[1] Hamid Hayat Update. His conviction, you see, is all because the jury foreman was biased against people accused of terrorist activities. What he really needs is a jury foreman who believes that people accused of terrorist activities are the victims of racism, bigotry, Islamophobia.

Apr. 6 - KGO - A Lodi man convicted on terrorism charges heads back to court today, hoping to get a new trial because of jury misconduct charges.A jury found Hamid Hayat guilty last year of undergoing terrorist training in Pakistan.
Hayat has filed a motion that accuses the jury foreman had a bias against people accused of terrorist activities and hid his bias with dishonest answers while jurors were chosen.
Hayat faces up to 39 years in prison.
