Amendment that would have established permanent bar on amnesty visas for terrorists voted down

The President's immigration amnesty proposal is absurd and destructive in numerous ways. Here, one attempt to head off some of the immense damage it would do to the United States was voted down. The [1] Cornyn Amendment, which would have established "a permanent bar for gang members, terrorists, and other criminals," lost in the Senate, 51-46. Michelle Malkin has [2] a list of the senators who voted nay.
