The attorney for the massive effort at legal intimidation and the impeding of anti-jihad efforts that is the Flying Imams lawsuit is unhappy. His clients, you see, have been getting a lot of bad press. Never mind that MSNBC's Contessa Brewer, to the surprise and delight of Ibrahim Hooper of unindicted Hamas co-conspirator CAIR, compared them to Rosa Parks. Others have exposed what they're really up to, and attorney Omar Mohammedi, a CAIR op himself, can't bear that. But he'll just have to put up with it, for now.

A federal judge overseeing a lawsuit filed by six Muslim men who were removed from a US Airways flight last fall has declined to limit public access to the case.Omar T. Mohammedi, a New York attorney for the six Muslim scholars, told The Associated Press on Wednesday that he sought limited media access because he felt some of the coverage of the case has been biased against his clients.
"When you think of the media, and the way they have been portraying this case, it has not been very helpful. It has been biased," Mohammedi said. "That has caused a lot of stress, a lot of stress on our clients, as well as made it difficult for us to handle this case ... in a manner that it should be handled."

In a letter dated Tuesday and addressed to Mohammedi, U.S. District Judge Ann Montgomery noted that Mohammedi had requested that the court remove members of the media from an electronic distribution list, bar members of the media from attending hearings, and hold proceedings in closed session.
"The Court declines to treat this case in the extraordinary manner that you request," the judge wrote. She added that the public and press have an interest in full access to judicial proceedings under the First Amendment.
"You have provided no legal authority supporting your request to limit public access to this case," Montgomery wrote. "While it is regrettable that anonymous individuals have threatened violence, the Court Security Officers will insure that the United States Courthouse here in Minneapolis is secure."

Longshoreman and thinker Eric Hoffer was right that all great "movements" begin as idealistic causes, morph into a business (dues, etc.) and finally devolve into a racket. He was thinking of the union movement when he said that. But "civil rights" has reached the racket stage. CAIR is a racket. CAIR is a fraud. People know CAIR is a racket.

This woman judge presiding over this particular case is an in your face to Muslims who want to use our system to eradicate our system. I'm sure that they won't be able to help themselves in revealing their contempt for this woman judge. All the better for us. I have a son who is doing fine now but when he was a teenager was in and out of the court system on a regular basis. i have first hand experience with this. There is no telling which way a judge will vote, but I've seen people piss them off and get exactly the opposite response that they thought they'd get. All one of these guys has to do is snub this woman judge and trust me, we'll all see who is wearing the pants in that court room. Whether she is impartial or not, she's human, and as soon as these idiots open their mouths and start down that road they are going to regret it.

My hunch is that there were enough sky marshals on that flight that if you got them together it would look like the outside of a union hall on meeting day. There are more video and audio here than the Godfather movie. It will show that they were behaving in a very provocative manner, a manner designed to instill fear in the passengers. Eventually (probably years from now) we will see it. The government is behaving in a prudent manner here by not releasing the film and the audio. It would make people very, very angry. I would be cautious in releasing it. I'm sure of it.
Ultimately, the CAIR people will be exposed. Some of them may do the Perp Walk one day. I'll bet the film and audio are a real eye opener.
I'm sure the audio and video left a very cold feeling inside the people who looked at it. There was silence in the room after viewing the film and audio of these Flying Imams. CAIR people will go to prison eventually because of what they saw. But the government is being prudent in not releasing the film and audio. They got a real eye-opener. I'll bet I'm right.

I'm sure they do feel a lot of stress (me heart goes out to them-LOL). That's what happens when you lie and are going to be exposed by your lies. When you know are telling the truth and the evidence will show are telling the truth you are not stressed. "Conscience doth make cowards of us all". I'm sure they are stressed.
But the Flying Imams are really small potatoes on this matter. It's the puppet masters that are the one's who are pissing in their pants. This has got to be a real nightmare for puppet masters.
