February 26, 1993

On this day fourteen years ago, Islamic jihadists set off a bomb in the World Trade Center, killing six people, wounding 1,000, and causing $500 million in damage.

Over eight years later, Islamic jihadists brought down those same Towers.

One might have been forgiven for thinking, in the interim between February 26, 1993 and September 11, 2001, that the problem of "terrorism" was under control, and that the 1993 strike was a lucky hit that would not be repeated.

These days, likewise, I am frequently asked in radio interviews whether I think there is really a problem with terrorism on American soil, since, after all, there has not been a terrorist attack here since September 11. Well, this has not been for want of trying, as the archives here abundantly illustrate. But what's more, we should note that those who grew complacent between 1993 and 2001 were wrong to do so, and so are those who have grown complacent now.

I wonder how many more of our lives require being lost before our politicians, media, academia, and hollywood become aware of the real islam.

Nothing is more insulting to the dead then when one of the aforementioned blames the US for terrorism and calls islam a religion of peace.

Complacent isn't quite the right word. Make up a word that invokes the image of crawling deeper into the blankets, burrowing into a thick pile of denial and impossible hope, just hoping that the big snarling roach of an undesirable reality will somehow go away, before biting the sleeper.

And that big biting bed roach was born in 610 AD. Ain't no getting around it. Even a Princeton trained Arabist can't tip-toe around such a bug.

You know, it's quite interesting. Muslim groups keep telling the West that we need to respect them and that the West today is arrogant and over-confident. And in a sense, I actually agree.

When the Russian Revolution broke out in 1917, as much as the West hated Communism, in a sense, we actually respected them. We respected the power of their ideas. We recognised that Communism was an potent and powerful alternative value system, and recognised that we would have destroy or contain it, hence the 1921 intervention by the Allied Powers and their (ultimately fruitless) attempt to crush the Red Army and assist the White Russians.

However, it seems that we do not respect the Islamic challenge. To me, this genuinely does speak volumes about the ethnocentricism of many people in the West today. Subconsciously, they are assuming that the West will always triumph over all of its' enemies, and consider the Islamic challenge hardly worth bothering with.

Make no mistake: the enemy is playing for keeps. Their value system is cruel, tyrannous, and despicable, but also very powerful. We must oppose Islam, to be sure, but we must also respect its' power. It is a worthy opponent, and it is condescending and arrogant for us not to fight it with all means at our disposal.

It is not those who oppose Islam who are the arrogant Westerners - no; we have seen the ideological power of Islam, and know that it is not to taken lightly.

...I am frightfully aware that so many "Americans" do not believe Islam is the cause for the 9/11 towers falling down, or for the unremitting wave of worldwide violence inflicted by Muslims. These "Americans" would readily surrender if they were in charge...There was a book titled "The Ugly American" written long ago...perhaps a new book could be written "The Stupid American," Combining gripping storytelling with an urgent call to action by identifying the death knell that awaits those who fail to see the true Islamic plan of action...

...As I see it, the only people calling Islam a Religion of Peace are Muslims and stupid people....

Ban Muslim Immigration now....

The American left along with the press here would have us believe that all terriorism stoped with the world trade towers falling. Everything after that was President G. Bush doing. And yet most people will sit and wait for the next shoe to fall.

Even though the content is over 12 years old, it is still relevant today

Yes and information on nuclear technology isnt getting LESS available over time. Thanks to a certain pakistani doctor its available to anybody who wants it. As the years go by the potential for disaster increases.

Dear Mr. Spencer,

Fourteen years is nothing when actually this phenomenon has been going on for 1400 years, with glaring consistency.

Actually, what is equally glaring is the fact that the Hindus (the worst hit under Islam), the Buddhists and now the Christians have been calling Islam as a "great" religion with stupid consistency.

People of clear thought are a minority and are at risk in a world ruled by PC idiots, which includes (and has always included)chiefs of the Indian nation....

"Nothing is more insulting to the dead" and to the 'alive and aware' than when the inexcusable, willfully uninformed and idea-logical(not) Left blames the U.S. for terrorism, calls Islam a "religion of peace" and consciously and unconsciously converge, collude and enable the slow death by stealth invasion of the parasitic ideology of that non-religion known as Islam into the land of infidels. Nothing is more insulting or disgusting. This no-nothing religion founded on the no-nothing mutterings of a no-nothing nobody deserves neither reform nor respect from infidels.

