LAHORE: An anti-immigrant politician is making a meteoric rise with his call on the Dutch - once one of the most tolerant nations in the world - to stop Islam “taking over Europe”, according to a report in The Daily Telegraph on Thursday.Geert Wilders, the 43-year-old leader of the Freedom Party, is convinced that governments are being forced to accommodate a ‘tsunami of Islamisation’ that is fundamentally incompatible with European social values.
“Islam itself is the problem. Islam is a violent religion,” he told the newspaper. “The Prophet Mohammed was a violent man. The Quran is mostly a violent book. We should invest in Muslim people but they have to first get rid of half the Quran and half of their beliefs,” he said.
The Freedom Party has jumped from six to 10 percent in opinion polls since November. His passionate campaign for a ban on the Islamic veil in public places is gaining such momentum that the country’s new coalition government could be forced to introduce the ban it does not support.
On the burqa, Wilders is adamant: “It is a medieval token of a barbaric time, of how not to treat women, even if they want to wear it themselves.” Allowing Muslims to wear the burqa in the Netherlands, or to have segregated swimming sessions so as not to offend religious sensitivities, amounts to “religious apartheid”, he says....
Wilders split from the Dutch liberals in September 2004 over their support for EU membership for Turkey. Two months later he was living in fear after police arrested suspected terrorists, armed with grenades, accused of planning to kill him. The Dutch politician says he and his wife have received more than 600 death threats.
Wilders, who is always surrounded by plain clothes police guards, said: “I lost my freedom and privacy because of my opposition to Islam.”
How could anyone disagree with those views?

A few weeks back a certain Dutch comedian received death threats, the comedian is keeping a low profile but he has certainly not lost his sense of humour, his answer phone now tell people to speak in there death threat after the beep. This is Geert Wilgers response on his website. I have translated it from the original Dutch. He is fearless, you have no choice when you have received over 600 death threats you have burnt your boats. What disgusts me most is that he has to have an armed guard when he goes to the toilet in the Dutch parliament building. That is a sad reflection on what has happened here in Holland. Mohammed is alive and Well
The Prophet Mohammed had at least nine wives at the same time. He married thirteen. The Youngest who he married in 622 was Aisha, who was only 6 years old, and a few years later when she was 9, he had sex with her. Marrying a 6 year old and having sex with a 9 year old is for all times reserved for the ultimate dirty old man.

He allowed 700 Jews to beheaded at the same time, and had slaves over. All false heroics, to my regret Mohammed was a perverse man, and an aggressive warlord, his Koran, a violent book and the pure Islam is up to the present day an example of expansionism and intolerance, with the latent potential to be the cause of the next world war.
The prophet Mohammed died in the year 632 in Medina 63 years old. But that was not the end, Mohammed and his Islam is still very much alive. 1.3 billion people on this earth are muslim, and the struggle continues. Islamo fascism continues to grow and also in Nederland we see, as in other parts of the West, a further radicalization of groups of Muslims, of they now come from Moroccan or Turkish background . Samir A and Mohammed B. as an example are according to themselves the true Muslims. Yet today the Imam of the Assoenna Mosque in Amsterdam wants a cabaret artist killed because of his jokes about Islam. The tsunami of islamisation is a direct threat for the continuation of the world we know, and is the beginning of the end of western norms and values such as freedom, equality, tolerance and the separation of church and state that we so rightly cherish.
It is not a question of centuries that the Eurabia of the British writer Bat Ye”or becomes reality, and those who would like to read a a realistic description of the true face of the barbaric prophet Mohammed is the recently published book by Robert Spencer “The Truth about Muhammed” an absolute must.
The question that remains is why the west is still blinded by an almost suicidal political correctness. Why do naive cultural relativists decide that they don't dare say that the islamitic culture is worse than our own, that the western culture based upon Christian Jewish and humanistic values is still the political agenda. Why do left wing quasi intellectual journalists from papers such as NCR in a disgusting spiritual witch hunt, a honest political party as mine, who state the facts and offer a solution constantly force us into the extream right corner.
Because the frightened Dimmi's will not recognize the truth. Because they are frightened to recognize that the pure Islam and its radicalization, which grows like cabbage, forms a direct threat for the West, Europe and Nederland. Because to recognize this truth would lead to measures such as an immediate immigration stop for muslims and an effort for their rapid re-emigration.
The European and Dutch body politic is cowardly. Islam will, by the continuation of our present neglect, conqueror and control the West. But that will not happen as long as I have anything to say about it.

