Meanwhile, I don't think it is I who have to "come to terms with reality." Any hatred in my writings comes from the Islamic texts and teachers I quote, not from me. What have you done, sir, to stop the jihadists -- or is your wrath solely directed at those who, like me, dare to resist them?
