The 2005 figure, from the group's most recent tally, represents the largest number reported to the council, also known as CAIR, in its 12-year history.

The only backlash will be against busnesses that deliver to military bases. They will start getting restricted from entering bases.

About 6 months ago I was in south jersey on buisness.I actualy was about a half hour outside of Fort dix and I was in a gas station and what realy caught my eye were 3 men, 1 wearing the same type robes you would see on a saudi and 2 black men in skull caps I am assuming were American converts we crossed paths going into the convenience store and I met their gaze and was about to say hello but the hate in their eyes said it all,I still wear a crewcut so they probably thought I was active duty millitary, so I just went my way and actualy wrote down the plate # on their crappy looking I think Chevy Nova.Nothing ever came of it but my gut tells me there was something definetly wrong with those characters,and they are still out there up to no good.Yes I know it was pure speculation but come on they were not choir boys on their way to a concert.

I had not previously linked this Quran quote with the whole "backlash" thing, but it fits like a glove.
Muslims fear a "backlash" because that is exactly what they would do.