Is there any way to know whether the families of these terrorists are receiving compensation like those in 'Palestine' do?

That would certainly be revealing. So would a list of attendees at the jihadists funeral.

"These days, likewise, I am frequently asked in radio interviews whether I think there is really a problem with terrorism on American soil, since, after all, there has not been a terrorist attack here since September 11".

If people still have to ask then it means we will have a hell of a lot of problems in the future because too many people remain fixed in ostrich mode.

1,000x more Americans are interested in seeing a bald Britney than are interested in learning more about Islam and the roots of Islamic terrorism.

If we have a bigger flaw, it's that we also have too many, including our leaders in Washington and even in our military, that seem cursed to only view enemies through rose-tinted glasses. We value life above death, so everyone must? Simply not the case.

We believe in freedoms and equality of the sexes and allowing children to be children -- also, simply not the case.

There's worse things that go on "over there" and are accepted as "normal", but I'll let you keep your breakfast down. My point is: we've got to stop acting as if this is all going to go away by fighting "the terrorists" in Iraq and Afghanistan and "here at home" -- it's not.

The more Muslims that immigrate to the United States and Europe, the more violence against non-Muslims there will be. The greater the stranglehold on our "way of life" will get, and the further the Left will push to the left right into the court of the Muslim Lobby to play ball.
The evidence is all around us on the Blogosphere.

And most of us ignore it.

Americans are always historically slow to learn our lessons well. We are simply being true to form once again.

There have certainly been a number of INDIVIDUAL Islamic terrorist attacks, as "TellEveryone" commented, the most recent in Salt Lake City.

Assalamaua Laikum,

Peoples I understand that these dates are of significance to you.

The Amerike however have got to become part of the world....and not live in their own little vacuum. YOu have got to expand your horzions and learn...for example...don't you get bored of holidaying only in Florida and eating oranges while there.

The world does not end on your shores, indeed there is a lot more of it beyond.

In Pak many have forgotten what a white person looks like (peoples have even thought about adjusting their TV sets when they see one)...why don't you come and visit us, spend you your monies here rather than simply offering a bit of jizya.

Why was it OK for the englishman to come over by the bucketload when Pak and India was occupied...
even now the only blond you "export" is the soldier.

Unfortunately Pak and Afgans want to respond in kind by exporting their "soldiers" and 1993s and 2001s take place.

Where are the early Amerike pioneers with the Texan spirit, please come to Pak , spend some quality time and dollars here....Pak is in desparete need to see that the whiteman/infidel cares about them and Islam.

In general Pak is very friendly to peoples who grace their presence in Pak. We need to know that that we too can then send others...business peoples ...like me for example to sell Pak furniture in the US.

Pak handmade furniture is regarded very highly , so please don't think too much ...come and visit Pak (and not just for your kidney replacements) and visit my hometome...Lahore....this will surley lead to less 9/11s.

Sorry, Naseem, you don't have anything we want.

Thank you for your racists comments Naseem.

Assalamaua laikum americaningermany,

It's been a while...have you been away to save infedelism by having another child....or have you simply started work again.

Most peoples use the principle of Pak furniure in their homes whether they know it or not. Where do you think the term "Flat-PAK" furniture comes from.

Also you must have misunderstood me...We don't want to pay you to come to Pak ...it's the other way round...please don't form such hasty decisions...how do you know you won't like Pak ...unless you visit us.

For example, last weekend we had Basant....a Pak wide kite flying celebration...a wonderful coloured skyline it was. It was hot and peoples got excited and there was an unprecedented show of (gun)firing in the air...a typical show of cheerfulness.

In the capital, casualties were caused by razor-sharp strings, firing and people’s bid to catch stray kites on roads or roofs of their houses.

Eleven-year-old Umer was killed in when the string of a stray kite slit his throat.

In another incident, Mr. Ali was killed when a stray bullet pierced through his head while he was on the roof of his house.

A stray bullet also hit eight-year-old Hassan while was celebrating the festival on the roof of his house.

Danish, 13, died when he slipped from the roof of his house while catching a stray kite in Baghbanpura.

Maryam, 8, received a stray bullet while she was in her house in Garden Town and died at the General Hospital.

Shareef, 14, fell fall from the roof of his house and was killed. He was trying to catch a stray kite.

Imran, 20, was run over by a car on a Defence road while running after a stray kite.

