessed land, it's a mere 1%, that would be 60,000 to 80,000 willing terrorists, saboteurs, and persons willing to fund, shelter, and encourage them.

That sort of arithmetic makes it hard to sleep at night.

There are about 2 million Muslims in this country who are black Muslims -- i.e., hardly orthodox in their beliefs. There may be another one million. But that is it. The inflated numbers are akin to a frog swelling its throat to scare away predators. But in this case it is organized Islam that is the predator, and is attempting to scare away all those who might seek merely to protect themselves from those slaves of Allah who work, as they must, as they are instructed to, for the final triumph of Islam so that it may everywhere dominate, and Muslims everywhere rule. This is in the Qur'an and Hadith and the example of Muhammad. It is not a fabrication. It is a solemn duty for Believers. And the entire history of Islam, over 1350 years and from Spain to East Asia, shows that Muslims will behave precisely as required, to spread Islam and insure, wherever they are not opposed with sufficient force, the domination of whole lands and their peoples by Islam, and by Muslims. And the results, for non-Muslims, have everywhere -- look at the Middle East, look at North Africa, look at Anatolia, look at Persia, look at India and the East Indies -- have been uniformly catastrophic.

When such questions arise, I like referring to the CIA World FactBook. It quotes 2002 figures for Mulsims living in USA at 1% of the population, probably 2.8 - 2.9 million people.

So this number would be based on the last census in USA. If we estimated out growth since 2002 the number would not exceed 3 million which is the number I have always assumed.

But I do read all about politics.
And if you take my neutral viewpoint on this issue.

Do not grant citizenships to Muslims. This is part of strategy to overtake the world in numbers.
Have the Chinese, Indians or other people who migrate ever expressed a desire to change the laws of the country they immigrate . No they assimilate with the cullture and help in profgress while enjoying the better life they get.

But muslims want to come to you country, make you o obey their laws and care a hoot about your culture and plan and conspire and now attack and kill. I am not saying dont allow them to come to your country but do not give voting rights.Or few decades from now they wont need weapons to take over.
Canada has already fallen in this trap and still not relaised it. They talk of multiculture but my prediction is soon they will repent.

Whatever the figure, it is astonishing how many problems they are causing here already, even as so small a part of the population.

Terrorism is the most horrible and obvious--9/11, all the thwarted bombing attempts, the Raliegh SUV Jihadist, the San Francisco SUV Jihadist, as well as all the Imams preaching extremism in the mosques, and academics overtly or covertly doing the same at so many schools, from middle schools to Universities.

Then there's all the garden-variety crime--Muslims seem to make up a far larger percentage of the criminal population than their numbers would warrant. And the cases of general trouble making, like the Minneapolis cab drivers refusing to pick up "un-Islamic" fares or the Oakland Black Muslims attacking liquor stores.

Of course, there are exceptions, but this group overall is not one which "plays well with others."

A friend's mother is in management in a big inner city hospital in Minnesota. She tells the story about what the staff there calls "the record setter."

What the staff does is keep a tally of which Moslima is pushing out the most babies. There is one Moslima, age 24, who has squeezed out seven babies at the rate of pretty one per year. She's hailed by the staff as The Record setter.

But competition is intense.

Also, many of the Moslimas present themselves as unwed mothers on AFDC, but everybody knows them to be wed to a bigamist. All use MedicAID for their health insurance.

Also, the friend's mother observes that they are very unfriendly, seemingly displeased with the service they are receiving at no cost to them.

What do they now claim as the world's population? 1.2b? 1.5b? How about 2b? Hey, why not go all the way and state that there are 1 trillion Muslims worldwide, even though the world population is just 6b?

Adherents.com gives a figure of 1,558,068 self-identifying as Muslims as of 2004.

The Association of Religion Data Archives puts Muslims as 1.55% of the US population, calculated to be 300,037,902. They give 4,657,005 as an actual number, taking their statistics from the CIA World Factbook.

The Hartford Institute doesn't pin down an exact number, but links to CAIR for information. Not a reliable source.

So, unbiased sources put us nowhere near 8 million.

