AMSTERDAM – The government is setting aside EUR 10 million to combat radicalisation. Seven ministries will be sending a joint action plan to Parliament in April or May. Minister Guusje ter Horst of Home Affairs announced this in a meeting with Parliament on anti-terrorism measures on Wednesday.She is not specifying yet what the plans entail. She did say that the participation of the local governments will determine the success of the plans. The government has been concerned about increasing radicalisation among Muslim youth for some time now.
Ter Horst also said women are playing a growing role in possible terrorist activities. They have "an extremely active role" especially on the internet, where they are primarily involved in translating and disseminating texts. They also play "a more active role when it comes to a specific threat," Ter Horst said, without giving further explanation.
Most MPs want to know what measures the government is taking to fight radicalisation on the internet. Justice Minister Ernst Hirsch Ballin mentioned that a method has been developed to monitor the internet and trace radical statements. He did say that he realised the internet is "infinitely large" and that some things are bound to escape the government's attention.

hmmm, let's see....was it the increased incidences of assaults, or was it the increased incidences of rapes, vandalism, burglaries,civil disobedience, or the ever present violent protests....maybe it was the violent internet blogs or the violent rants whenever Christians or Non Muslims are present....All attributable to young Muslim men...

Lame Cherry I like the way you think! That’s what we should do: acquire some non-citizen land, and ship them there. Beautiful solution to a lot of problems. Place all the accommodations there to make the place humane under all those self-imposed treaties our countries have signed. This will work great at getting rid of a fascist following that our handicaps don’t allow removing by force. They can live in their idea of “paradise” there in isolation, instead of in the West.
So they are spending $14 per man, woman, and child non-citizen. Considering that some countries actually pay tens of thousands of dollars (won’t name names) to have each non-citizen in their country this is nothing. It makes one wonder, though, how these non-citizens came to be in so many Western countries over the last 30 years. Did we have our collective heads in the sand?
If a boat ticket cost 1,000.00 that would be 10,000 tickets....it would be a start...