Despite these small number of causalities Basant was considered a roaring success and the couloured sky was like nothing else on Earth.

Take it from me...it was well worth seeing.

Nasseem? Huh? Islam has finally rotted your brain. YOU ARE NO LONGER COHERENT in the most fundamental sense of the term. In short, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???

dudeinwales,

The threat from Communism came from countries, not from individuals. Russia, China, Cuba and others. These are facts citizens can relate to. When Nikita Khrushchev banged his shoe and told American leaders that the USSR will "bury you", the threat was clearly defined and responses to it could be developed.

When the threat came from terrorist groups that was harder, but still a response could be developed. Al qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah. These are established groups with clear aims. We can fight them. 9/11 was an attack by al Qaeda from bases in Afghanistan. The response was clear. But things have changed.

Today jihadists are subjecting us to death by a thousand cuts. We don't have governments lining up their citizens to attack the US. Instead we have "loners" and "nut jobs" using a perverted(?) view of Islam to justify killing innocent people. It's not that we don't "respect" their willingness to fight, but they are fighting on a plane that the USA is not even allowed to set foot on.
We're not dissing them. We simply don't have the same weapon they use: an absolute disdain for all human life. Do you want us to close America to anyone who wasn't born here and to throw out anyone who enters a mosque?
How do we respond to the shooter at the mall or the sniper in Washington? Do we get one of our "loners" to shoot up a mosque here or elsewhere? We COULD blow up the Grand Mosque, but then, after saying Americans don't respect the Islamic challenge, would you be among the protesters saying that America is not respecting Islam?
They have a new paradigm. You face the same challenge. How do you suggest we fight it?

If Naseem is a "moderate" then who needs enemies....

"Amerika" LOL. Still makes me want to reach through the computer screen.

Hi AIG,

Yes, Ethan Allen makes gorgeous furniture. And he was a great American patriot, too, very anti-dhimmi. When "Yorkers" but a bounty on his head he responded by putting out his own on the officials involved.

You've got to love that gumption. He had no use for foreigners trying to take over our country. And neither do we.

It's been a while...have you been away to save infedelism by having another child....or have you simply started work again.
Naseem

She can speak for herself, but women in the West aren't exactly sperm bins the way Muslimahs are. 'Infidelism', as you put it, isn't going to be saved by making our women breeding factories.

As for your list of kite casualities, my sympathies to the family of Danish, who from the name, sounds either Hindu or Christian. However, as for the others, inshallah.

Naseem,

LOL! Wow, you are funny, girl. But seriously, can't you guys even have a kite flying celebration without killing yourselves?

I'd consider visiting you in Pakistan...but only if I could travel I could hitch a ride on the Enola Gay.

Screw Ethan Allen - its CEO - Faroukh Kathwaira - is a Kashmir Mohammedan who lost his son to Jihad either in Chechnya or Kashmir. I wouldn't buy Ethan Allen if they paid me. So far this year, I've shopped at anti-Dhimmi Ikea, which offended Islam (according to a Norwegian minister) by showing women assembling furniture. Oh, the humanity.

This too might be read or re-read. And even if one believes that the author is far too generous in what he would have the Americans offer Pakistan (it should be threatened with a complete economic collapse, not offered further inducements) his tone is certainly more skeptical than that of the Bush Administration toward the military despot, Our Friend General Musharraf:

Op-Ed: A nuclear safety plan for Pakistan
By Selig S. Harrison, CIP senior fellow
The Financial Times (UK)
March 19, 2004

The hand-wringing continues in Washington over the recent exposure of Pakistan’s role as a global nuclear Wal-Mart. But the Bush administration has yet to confront Pervez Musharraf, the general now ruling in Islamabad, with a set of clear demands designed to prevent both the further proliferation of uranium enrichment technology and the leakage of fissile material to Islamic terrorist groups.

As a condition for unlocking $3bn more in projected economic and military aid and for formalising Pakistan’s new designation as “a major non-Nato ally” — a move announced yesterday by Colin Powell, secretary of state, during his visit there — the US should insist on meaningful steps towards US and international monitoring of Pakistan’s nuclear facilities. A limited but significant first step — and one that would be politically digestible in Pakistan —would be co-operative security efforts modelled on the 10-year-old US-Russian programme that gives US scientists direct access to Russian nuclear laboratories.