But whatever number is currently claimed, how many of the Muslims in the US are citizens, thus having the right to vote, and how many are here on student visas thanks to the ever-expanding cooperation with Saudis and others to bring in more foreign students to US colleges and universities? How many more are currently overstaying those visas, or otherwise in the country when they shouldn't be, as so many of the 9/11 hijackers were?

Everyone should be curious about that statistic.

There are also over 2.1 billion Muslims in the world. That was the count that was quoted by a Muslim on Jan. 1. 2007. It must be over 2.5 billion by now.

If this carries on, there wont even be standing room on this planet. Where are we going to put all the prayer rooms, which will be mandatory at every public building.

Something has to be done about this

1. Teach Muslims simple arithmetic

2. If we are standing next to each other, global warming will become up-close and personal. Environmentalists as well as climatologists, need to be apprised of the impending global disaster.

Muslim Maths works in a Moohamadian deceptive manner- I saw a debate a week after 9/11 between three scholars one Christian, one Jew and the third was I think an Imam.

During the debate, Imam was concocting figures about the Muslim population around the US and European countries faster than a Pentium based random number generator. I remember clearly, he stated the Muslim population in the US was between 8 and 10 million. That itself presents a 25% margin of error. Of course as I was scooping around various sites in Islamic countries, the Pakistani news inflated it to 12 Million Mooslimes living in the US.

The figures get deflated when it comes to war. When we kill, lets say, 100 Mooslimes, they report between 5 and 10 Mooslimes killed. However, when they kill, say 6 of our soldiers, they report at least 100 infidels killed.

Islam and her people are never to be trusted with figures. They are so dumb to think that we can't figure them out.

Just watched Bill O'Reily take on the talking head from CAIR about its complaints against "24". He keeps saying "7 Muslims" when in truth this article says up to 2 million. Who is the honest one around here?

I also just watched O'Reilly with the stooge from CAIR who was offended by the show, 24, and was disappointed when O'Reilly concluded that CAIR had a "legitimate complaint". By the end of the segment, I was almost expecting the CAIR spokesmuslim to refer to the offending show as "25" (typical Muslim number-inflation).

The 2000 census put the percentage of people professing to be Muslims at 0.6 %. 0.6% of 300 million works out t 1.8 million according to my infidel arithmetic.

I've never heard of Muslim chaplains. When did that originate? Sounds as original as 'Vast majority of Muslims are moderate', 'ROP', etc.

It is normal for muslims to have 10 kids. That is considered "normal" in the ghettos over here. With 4 wives, it is easy to increase family size in a relatively small time. There was a muslim mechanic who lived near my warehouse who got married just 4 years back. That was the first marriage. Now he has 7 kids. He was 18 when he got married. Guess he is going to have some more in the coming years.

Having done prison ministry for a number of years, I have seen the dramatic rise in Muslim chaplains in our prison system. They will "appoint" an inmate to serve, i.e. dominate, as the Imam to the Muslim population inside. They become just another prison "gang" on the inside, ruling over their members and anyone else they choose to with great fear. They actively recruit from other gangs such as "Bloods", "Crypts", "Mexican Mafia", "Aryan Brotherhood", etc. The other gang members tend to drop the other affilations as this then becomes their "Religion". Some prisons become almost all gang members to the great consternation of the officals. Many states now have prisons in their systems that are almost all solitary confinement cells due to the high gang rates.

That joke called a "peaceful religion" does the same number of murders, rapes, and robberys as any other prison gang!!

...there are Sunnis who don't consider the Shia "true Muslims" and vice versa.

...there are Sufis, Quran-only Muslims, Wahabbis, Ismailis, Mu'tazilites, Qadiyanis, Ahmadis, Islamic music-film-lovers, and those pro-USA-Israel who aren't considered "true Muslims" by many in the fold (even by each other).

There doesn't have to be 8 million Muslims in America. There only has to be enough to convince the Democrats that they can swing a local election in some remote part of the United States.
That should be enough to get Nancy Pelosi into a Burka, and turn Harry Reid into a towel head to show their solidarity with Muslim voters.

No, I think 35% is too far fetched, though they do like to say that in order to intimidate. I go with 150 million, that is 15%. Even that is too much, and is causing, and will cause in the near future, a collossal loss of infidel life.
