Hamas doesn’t seem to understand Israeli airstrikes as a response to the recent wave of Qassams. After all, the Qassams are harmless. This from Maan News:
Bethlehem - Ma'an - Israeli TV Channel Two broadcast an interview on Thursday with the Palestinian Prime Minister's advisor, Dr Ahmad Yousef, in which Yousef described the homemade projectiles launched from the Gaza Strip at Israel as "fireworks".The advisor said that these projectiles are not causing any damage or harm to Israel. Only one Israeli has been killed, he said, while 63 Palestinians were killed in the last week alone.
Yousef added that "Israel is using these projectiles in order to kill Palestinians. "Can the stick be compared with the sword?" he asked. "These projectiles are almost like fireworks; they are not killing. Only one Israeli woman has been killed, but the Israeli military machine killed 63 [Palestinians] last week." He added, "The president described them as useless."
One killed recently, yes. Thousands of Sderot citizens have been evacuated and millions of dollars in damage has been incurred. To Hamas, however, it’s just another day.

why should Hammas care about the millions lost by damage caused by these "fireworks" rockets , money comes flowing in from the West, why should they care if only one women died, hey where they come from women are a dime a dozen especially the old ones. if Hammas looks into the last two weeks of death to his pali brothers, most of them were caused by his own.
Israel has to be realistic and start taking out these so called "Palestinians" back to other arab countries, ie Jordan,etc.

i saw this interview and what the guy actually said is : hamas should STOP firing those rockets becouse they are like firecrackers and dont cause actual damage to the enemy (israel) while they (the enemy israel) use this rockets to kill us (hamas guys)

....was he referring to the projectiles, the Israelis, or the Palestinians.....
Why do they keep firing their rockets if they know that they're worthless and that the IDF will retaliate? I'm guessing they see it as useful propaganda: "look, the IDF has murdered this and this many people, but we've done nothing!"

"Can the stick be compared with the sword?" The question that immediately comes to mind is, if you only have a stick, why are you attacking a man with a sword in the first place? What did Cossacks on horseback accomplish by attacking German tanks, other than to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt their own backward stupidity? These assholes are always crying that Israel should use diplomacy instead of force. The Israelis are not the ones obliged to negotiate by the current circumstances. The 'Palestinians' are.
Isreal should start bombing water and power facitities. You should have the right to exterminate those who want to exterminate you.
Just because the terrorist "Palestinians" can't aim their little killer rockets better doesn't make them anything but lethal projectiles.
If a gunman shoots at you, and misses, no one in court makes the argument that the caliber of the gun was probably ineffective anyway, even if he had hit you.
If the missiles killed one person, they could have killed all of their intended targets.

1:63 ratio is not bad, but even one Israeli killed by these useless losers is one too many. With the birth-rate in Gaza, a 1:10,000 would be preferable. Or better yet 0:100,000? or 0:1,000,000?