Gen Musharraf argues that no other country has ever surrendered its sovereignty to the extent now being suggested. But in reality, the “lab-to-lab” agreement between Washington and Moscow provides a direct precedent for what is now needed. Russia agreed to intrusions on its nuclear sovereignty because it needed close ties with the US for economic reasons, just as Pakistan now does. It recognised that this would be impossible without US confidence in the security of its nuclear installations.

Since 1994, US scientists from the Los Alamos and Livermore laboratories have shuttled back and forth to Russian nuclear facilities in Chelyabinsk, Sarov and eight other Russian cities, helping to train Russians in the use of US-supplied security systems. These include equipment for screening personnel access, sophisticated metal detectors, video surveillance networks, protective fencing and a range of other state-of-the-art technologies.

While the US and Pakistan have an ongoing dialogue on nuclear security, Islamabad has declined a US offer to help implement measures to prevent the leakage of nuclear materials. Significantly, that offer focused solely on a secure command and control system for Pakistan’s existing arsenal of an estimated 48 nuclear weapons. It ignored the protection of Pakistan’s stockpile of enriched uranium – sufficient to make more than 50 weapons – and a smaller plutonium stockpile sufficient for two weapons with yields of up to 20 kilotons.

It is politically unrealistic to expect Pakistan to permit outside access to its operational nuclear weapons. But it would not be unrealistic for the US and the International Atomic Energy Agency to insist on bilateral and multilateral scrutiny of the seven nuclear facilities where much of the nuclear material vulnerable to leakage is stored.

Officials in Washington fear that too much pressure could provoke Gen Musharraf’s ousting by a more nationalistic general who would end Pakistani co-operation in fighting al-Qaeda. But preventing nuclear proliferation and the leakage of nuclear material is a paramount US interest, no less important than combating al-Qaeda. In any case, the unpopular military regime in Pakistan needs US economic and military support to survive, and it is Washington, not Islamabad, that holds the whip hand. Gen Musharraf’s successor will need US support just as much as he does.

Threats to withhold new aid would not be enough to get Islamabad’s nuclear co-operation. Compelling positive incentives would also be necessary, such as access to the US textile market, which the White House promised when Gen Musharraf signed on as a US ally after September 11, 2001. Looking ahead, if a co-operative nuclear security regime were gradually put in place, the US could also consider sales of civilian nuclear reactors to Islamabad as part of a broader relaxation of the current ban on such sales to both India and Pakistan. This would help New Delhi and Islamabad alike in their desperate race to keep pace with their ever-expanding energy needs.

To be sure, no nuclear security regime can be foolproof if the Pakistan government continues to harbour Islamic extremist sympathizers and if Gen Musharraf (or his successor) is unable to control a faction-ridden military and nuclear bureaucracy. Dealing with the nuclear threat posed by Pakistan will clearly take time. Ultimately it will require a long-term transition from the anarchy of successive military dictatorships to a more stable democratic order in which Islamic extremist influence is reduced. But this sobering reality is no excuse for failing to confront the military dictator of the moment with realistic minimum demands that would do as much as possible to put the nuclear genie back in the bottle."

Wait a minute, "Naseem" is talking about Paki furniture? LOL! She/he's lost it!

Loved the Enola Gay reference, and indeed that may just have to happen again someday if male Muslims don't quit their terrorist ways.

Business a little quiet Naseem? So you found time for da'wa.

'Unfortunately Pak and Afgans want to respond in kind by exporting their "soldiers" and 1993s and 2001s take place.'

You've placed 'soldiers' in inverted commas. If they are not soldiers then what do you consider them to be?

You wouldn't by any chance have a brochure showing the range of furniture you supply? Only recently I read a story that raised some concerns regarding the Pakistani's handicraft ability, particularly in the manufacture of BBIEDs. (Bicycle Borne Improvised Explosive Devices) But what eh? If the price is right then what does it matter if the odd screw be loose or piece missing from the full packet?

Thanks, Darcy. I knew Naseem wouldn't get the reference.

Infidel Pride, are you kidding me? Holy crap! The infiltration never ceases. Which brings up a thought...why are we selling American institutions off to the damned Arabs?

I'm not giving up my cherry armoire, though. I got it over a decade ago. Please tell me Mr. Jihad wasn't the CEO back then!??!!?!

