I am not posting this story because of what Sadiq Mohammed did, which is a crime committed by men of all backgrounds. I am posting it as possible evidence -- if the last paragraph in the excerpt I've posted is true -- of the crying need for immigration reform in Britain and the West in general. Not only do things like this, but no attempt is made to determine if those entering the country hold jihadist sentiments. Ultimately, of course, that is not enough either: Western states will have to determine -- as a preliminary step -- whether they want to be Islamized and accept Sharia, or to preserve (or recover) whatever may be left of their own cultures. This will in the first place involve not only questions regarding immigration law, but also laws relating to Muslim populations that are already here. Elements of Sharia that are incompatible with Western society and laws should be outlawed, and Muslim groups invited to renounce them definitively, and demonstrate that renunciation by teaching and working against these things in their schools and mosques. Those who do not do so should not be welcome here.
By John Coles in The Sun, with thanks to Kasper:
A SEX attacker facing deportation for the SECOND time told a court yesterday: “I’m a British citizen”.Somalian Sadiq Mohammed’s dramatic outburst came as he was sentenced for assaulting a girl of seven.
He was told he must serve at least 2½ years for the terrifying attack and feared being booted out of Britain afterwards.
Mohammed claimed he was made a British citizen in 2005 and that he even had a passport to “prove” it.
He yelled from the dock of Bristol Crown Court: “I’m a British citizen and I should be treated fairly as a British citizen. I’m not an asylum seeker — I have a small, red English passport.”
Last night the bungling Home Office was trying to establish if he possessed a genuine document.
If so, it would mean the 31-year-old had amazingly been granted citizenship AFTER his first convictions in 2000.
This is precisely the point I have been making for some time now - No western government has come up with a mechanism to reverse a granting of citizenship, other than difficult to prove intentions of lying on a citizenship application form or being identified as a Nazi specifically during WWII. And as far as denying citizenship for home grown terrorists born in the host country, what hope is there?
The West needs an open and frank discussion of its ongoing suicide. Perhaps a Paula Zahn Now series on the West's Ongoing Suicide.
Immigration reform for the West is a no-brainer and yet it has not happened. Politicians do nothing as more and more criminals and terrorists come to cause death and destruction. This is an absolute disgrace and is the prime reason why the West is losing the war on Islamania. Yeah, we kill some scum overseas yet we let them in to our own nations in droves so they can kill an entire civilization that has taken centuries to build. It's not like immigration reform would be difficult to accomplish, but, like dealing with the Iranian menace, there is a total lack of will in the West to take this simplest, cheapest and easiest method of defense. There is NO excuse for it at all.
ISLAMSFORLOSERS said this about immigration reform:
"... there is a total lack of will in the West to take this simplest, cheapest and easiest method of defense. There is NO excuse for it at all."
You and I know that there is no excuse for a lack of action on immigration. The problem is that politicians are not interested in doing what is right - particularly if it would make them unpopular. They are only interested in staying in power so that they can keep their snouts in the trough.
For them politics is a career - and a lucrative one at that. Aside from the generous pay, there are the directorships, freebies, book deals, newspaper columns, property portfolios - not to mention the attentions of nubile young women who have been dazzled by their proximity to power.
Why would they want to upset their gravy train just for the sake of doing what is right? It is far more beneficial to them if they simply preserve the status quo. They're all right. What the hell do they care about the rest of us schmucks?
So a few bombs go off now and then, killing a few dozen innocent people. Politicians don't care about innocent people dying. They might appear on TV looking sombre, but they're fine so what the hell do a few deaths matter to them?
So we have the incredible situation where those who are in a position to actually address the Islamic threat to the West, are not disposed to do so.
Therein lies the fundamental problem.
Fritz Kuhn was born in Germany, but came to America, became an American citizen in 1934, and was in the 1930s the head of the German-American Bund. He was unceremoniously interned during the entire duration of the war, and at the end of the war, without further ado, deported. Period.
And lucky to have had only that happen to him.
It is islamophobic to discriminate against sex offenders.
could be solved over night
all awards of British Citizenship should have a probationary period of say 10 years (75 years for Muslims)
"I am not posting this story because of what Sadiq Mohammed did, which is a crime committed by men of all backgrounds."
In UK one has to be "of good character" to obtain citizenship, and a person can be deprived of citizenship if the citizenship has been obtained by fraud. Which means that either this loser lied on his citizenship application (and can therefore be stripped of his citizenship and deported), or whoever granted him citizenship screwed up big-time.
All that, of course, if his passport isn't just fake to begin with.
His passport could be fake. Once, when police raided a mosque whose name I have forgotten a few years ago, they found imitation firearms and false passports there. As David Mellor put it in his Sunday people column back then "A fine place of worship that turned out to be".
Mother Ecclesiastica.
Finding an uninhabited island with a fresh water supply to dump them on is also simple.
No worries.
Why worry about fresh water
the way out will have to be wartime suspension of constitutional rights
