The most important thing is to make it crystal unmistakably clear to the Iranian people what the cost will be. The Iranians are Persians, not Arabs and like the Kurds tend to be moslem light. Especially in time of war, no one in a dangerous country can claim immunity from the consequences of the country's government. A threatened country should never give priority to the civilians of the enemy country over the lives and freedom of its own citizens--and this includes soldiers also. Such policies should also govern the rules of engagement of soldiers. The jihadis count on our not being willing to accept this. It is indeed this vice of ours that they are counting on every single day. If and when we reject this vice, world jihad can be over in a month and Ahmadinejad would't last a day. But, he's evidently quite confident that we and Israel will stick to our suicidal ways. What rights does Iran have? None! There's no such thing as "tyrant rights." What are the consequences for us?