Are you folks serious? Do you mean I really have to worry about Muslim immigration and Islamic terrorism ... Ooooh, look! Something shiny …

Yes, the Brittany Syndrome (BS for short), most definitely plays a role in our nation's failure to comprehend its current peril. There can be no doubt of that. The tragic decline of America’s educational system also needs to be held responsible at some point. However, there are other factors that need to be examined. No matter how much we have forgotten the lessons of WWII (and we have), there is one overarching difference between the threat presented then and that which we now face.

Despicable as the Nazis most certainly were, our cultures shared a significant degree of ethnic and historical background. Everything from myths and fairy tales to popular foods made the German enemy recognizable in some respect. Hitler's intentional use of historical imagery and classical pantheons in the Third Reich only lent extra weight to this mutual identity. Such is not the case with Islam.

In many respects, Islam is utterly alien to our understanding. Its rigid autocracy, strident religiosity, abject gender apartheid and astringent morality make it both difficult to comprehend and unsuited to evoking any sympathetic response in Western culture. A suitable comparison would be the contrast between our understandings of German culture versus that of the Japanese during WWII. Much like the Japanese, Islam's readiness to forsake human life lends it a sense of brutality that is simply repellant.

Simultaneously, Islam parades under the false colors of a major religion and thereby obtains the benefit of the doubt from much of America’s religious population. Islam’s Abrahamic origin confers upon it a degree of initial credibility that makes other believers reluctant to dismiss its religious credentials. My personal view is that the previous mechanism and President Bush’s own fundamentalist background combine to disallow him from fully comprehending the nature of Islam’s threat. The current administration’s focus upon religiosity could easily explain such an oversight. This lack of comprehension is seen in how, despite his recognition of Islamofascism, Bush continues to extol Islam as the “Religion of Peace”, even when faced with overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

There also remains the fact that after centuries of living with the separation of church and state, it is nearly impossible for many people to comprehend that Islam is the exact antithesis of this vital constitutional law. It may quite possibly explain why so many refuse to recognize how it is precisely such a lack of separation that carries Islam beyond religion and into the realm of political ideology. Without understanding the dangerous ideological nature of Islam, few are sufficiently alarmed enough to act.

I provide this explanation as an alternate interpretation of what is so often viewed as complacency. A fatal brew of poor education, short attention span and lack of adequate comprehension are playing into the hands of our enemy. The high context nature of Islamic society uses illiteracy and underdeveloped mentality to its advantage in ways that most Westerners simply cannot understand. The notion of intentionally shackling a purposefully benighted population with cumbersome religious edict and xenophobic prohibitions absolutely defies Western logic. Conveying this complex constellation of philosophic and political ideas to the American public is a daunting task to begin with. Those whose ambitions and own personal beliefs directly interfere with understanding such concepts may be unsuited to provide the governance we currently require.

The overemphasis America’s electorate places upon personal charisma instead of outright intelligence cripples any hope of installing the kind of executive leadership our nation so desperately requires in this time of peril. Confronted with a fanatical foreign enemy that is insinuating itself into our society and listless political command at home, all of this is coalescing into a perfect storm of catastrophic proportions. Only a vigilant public that is sufficiently militated in the cause of its own preservation can have any hope of surviving the coming onslaught.

Nasseem was referring to the famous Lahore kite festival which was banned last year, but was reinstated this year - eleven people died.

You are welcome, Isabella. Is "Naseem" a male or female name? Which gender of Muslim are we dealing with here?

Does anyone know if any website online has compiled a list of all indictments, crimes, arrests and convictions of moslems here in the US? I think that would be a handy resource. Any recommendations?

If such a list doesn't exist, perhaps someone with a website would be interested in compiling one as it would be helpful to see what has been going on here in the States. I know there are lists of acts of terror since 9/11 but there have been numerous things that have been stopped before they have been carried out or in sting operations.

Thanks!

More on the Kite Festival in Lahore:

11 Dead At Pakistani Kite Festival

LAHORE, Pakistan, Feb. 26, 2007
"(AP) At least 11 people died and more than 100 people were injured at an annual spring festival in eastern Pakistan celebrated with the flying of thousands of colorful kites, officials said Monday.

The deaths and injuries were caused by stray bullets, sharpened kite-strings, electrocution and people falling off rooftops on Sunday at the conclusion of the two-day Basant festival, said Ruqia Bano, spokeswoman for the emergency services in the city of Lahore.

The festival is regularly marred by casualties caused by sharp kite strings or celebratory gunshots fired into the air. Kite flyers often use strings made of wire or coated with ground glass to try to cross and cut a rival's string or damage the other kite, often after betting on the outcome.

