While the message is disturbing, I would not think that the writer is seriously intending any action. Indeed, from the use of abbreviations (which seem to suggest the author is familiar with the SMS orthography favoured by adolescents), and the avoidance of capitals, as well as the obviously deliberate spelling mistakes, it may be concluded that the person is a teenager, with a reasonably affluent background (since he obviously has internet access, and probably also own a mobile phone), and a native speaker of English.
Violent messages (from whatever political background- I have read quite a few fairly violent messages in this discussion forum) are often a release for those who would never put such things into practice.

Barnaby, when politicians receive one phone call on an issue, they assume that call represents the opinion of a thousand other people who didn't bother to call.
