UK police had "no advance intelligence" of London bomb

Watch out: there could be more. From Bloomberg:

``The police did not have any advance intelligence of this which is worrying,'' said Paul Wilkinson, chairman of the Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence at St. Andrew's University in Scotland. ``They will be concerned there might be other devices in the area or elsewhere in central London because if it is al-Qaeda one of their characteristics is to set off coordinated devices.''

Latest appears to be that one or two tube stations are being closed as a precaution.

Another friendly gesture from the Religion Of Peace.

Uh huh. The 21st century Barbarians strike again. In all of the TV News I watched, only one person, "John O'Connor," a former Head of Scotland Yard, had the cojones to use the words "Islamic terrorism." He also said something about how England is playing "catch-up" to all of the "years of invective spread by the mad mullahs." Mad Mullahs! He actually said "mad mullahs!" Woo hoo! And used the word "Islamic."

Matt Lauer, on the other hand, after his brief introduction about the car bomb found, said "Who's responsible?" Hmm...I think there might be a good chance that the Reindeer people of Northern Finland are responsible.

MSM just cannot acknowledge the obvious...EVER.

I ignore them & get my news elsewhere, which ensures I actually get news.

I can't remember this gentleman's name...but he was a fire captain in London at the time of the 7/7 bombings. On the 5th anniversary of 9/11, I had the opportunity to hear him speak at a 9/11 memorial service in College Station, Texas. The gentleman was NOT playing games about who was responsible, and what needed to be done about it.
I sincerely hope that all of the people in positions of authority in western countries can adopt a similar attitude, and stop playing these childish (dangerous) games with the enemy. The way we're talking, we're doing nothing but showing how weak we can be.

Identify the enemy for who it is.
Keep them from entering country by any means possible.
Kill the bastards any place you can find them.

The British government never took Pakistans or Irans threats seriously, when they told us that there would be bombings in London because Salman Rushdie was knighted!

Oh...Jerusalem Posts, you think this bomb is specifically related to the knighting of Rushdie?

The muzlims ALWAYS find a more current excuse for their actions, so that we may feel guilt and are hence distracted from their real motivation:

World Domination.

(Great. Now I have the song by the Belle Stars stuck in my head..."How are your plans going for World Domination?")

Only the wankers from Al Bebeceera don't mention the obvious. 'Islam' & 'Islam-terror' is taboo.

CNN does it on the double.

There have been some demo's in London yesterday, some pic's here, not all bad:

“Lets-get-naked-and-hate-civilization” rally in Londonistan

Miss_Anthrope - I never feel "guilt" about Muslims - never. For what reason? They've been Murdering Barbarians from the first and they still are and they treat females as less than camel dung. Guilt? Concerning Muslims?

Never.

darcy,

Totally agree...I don't feel guilt either. I didn't create their Hell or anyone else's, and I certainly take 'issue' with their views on women.

I was commenting from what I've seen of the Left & others' reactions all too often.

But I should have made that clearer.

No, I understand, Miss_Anthrope. "MoonBat Guilt."

It's a crying shame that the Dhimmicrats in this country have packing peanuts for brains...

Ha! Love that...packing peanuts.

Darcy, of course the bombings are to do with Salman Rushdie.

When the Muslims says they're going to bomb somewhere, they always do.

6 weeks before the 7/7 bombings, Hamas announced that London would be bombed, but as usual, no-one took any notice.

That sentence is too long.
Too many words.

It should be pruned from

UK police had "no advance intelligence" of London bomb.

to

UK police had no intelligence.

which is a truism.