Authorities temporarily lifted a ban on kite flying that was imposed following a string of deaths at the festival last year. Lahore Mayor Mian Amier Mahmood said the two-day permission to fly kites ended Sunday and that the ban has been re-imposed.

Police arrested more than 700 people for using sharpened kite strings or firing guns, and seized 282 illegally held weapons during this year's festival, said Aftab Cheema, a senior Lahore police officer.

Five of those who died on Sunday were hit by stray bullets, including a 6-year-school boy who was struck in the head near his home in the city's Mazang area, Bano said.

A 16-year-old girl and a school boy, 12, died after their throats were slashed by metal kite strings in separate incidents. Two people were electrocuted while they tried to recover kites tangled in overhead power cables, Bano said.

A 13-year-old boy fell to his death from the roof of his home as he tried to catch a stray kite, and a 35-year-old woman fell off the roof of her home trying to stop her son from running after a stray kite, Bano said.

Basant — which means yellow in Hindi — symbolizes the yellow mustard flowers that usually blossom in Pakistan at this time of the year."

When a non-citizen holds on to an ideology that stipulates citizens cannot testify against non-citizens in the court or law, it becomes dangerous for citizens to live alongside non-citizens. By this very fact that non-citizens dismiss the testimony of non-citizens, a national security risk is created. Firstly, it becomes an insignificant matter for the non-citizen to kill a citizen. Secondly, it ferments the conditions for inequality to be developed by non-citizens depriving citizens of equal treatment. Thirdly, it contradicts and eliminates the claims non-citizens make about how they have no intention of killing citizens, since if that were the case, it would have been clearly stated in their belief-system that testimony against non-citizens is permitted.

Sorry, Naseem, I don't buy furniture - or anything - from countries that honor kill females. Capische?

Or from countries that stone females. Capische?

And the list of atrocities continues as everyone knows...

Isabella

Sorry, but apparently, he's been CEO since 1985. I also misspelt his name - it's Farooq Kathwari.

One of his pet causes has been to try and come up with a plan that facilitates Kashmir's secession from India. At any rate, I don't suggest dunking furniture already bought - that won't hurt EA; however, I'd simply avoid shopping there going forward.

The mainstream media in the United States is admittedly an unqualified disaster when it comes to adequately reporting the danger posed by Islam and its jihad war against America and the western democracies. Yes, this clearly is cause for apprehension. We all SHOULD be worried for many reasons--

As Americans are totally unprepared for the carnage Islam is plotting for Americans. If Ted Turner had wanted to get revenge on us for the decline of his network he could not have gotten luckier, as we really are faced with a gigantic Islamic broomstick coming at us from behind.

The media is owned by people who want to sell us cars, 'anchorpersons', Britney clones, cosmetics and sundry other consumer goodies. The one thing they do not seem to want to sell us is information keeping us safe from genocide perpetrated by Islam (maybe they listen to the anti-American leftists or something). These folks really do not want us to become too informed on global issues. Nor do they care to have us spend too much time away from watching cable TV and the like. And we don't. And on this, they have succeeded all too well of course. The price for that is that we have all been lulled into a false sense of security--something for which we are all destined to pay as Islam circles around America like sharks smelling blood (which they are).

Our current greatest hope may well be the Internet, curiously. The Internet has many sites such as this which do not sell out and the fact that they do NOT do this actually keeps them popular and noticed by millions of people who otherwise might well have been fooled by the mainstream media into believing that Islam is a non-issue and non-threat to us so we can get back to watching reruns on TV of Mr. Ed.

And when I weigh the fact that a mere 19% of Americans polled held a positive image of Islam with the fact that websites like Jihad Watch are increasing in popularity I feel that the light at the end of the tunnel may turn out not to be fire from an Islamic terrorist bombing.

Hugh-
Thanks for the info on that kite festival. I never knew kite flying could be so deadly. No wonder the Taliban banned kites!

AIG-
Long time no see. You should get your own site like some of the other posters here have done!

I thought 'basant' means springtime.

americaningermany-

Cool-stir up the masses! I check out the other posters' sites but I still keep coming here to see what the trolls are up to as well. Besides, this is the mother of all those other sites so I can't neglect it.

I haven’t turned up any exhaustive sites in my searches but I did come across this timeline document that really ties a lot of events together. It is a great read!

