Thinking back to my own junior high years, I think I would have been absolutely disgusted if my school put on something like this, where girls would be denied full participation based on gender.

And if the same thing were tried in a Moslem country with everyone play-acting as Christians-- is there any doubt there would be a lot of arrests or piles of dead bodies of townspeople.

As a recently retired public school history teacher, I am convinced much of American public education is virtually dangerous in the "politically correct" way it LIES (frequently by omission) in so many important social and cultural subjects.
The only bad cultures are Judeo-Christian ones is the way social studies is taught in America these days. We are digging our own graves and the graves of our freedoms in the name of a radical liberalism promoted by a Left-Wing Media and Left-Wing politicians who hate Christians and Jews.

I'm sitting down this Sabbath with some light reading - a series of lectures on John Locke, Adam Smith, Edmund Burke, and John Mill. I regret having gotten to the age of 46 without reading these gentlemen. Do it while these texts are still halal...

We have been warned for years by Michael Savage et al about the dangers of open borders and multiculturalism. We were disdained for echoing those concerns. Now, in the past few weeks, we have been told by President Bush, Secretary Chertoff, Senator Graham and Linda Chavez that if we want to preserve our culture, we are racists.

Savage has also communicated a much subtler message than the obvious warnings that have come from many sources, such as JW, Steve Emerson, etc. He warned the nominally conservative party, the Republicans, that if they marginalize the cultural traditionalists and called them racists for wanting to preserve our unique heritage, then the traditionalists might give up on the Republican Party and turn to fascism. For liberals who might misinterpret this observation, Savage was not inviting people to become fascists. Rather, he is horrified at the prospect, and is begging the Republican Party establishment not to alienate those who conserve our heritage.

Truth in disclosure - I am the great-grandson of immigrants, Jewish, fascinated by foreign languages, ardent reader of religious texts of West and East, admirer of legal, hard-working immigrants. Note to Muslim immigrants, however - a well-known central Jewish teaching states that "The law of the land is our law". Thank God my great-grandparents chose to come to the greatest country in world history.

When I see that picture above, I think of the Minutemen, of Patrick Henry ("Give me liberty or give me death!"), of the man who said he regretted that he had but one life to give for his country, and wonder - is this what they bled for, is this what they died for?

Wake up, America and the West! This picture above is your future - and it's coming a lot sooner than you think! Who is going to save you from Submission (Islam) when you have condemned all true patriots as enemies? Who is going to save the women and the girls? God help America! Pray - and act!

Who organized this? Who put it, presumably, on public property (the town green)? Who thought it was a good idea? Who paid for the food? Is this the Saudi propaganda machine, working in capillary fashion, wherever it can ooze, or is it some terminally naive and ignorant teacher's idea of how to "avoid the clash of civilizations"? Were any translations of standard Saudi textbooks, on the subject of Christians and Jews, available? What about all those nice signs, everywhere in Saudi Arabia, for "the Muslims" and in another line,"for non-Muslims."

Aside from the Fun With Dick and Jane and dishdashas and full=length burgas (the girls did wear, from head to toe, black burgas, didn't they?) what did they learn, for god's sake, and what, for god's sake, could they conceivably have learned, in Amhert, New Hampshire, about the cruel and vicious regime of Saudi Arabia?

Here's a thought. Pass out xeroxed copies of J. B. Kelly's Encounter essay from 1979, "Of Valuable Oil and Worthless Policies." Or excerpt from that his most piercing paragraphs on how ARAMCO propaganda presented Saudi Arabia for decades -- and how, obviously, it is still being presented.

Stop the transparent nonsense. Educate the children. And while you are at it, educate the parents too.

The curriculum that has the seventh graders doing this was developed by some "moderate" muslim, no such thing, that Bill Clinton appointed to some position in his group. I have seen the pictures of Bill, the Goracle and this muslim. He is the one that set this up for our seventh graders to be learning about islam. It is not just about arabs. So far this has happened in NH, CA, and WA. It is always a three week thing. In CA and WA the kids had to take muslim names. Now, where is the ACLU? They had to take muslim names!!. They also had to pray toward mecca during school and have a fake ramadan. They had to fast from something they liked. This same curriculum has them learning about christianity and jeudeism covered in about three hours. Why are schools even teaching religion of any kind. It is not cultural. Culture is how people live. But wait, islam is not really a religion. It is an all encompassing way of life. Mo even tells you how to wipe your ass, makes it ok to marry 9 yr olds and treat women and girls as property. Islam even condones slavery. Wonderful way to live. When are we going to understand the muslims like to play victim. They keep saying that the west is waging war against islam. In reality islam has declared war on the west.

I just read "America Alone" by Mark Stein. The terrorists are actually the military wing of islam. The clerics are the political. The rest of the muslims actually think that the world is meant to be ruled by allah.

I am a proud athiest and know that man made up god to explain things that he could not understand. Mo made up islam in the seventh century and now his desendents are trying to claim the earth. We have to power to get rid of these people, buy until we declare Total War, like WWII, we will not win. In WWII we bombed civilians. That is not PC, but that is what it is going to take. I pitty the people living in about sixty years from now. The government of our country is goint to just keep giving into the muslims, which they see as weakness, then it will be too late. They are out breeding us now. Demographics is something they truely understand.

Hmm, as long as participation was voluntary, I actually think a relatively honest view of SA (the scary customs form, the sexism) is exactly what kids need. If I'd been offered this event when I was a stroppy young lass, I would have expressed my disgust and been thoroughly put off islam for life.

Was there any follow-up press about this event? Why was Saudi Arabia chosen as a topic? Did some wealthy Saudi in the area fund part of this charade? Why not 'celebrate' a night in Sudan with mock murders of children gathering fire wood and slaves being held together with ropes? How about a "Celebrate North Korea" evening, where children could be lined up for mock executions and guests would be served a staple in the local diet, grass soup? There is NOTHING to celebrate about Saudi Arabia...This is insane and one of the many reasons why homeschooling in the USA is growing by leaps and bounds every year.

Home School -- High Five!

As a mother of four, I finally got it right with my youngest who was homeschooled during his high school years. The best decision we ever made for our son!!

Now my oldest daughter and her husband want to home school THEIR children. There's a move towards change that's on the rise.
