As l sit here and read this story l am getting very
appalled at the lack of quality reporting by the old PC media. l also know that many people who do not show much effort to question what is told to them accept everything from this pc media.
The contempt shown towards Christianity and also meek ways Christians respond allows this story to continue. Only Talk Radio and the internet will turn the tide to allow the truth to come out.

...Muslims hate it when the truth is published and the MSM hates reporting the truth....partners in misleading the public....Islams muderous beliefs are being brought out more and more....it is well past time that the Islamic beliefs should be brought out every time someone dies because of those beliefs...the perputrators often directly quote the Qur'an as a basis for their actions...why shouldn't the MSM report exactly what the Muslims are saying?....are they afraid of being labled Islamaphobic?....should not the non believers hear Islams word directly from the Muslims mouth?....should not the non believers know that such Muslims are in their neighborhoods?...

Of Cabbies and Islam on wheels

This "religion" perfectly reflects the human will to power, domination, exploitation and even openly permits the killing of those who do not "submit". The belief-system is a perfect rationalization to that end, a macrocosm that writes in large letters what is inherent in all humans. The cabdriver merely reflected the same desires that led the Arabs to build their empire, or the Spaniards or Aztecs to build theirs.

All nations, all empires, have been founded in violence and the conquest, often the extermination of "the other". The cabbie is a true believer in that mould.

The half truth tells the whole lie. Many in the press do not want to face the unpleasant fact that history is repeating itself with Islam (as it does with other belief-systems). Deception is part of human nature in the press, in Dan Glasiiter, in Islam, etc.

Too harsh? No-it's too true.

The AP situation goes something like this:

Philosophy- globalism is inevitable. National loyalties must be sacrificed for the larger good, borders erased or de-emphasized, wealth redistributed, economic playing field leveled.

Christianity- cultural holdover from the old guard, divisive element, symbolizes western dominance. Must be denigrated and presented in as unflattering a light as possible, so that the larger ecumenical, or better, secular globalist movement can proceed apace.

Islam- agent provocateur. Yes, we know many of its adherents are savages, and that this behavior is consistent with its tenets, but it can be used to dislodge the old guard thinking and build the case that all religion or faith is evil, thus legitimizing a default, secular worldview. Once this is accomplished, we'll start thinking about damage control.

If our PC culture is the primary source of vulnerability to Jihadists, then calling out the MSM for its willful and purposeful omissions is job #1.

Job well done. It might be a good idea to put an op-ed out there somewhere with a whole list of examples. We all know how the MSM loves to report on itself.

I can just see Mohammad and the Muslim Arabs ("the best people") rolling over Arabia in their Katyusha cabs, running down Infidels, and all those "tolerant" people in the press saying they are just picking up fares. They call the "fares" jizya. The press will tell us it's "a religion of cabs". Mohammad just started a cab company. Maybe the cab company can pick up some of the press people.

Allow me to propose a preface to Clive’s sharp assessment:

It takes a certain mindset to enter a career field where your job is to ‘report’ on the actions of others. It seems to me that a healthier mind would want to actually ‘do’ something.

Since reporters operate in close vicinity with the ‘doers’ of the world, and the doers in general make a lot more money and have better looking dates than the reporters, it is logical that the press will harbor resentment and lean left.

Money isn’t the currency of reporters, influence is the currency of reporters. They use this influence to make themselves feel better about themselves.

I think a big part of why AP will not report on the mad taxi driver's religion is because they think the "dumb American masses" will lynch the nearest Somali, Arab, Pakistani, or even a Sikh taxi driver they find. They, like leftists in Canada and Europe, think we are too nationalistic and inherently racist. In other words, every boo hoo word that ends in -ist applies to the "dumb American masses". True, there are some racist a**holes in our country who wouldn't hesitate to lynch Muslims. In fact, after 9/11 some prick shot up a Sikh gas store owner because he thought the owner was Muslim. But the elites in the press, in our universities, in a certain political party now currently in power apply that to all Americans.

I have stopped watching TV news channels, and stopped reading newspapers because of this. I am not an idiot.

What people are missing is Brian Williams, Perky Couric and Charlie Gibson hate Christians, because they remind them of all they are not. They are an immoral lot who know they can't measure up to God....they don't want God, because in grace He would make up for their failures.....but they want to be in control. So Christians are a phobia with them.
Islam is never mentioned, because all that oil money is being laundered by their Rockefeller owners (Is the same reason you never see any reports on opium trade out of Afghanistan and into Kosovo, because all those billions just like Columbian leftists all launder their money through the big cartel banks.)
News stories do not matter when the Islamic dictators funnel all that money into your boss's bank.

So what if Islam murders a few hundred Christians.......you have to remember that was Clinton policy in it was acceptable to him that a hundred Americans be slaughtered a year by terrorists as it was cheaper than going to war.

Thanks, Mr. Spencer. Although I am not a Christian, I do see what is happening. They are scapegoated constantly. This type of political correctness will eventually come back to hurt all of us. They form the backbone of America. They are not the threat the suicidal media portrays them as.

Again, I am not a Christian, but I certainly enjoy the benefits of living in a society with Christian principles. For everyone's sake, they must be stood up for! Peace.

We can lament all we want regarding the folly of the news media's choices. Sure they are biased, but they are also keen on selling newspapers. This is their primary goal. If there is enough energy around a story politics will come second.

There are ethical ways to make a story more appealing to the media. Civil protest (and sometimes non-violent semi-civil protest) is a way to do it. I can imagine if a group of folks had a "die in" and stopped traffic in a couple big cities the news media might take notice. Stop whining, be creative and civilly make the news. Make some bumper stickers in the town which say "I brake for Christians." ... buy a red flashing light hat (and safety vest) and stand outside the court house where this Muslim guy is being tried. Or better, get 10 people to do this. If the news media did not pick this up, at least it would go out on youtube.com. I hope people get my point, stop whining and start acting!

The concept of individuals with choice and identity seemed total folly, the ultimate nightmare-not just of authoritarian bureaucrats, but of common-sense liberals. Chaos must be controlled!

Because of the liberating effect of modern technology and the challenge that poses to ruling classes to control their respective populations we are seeing a resurgence of the tooth fairy Gods.