"(AP) At least 11 people died and more than 100 people were injured at an annual spring festival in eastern Pakistan celebrated with the flying of thousands of colorful kites, officials said Monday."

We should start a petition asking for the allowance of the Lahore kite festival to be held each and every weekend throughout the year.

Hi AIG, happy to see you, too!

Yeah, I hate that "ad Hominem" personal attack strategy of theirs' (Muslims) to distract you from the issues. But, now that we're fully cognizant of it, we're no longer subject to it.

"Whatever, Mr. Muslim, can we address substantive issues now instead of your personal attack strategy?" LOL!

Hi Darcy, Miss AIG, all,

'Sorry, business problem had to be dealt with. Nothing trivial.

Darcy, Hugh assures us that Naseem is a woman and she seems to probably be one, although from some of her posts I think we should call her Sybil, more often than not.

American in Germany,

How's the new baby? Knowing you I'm SURE the dad is not a Muslim so if you did get knocked up I'm sure you at least got a kiss out of the deal. ('Just teasing. I've missed you here!)

Infidel Pride,

Thanks for letting me hang onto my beloved Ethan Allen Armoire. It holds my TV and lots of dvds so I would be hard pressed to give it up. I actually got it second hand from a client who up and moved to another state for business and left all his furniture when he went. I knew the realtor and when he told her to go ahead and get rid of it I was able to get it for nothing.

You've brought up something that has been on my mind lately, though. Do we have any statistics on news outlets owned by foreign nationals, i.e., Arabs with deep pockets? There's more than one way to take over a country. If I found out that some Arab guy owned a major newspaper or radio station, I would encourage everyone I know to boycott them.

As for Naseem's furniture, her unwarranted superiority complex regarding all things Islam and her expectation that we will just roll over and accept it makes Naseem's Sofa World about the last place I would consider when buying items to furnish my home. I guess in this we are safe though, because the last time I checked the Qu'ran, while telling you what foot to put forward when entering and departing a water closet, doesn't say anything about where one must buy their chairs and table. What a relief!!

Pak handmade furniture is regarded very highly , so please don't think too much ...come and visit Pak (and not just for your kidney replacements) and visit my hometome...Lahore....this will surley lead to less 9/11s.

Really? Even tho' it was all Arabs (and no Pakistanis) who committed 9/11? The same Arabs who actually came to America themselves, saw American life first-hand for months, were offered opportunities to study and travel in America....and still felt compelled to commit 9/11? The same Arabs from countries who have more Westerners flowing in doing oil business than countries doing furniture business? They were all about as exposed to America as any foreigner could get....and it still didn't get them out of their single-minded vacuum to commit 9/11.

Does anyone know if any website online has compiled a list of all indictments, crimes, arrests and convictions of moslems here in the US? I think that would be a handy resource. Any recommendations?/blockquote>

A list like that would be very useful, expecially noting the comical farce CAIR plays with demographics

# An inspection of CAIR’s most recent publicly available IRS Form 990 (2004) shows for that year they received $119,029 in membership dues for that year (line 3). But at $25 per membership (the current rate is $35), that would mean that in 2004, CAIR only had 4,761 dues-paying members – less than 5,000 members out of 8 million Muslims in America. This would mean that CAIR only represents 1 out of every 1,680 Muslims. Even if a lower 6 million Muslim population figure were assumed, CAIR would still only be able to claim representation for 1 out of every 1,260 Muslims for that year.

At that rate, they are primarily representing the criminal element of their constituency based on lists as long as these . . .

D C Watson provided lists here in June 2005 and here, back in 08/05

The "Militant Islam Monitor" also works to identify culprits

Discover the network may also be a source.

XRDC, I cannot thank you enough for posting your link to the Triple Cross document.

******************** ALERT! ********************

PLEASE VIEW THE ARTICLE AT THE ABOVE LINK! IT IS MANDATORY READING FOR ANYONE WHO WISHES TO PROFESS THE LEAST KNOWLEDGE ABOUT TERRORISM AND THE 9-11 ATROCITY

After reading the entire article I am so furious that I don't even have the time to be sickened by the incompetence, malfeasance and flat out obstruction of justice involved in the run-up to the 9-11 atrocity.

The FBI, DIA, CIA and DOJ should have all gone through massive purges after the 9-11 atrocity. The huge number of careerist desk jockeys that effectively allowed the 9-11 atrocity to happen defies all conception.

