For those unacquainted with legal procedure, "discovery" is a vital component of court procedings. It is a process whereby, once a judge has determined that there exists due cause for legal action, the prosecuting and defense counsels must exchange all evidence they intend to use during the anticipated trial. This includes statements, depositions, witness lists and financial records when legitimately requested by either side.
Please note how CAIR opted to modify, then drop, their lawsuit rather than undergo the discovery process that would have required them to produce their financial records in order to, supposedly, repudiate ACAIR's claims of support from terrorist organizations.
It is more than a reasonable assumption to believe CAIR knew full well that their own financial records would have substantiated ACAIR's accusations of either support by terrorist organizations or, just as likely, financial wrongdoing in the collection or disbursement of their funds.
My own view holds that CAIR directly and openly opposes the existence of American constitutional law while actively seeking to overthrow it by any means necessary, including terrorist acts as prescribed by the Koran and their own stated positions. This is SEDITION writ large and should be prosecuted as such. Our government's total inaction is an affront to the American people and represents a glaring breach in national security.
It is far too easy to infer the role of Oil Silence Money, as supplied by certain OPEC members, with respect to our government’s extremely conspicuous lack of action against CAIR. However, without better substantiation, this path of investigation must, regrettably, be consigned to the realm of conspiracy theories. Long ago, I won a small claims case against a local businessman who then avoided settling with me. I brought him into court for discovery of assets in order to attach them.
Before the referee, I proceded to request his business bank account numbers, personal bank account numbers, all checking account numbers, driver's licence number, birth date, social security number, current home and business addresses, the addresses of any other offices, establishments or personal properties which he owned or had part interest in and so forth.
Outraged, he turned to the referee and sneered, "I don't have to give him all of this information, do I?" The referee replied, "Yes, you most certainly do." A signed check for the entire settlement was in my hands before the ink could dry.
The individual in question was sought by many other creditors besides myself. I could have made good money selling the discovered information to all the other people pursuing him for settlement.
I mention this only as an example of how much leverage the discovery process can exert upon those who would prefer to avoid disclosing anything about their activities and finances. It is a little more than likely that the foregoing exemplifies why CAIR refused to undergo discovery during their lawsuit against ACAIR. The final upshot being how patently obvious it is that CAIR has much to conceal and is extremely unwilling to disclose even the least bit of it.

Do I have a legal background? Well, yes and no. I don't have a law degree, but I've been married to a Board Certified Texas Trial Lawyer for 25 years, and I do know that the majority of lawsuits never make it to trial because most people don't understand the rigors of the discovery process and when they stick there big toe in that river and weigh the negative consequences, they pull out pretty quick, i.e. settle out of court.
It's hard to believe CAIR wasn't aware of the kinds of documents they would have to produce, but then again their lawyers too, without a doubt, have the blood of a petty huckster in their veins. CAIR and their ilk have the manners and methods of shysters. This win just makes my day!

After viewing the video I came back here to write about how CAIR "folded" when they got into the discovery process.
Thanks to Zenster's excellent comments I can put my energy elsewhere.
Thank you for your kind words, Malinois. Do you have a legal background? If so, would you please consider posting a short response on how significant it is when plaintiffs abruptly drop all charges upon being confronted with full disclosure through discovery.
Long ago, I won a small claims case against a local businessman who then avoided settling with me. I brought him into court for discovery of assets in order to attach them.
Before the referee, I proceded to request his business bank account numbers, personal bank account numbers, all checking account numbers, driver's licence number, birth date, social security number, current home and business addresses, the addresses of any other offices, establishments or personal properties which he owned or had part interest in and so forth.
Outraged, he turned to the referee and sneered, "I don't have to give him all of this information, do I?" The referee replied, "Yes, you most certainly do." A signed check for the entire settlement was in my hands before the ink could dry.
The individual in question was sought by many other creditors besides myself. I could have made good money selling the discovered information to all the other people pursuing him for settlement.
I mention this only as an example of how much leverage the discovery process can exert upon those who would prefer to avoid disclosing anything about their activities and finances. It is a little more than likely that the foregoing exemplifies why CAIR refused to undergo discovery during their lawsuit against ACAIR. The final upshot being how patently obvious it is that CAIR has much to conceal and is extremely unwilling to disclose even the least bit of it.

Do I have a legal background? Well, yes and no. I don't have a law degree, but I've been married to a Board Certified Texas Trial Lawyer for 25 years, and I do know that the majority of lawsuits never make it to trial because most people don't understand the rigors of the discovery process and when they stick there big toe in that river and weigh the negative consequences, they pull out pretty quick, i.e. settle out of court.
It's hard to believe CAIR wasn't aware of the kinds of documents they would have to produce, but then again their lawyers too, without a doubt, have the blood of a petty huckster in their veins. CAIR and their ilk have the manners and methods of shysters. This win just makes my day!

The only thing that I believe is incorrect, is the charge of CAIR overthrowing the constitution.
I believe they'll, rather, try to alter the constitution through purely constitutional means, or with sufficient population and representation, to call for a constitutional convention (which is also constitutional).
Not sure where I read it yesterday, but apparently a Saudi prince who is a major holder of Citibank and Apple has just donated fifty million dollars to CAIR. That's $50,000,000.00 to fund the activities of Douggie Hooper, Ahmed Bedier et al!

I visit the anti-CAIR website routinely and I am sure many others who go to this site do so too. anti-CAIR does indispensible work! My highest accolades go out to these people, truly. I am indeed grateful that there are Americans aware of and successfully fighting Islam's dangerous infiltration into the USA and its institutions.
But perhaps we need to send this video to the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, the Clintons,(and, maybe even BUSH) as well as many, many others on the left (or even in the mainstream)who support and/or half-support CAIR out of sheer ignorance.
THEN anti-CAIR might want to consider another similar program targeting the Nation of Islam, a similar band of thugs that has (somewhat) similar aspirations for itself regarding America.