In the UK, the BNP's Nick Griffin ended up in court twice for describing Islam as a "wicked and vicious faith".

This question has baffled me for some time. The only explanation I can think of [inserts tongue in cheek] is that western politicians have made a pact with Allah, to the effect that they are guaranteed some kind of exalted status (plus accompanying privileges) when they enter heaven. An openly gay man who took up the anti-islamic immigration cause after being constantly beaten and harassed by the peaceful and tolerant muslims who were welcomed into his peaceful and tolerant country without any thought to the consequences. He was sounding the alarm when murdered by an animal activist who was acting to defend his muslim friends and to preserve his nation from the "next Hitler", Fortuyn.
That is what happens when the mainstream media doesn't tell the truth about what is happening.
There is some more news about Wilders.
Yesterday there was the inauguration of the new Dutch government. Two members of this new government (mister Aboutaleb and miss Albayrak) have besides their Dutch also a second nationality, namely the Moroccan (Aboutaleb) and the Turkish (Albayrak). Wilders tried in the opening debate about the new government in the parliament to obstruct the installation of the two members.
The fact that it is even possible for a member of the government to have a second nationality is of course as laughable as it is potentially dangerous. Opinionpolls showed that the majority of the people in Holland supported Wilders thoughts about the matter. Sadly, but hardly surprising, the rest of the parliament did not. Instead they attacked Wilders in their cliché fashion, accusing him of stirring up hate and blaming him of Islamophobia.
The support for Wilders is nonetheless growing and any help would be welcome. At least in Holland there is someone like Wilders, who has the moral bravery to discuss those kind of issues. The future may still look bleak, but like Denmark, it still looks better than France's or Germany's.
We could use a few politicians like Geert Wilders in the U.S. His courage to speak the truth about Islam with a brutal frankness is extremely refreshing in this far too politically correct age.

I'm not too sure there's hope for Europe. The main problem lies with the EU Civil Rights legislation, applicable to all countries. This is being shamelessly used by Islamists and their well-paid lawyers (such as £1 million per annum Cherie Blair) to frustrate any meaningful opposition. The irony is that once the Islamists gain power the first ones to have their heads lopped off will be these so-called defencers of civil rights.

Mysteriously there are disproportionate numbers of Muhammedans in the EU parliament. If anyone has more information or some data about these enemy agents we should (we must) expose them. It would be interesting to find out who got them there and how they got into these cushy postions....

my first step after the london bombings was anger, frustration and sadness that a great country like britian had been kicked in hte balls by people weaker than our last norman invaders. what is happening to europe? hitlers hordes were formidable but we all gave them a bloody good hiding. but muslims? please people, grow some balls!
personally i donate to a party in the UK that will make a difference. europeans do the same thing, the USA needs a national party that isn't buried halfway up the saudis rear ends nor is far right to scare away republican voters, then maybe we can start enjoying our lives again.

Let every Saudi cleric and royal family member be stripped of power and jailed, and then one might consider getting Wilders corrected. In fact, what Wilders is saying about Islam doesn't come close to what politicians throughout the ummah say about other religions. Wilders is being generous - what Europe needs are politicials who should deport every Muslim back to Pakistan, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, and every other hellhole they came from.
He is of course substantially correct. Will his message be heard? Not yet but hopefully soon.
In the mean time I hope that his close protection detail are very very good as he's no doubt a marked man. That so many refuse to make the connection between his need for armed 24 hour protection and what he says about the nature of Islam is not heartening though.

don't get your nickers in a twist, it has nothing to do with the muslim hordes, or if they are involved it is only in a peripheral way. The police were evicting a group of youths from a house that has been used for years as a sort of youth center and had been sold. It has become a sort of rallying call of the radical left against Capitalism and its oppressive ways. The police have made 100 arrests among which were foreigners from as far away as New Zealand and America.