The article shows nearly a dozen different ways that the 9-11 atrocity could have been thwarted. Instead, by protecting themselves against damaging revelations regarding al Qaeda mole Mohamed Ali, the FBI quashed critical evidence on the ongoing 9-11 plot.

FBI detective Lou Napoli should be tried on charges of criminal negligence resulting in the deaths of countless people. I thought that I was fairly immune to being shocked by now but this is simply jaw-dropping.

The article has also forced me to change my stance on the Oklahoma City bombing. I now view it as having been facilitated by Muslim terrorists.

I must now also consider that Flight 800 which crashed in Long Island was most likely a terrorist act. In the last few months I delivered a vigorous rebuttal regarding Flight 800 being shot down with a SAM (Surface to Air Missile). I now feel slightly ill that I could not have had this information back then. I no longer believe that Flight 800's crash was due to failure of the Kapton (polyimide) wiring insulation inside of the fuel tanks.

Once again, thank you XRDC, along with Robert and Hugh for making this site possible so that I could learn this information today.

More than ever before, I am convinced that the combination of incompetent federal investigation, downplaying of Islamic terrorism's overall threat and the liberal bias of America's mainstream media are all serving to endanger the United States in ways like never before in our history.

IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE ABOVE LINKED DOCUMENT, PLEASE DO SO RIGHT AWAY. IT WILL CHANGE FOREVER THE WAY YOU LOOK AT THE 9-11 ATROCITY.

Also you must have misunderstood me...We don't want to pay you to come to Pak ...it's the other way round...please don't form such hasty decisions...how do you know you won't like Pak ...unless you visit us.

Take it from me...it was well worth seeing.

Naseem:

as long as muslims occupy pakiland, there is no need to visit..............for the muslim occupancy defiles the land.

The Texican.
God Family America Freedom the only choice at any cost.

Assalamau Laikum all,

Some of you have asked to see my furniture range...but I'm afraid I have to decline this as this could compromise my anonimity.

Peoples sorry about this...If someone decides to visit...I can show personally.

Nobody did.

XRDC and Zenster, thanks for highlighting that link. Bookmarked it.

It ties in well with Jayna Davis' "The Third Terrorist" investigations.

Both Jayna Davis' and Peter Lance's work indicates there was quite an effort on every investigative level to CYA after the fact.

Recall a blurb in the paper from a few days ago . . .makes one go hmmmmmm, déjà vu(?), questioned because of Lance's details re FDNY accountant Refai.

...and all I can remember from that date is that Serbs were suspected first of this bombing. It never ceases to make me nautious that such evil is at work among us.

Thank you for the extra links, justamomof4. They certainly seem to confirm all of my very worst suspicions about 9-11 and Oklahoma City. Our government is in the process of betraying America to its most dire enemies.

They have a new paradigm. You face the same challenge. How do you suggest we fight it?

Before I answer this one.. I got curtains at Ikea recently and had to discover they were made in Pak. Quality's OK but I don't want to support a terrorist country in any way at all.

I'd advise you check carefully what you buy - no matter the outlet. I am sure Ikea has stuff made around the world.

which gets me to the New Paradigm..

Econonic is one.. DON'T buy anything from any moslem country. STOP technology transfers. STOP them studying in our colleges.

We fight it by EXPEDITED deportation at the slightest provocation. Make them uncomfortable about coming here.

STIFF sentences for "religiously" motivated crimes. Similar to Hate Crime legislation.

Oh and by the way.. nazeem offered a personal tour of her furniture operation. Maybe she is a he after all.. who heard of Pak females owning a business LOL.

The furniture HE wants to show you is probably things like stockades and torture racks.. and gallows, of course.

Hey Nazeem.. GO FLY A KITE!!!!

Easier said than done.

We're trying to stop illegal immigration and our leaders give us guest workers who come here illegally. We're trying to fight the violent imposition of Islam and we have hate crime legislation that can be used by CAIR to deprive all sensible Americans of their right to free speech and their right to life and liberty, none of which are recognized by Islam (the whole shebang, not just Islamism).

All of these recommendations are appropriate but we will never see any of them because our leaders have become entirely too PC. The source of this virus is our universities. Stop Muslims from coming here for study and the universities will either go broke or they'll campaign against anyone who advocates such measures. The apologists control the universities and they won't stand for anything you suggest and they'll prevail because the pols are too dependent on them and the media is their lapdog.

...and Clinton called it a police issue.....
