Sayyid Yahyah Ja'fari: "As you can see, the killing in Iraq is outrageous. That international criminal, George Bush... If there is any justice in the world, undoubtedly, this man and his ilk, without a doubt, should be sentenced to 100 deaths. There is no doubt about it. Meanwhile, they hold all the power in their hands, and the world has not yet begun to confront them the way it should, even though these peoples have great power.
"The power of the world of Islam is great. The governments are dependent [upon America], and so they prevent the Muslim peoples from doing anything, and even if they were to do anything, it would be ineffective.

"The American threats are psychological warfare. You must know this. The Supreme Leader [Khamenei] recently said so. But let's assume that it isn't psychological warfare; with God's grace, our people, our strong army, our powerful Revolutionary Guards, our brave Basij volunteers - in sum, all our armed forces, of which we are proud - are in full readiness, and they will rub the invaders' noses in the mud."

Sayyid Yahyah Ja'fari: "According to our officials and political analysts, this will not happen - I only said it for the sake of argument - because some of the American officials have a little sense, and they realize that their interests throughout the world would be in danger, and that the plundering Israel would also be attacked severely by us. America is doing all these things in order to ensure Israel's security. If it acts stupidly and invades an Islamic country - especially a country like Iran - it should bear in mind that Israel will come under a very severe attack. Several days ago, the stupid Israeli prime minister said: 'We can attack the Iranian nuclear industry with 10,000 cruise missiles, and delay it for another 10 years.' Our response is that if he is planning to fire 10,000 missiles, we will fire tens of thousands of missiles on Tel Aviv and Israel."

and this is what happens when people lie about WMD in Iraq, get out of Iraq and think fighting Iran is going to be only America punching them.
Iran, Syria, Hezbollan and Hamas, all communists will punch back and use WMD as they have concluded they can survive surgical US, European and Israeli nuclear strikes.

The video of Iranians shooting off their Missiles gave me the distinct impression that they had no clue as to where they would land.
Some of their 10,000 may hit Israel but I wouldn't want to be their neighbor. Who, no doubt, will be the lucky recipient of all the misses.
The secondary explosions these Missiles would make when hit accurately with a GBU would be totally awesome.
If Iran, its proxies or Bin Laden use WMD. It will be all over for Islam. If they are not vaporised as a result of our response. Then the conventional response will leave them prostrate anyway. Cut off from Foreign Trade and especially aid. With no Electricity, running water, Communications, Fuel and the inability to Import Food will assure that life for them will never, ever, be the same again.

If the US military detonates an Electro Magnetic Pulse weapon over Iranian airspace as it should have ALREADY done by now. Iran will automatically be made incapable of launching anything resembling a missile (or a plane) or deploying almost any type of weapon of mass destruction that involves an eletronic infrastructure because Iran's electronic infrastructure will at that point be instantly rendered defunct.

Islam is an abomination, not a religion. The sooner Iran is attacked the better. Moreover, Israel will be attacked by Iran, whether it is attacked or not. Therefore, it is best; we get in the first, second and third strike than to sit on our cowardly haunches of appeasement and wishful thinking.
Islam does not value peace, co-existence or diversity. Those believing this so-called “religion of peace” will evolve are dupes or dullards or both.

Ya got that right Sayyid. Seeing as the primary targets are civillians and the killers are Muslim fanatics of various stripes, and not Coalition forces, maybe your government should stop providing the weapons and money that have fuelled a goodly portion of the sectarian violence.
I think we need to consider Iran's threats to be somewhat pompous and misleading as well. I find their rhetoric to be mainly hyperbole...they're paper tiger, built up to be a great power.
Remember before the first Gulf War that Saddam's military was feared, it was reduced to rubble in hours and days...

Iran MUST have its nuclear ambitions crushed. There is no question in my mind at all on this.
There really was no better reason to enter Iraq than to place us strategically in the region to deal with the growing threats from the Islamic world -- a situation that is going to continue for decades -- unless of course the Muslims actually succeed in nuclear terror against the United States, then things will go from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds.
The United States is no longer just a sleeping giant. We are more like a hibernating leviathan. I pity the fools that wake us up.

If someone announces they are planning to kill you, you're better off taking them at their word and preparing for a lethal assault. Any and all consequences resulting from taking action against such threats are solely the fault of the instigating party that was making the threats in the first place.
For Your Information: The Hizbollah terrorism army is Iran's creation and has massacred more people since its inception than most other Islamic terrorism networks combined including al-Qaeda (tens of thousands in Lebanon alone). Iran truly is a menace to the world-- a MAJOR menace to the world.
As for Saddam Hussein, his ambitions could have been hamstrung by a lack of co-operation from countries in the Islamosphere. Iran may have better luck especially as it has the experience learned through the successful elimination of an entire nation-state the formerly Christian Lebanon. So yes. Expect a major conflict at any time in the Middle East.
