BAGHDAD - A parked car bomb exploded near a market in a Shiite enclave northeast of the capital, killing at least 32 people and wounding 50, police said Wednesday. Hospital officials and some of the wounded said it appeared that chlorine gas was used in the attack, but police denied the reports.
Mohammad's 1400 year fingerprints were found on the bomb.

"Fastest growing religion" - 32
When communities of individuals take ownership of their lives, thoughts, and property, they organize and manage themselves. They find time to get work done. They help one another, and create necessary employment. They train supervisors and workers. Security is tight, schools are open, repairs are made, trash is removed, and jihadists and other criminals are driven out.
Any imposition of Islamic economics and ownership restriction may hold back responsible individuals and self-starters. Local communities of individuals do not want to be dependent on the selected rule of Sharia, or forced to accept only centrally imposed decisions. They want free markets, choice, independence, control, self-ownership, and self-sufficiency.
The secular government can focus on the dialogue between service providers. Privately owned companies compete to provide services. Effective and innovative firms compete for funds. They focus less on budget and size, and more on benefits achieved and clients helped. They create solutions for community needs and requirements, at the lowest cost. Privative enterprises find answers. Locally elected secular community representatives pick from the best proposals.
Not encouraging an ownership culture, or a competitive interest rate driven economic system, may discourage healthy competition and allow communities to fall into disrepair, with high crime and unsanitary living conditions. Al-Qaeda and other Islamic fundamentalists will be attracted to the weakness in these communities.
