Update on the Doctors' Jihad Plot. By Ben McConville for Associated Press (thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist):
GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) - British police focused Tuesday on at least four physicians with roots outside Britain—including a doctor seized at an Australian airport with a one-way ticket—in the investigation into failed car bombings in Glasgow and London....At least four of the eight suspects directly tied to the terror investigation were identified as doctors from Iraq, Jordan and India. One of the doctors from India, 27-year-old Muhammad Haneef, was arrested at Brisbane's international airport where he was trying to board a flight, the Australian attorney general said....
Meanwhile, the PC types grasp for a backlash, suggesting that arson next door to a mosque must be "Islamophobia":
Police were also investigating an attack on an Asian news agent early Tuesday in Glasgow, in which a car was rammed into the shop and caught fire or set ablaze, and the torching of a real estate office next to a mosque near Edinburgh on Monday.Police have yet to establish if either attack was racially motivated, but Osama Saeed, Scottish spokesman for the Muslim Association of Britain, said tension was increasing.
"It suggests there is a rising feeling of hostility where people feel comfortable in the company of others acting in a grotesque fashion," he said....
Saeed was silent about the toleration within mosques of people acting on jihadist principles that they don't wish to act upon themselves, but have no way to object to.
Authorities identified Bilal Abdulla, an Iraqi doctor who worked at the Glasgow hospital, as the other man arrested at the airport. Staff at the Glasgow hospital said Abdulla was a diabetes specialist.Haneef, 27, was being detained in Australia under counterterrorism laws that allow police to hold a suspect without charge as long as a judge agrees there are grounds to do so, Australian Federal Police Commissioner Mick Keelty said.
No charges were filed Tuesday, and Keelty stressed it had yet to determine what role—if any—Haneef had in the plots. Officials did not say where he was bound when he was detained.
"The doctor was regarded by the hospital as, in many senses, a model citizen—excellent references and so on," said Queensland Premier Peter Beattie.
A man arrested late Saturday on a highway in central England was also a physician, Mohammed Jamil Abdelqader Asha, police said. A Jordanian official said Asha was of Palestinian descent and carried a Jordanian passport.
Azmi Mahafzah, Asha's instructor at the University of Jordan medical school, said he knew Asha during his studies and training from 1998 to 2004.
"I didn't even have the impression that he was religious," he told The Associated Press. "He interacted with others, both boys and girls. He has no prejudices. He is not a fanatic type of person."
...so much for the Hippocratic Oath. Hyppocritical perhaps?
Muslim doctor = Russian roulette.
Muslim doctor = Russian roulette.
I was wondering what was the story behind the media initially reporting these guys as Asian/oriental ? i saw pictures and they didn't look asian to me. was this a deflection tactic by the media or what ? were there asians involved?
"I didn't even have the impression that he was religious," ...islamaphobe I guess? Funny how even muslims know that the more religious they get the more violent they tend to be towards fellow humans. What a friggin joke Islam is...and what a joke the people who practice it are. I'm just so sick of Islam and the lack of our idiot leaders to recognize what all muslims already know.
I’d recommend looking at the engineers too. This electricity thing sure makes life convenient.

Heck, maybe even take a look at Muslims at the Center for Disease Control.
If you get really bored, review just who is working at the water purification plants and urban railroad switching yards.
But, on second thought, Doctors pulled off the last stunt so better to concentrate on them.

Moblows, some of the countries in the ME are in the continent of Asia. Oriental is a bad word to use - it is not really descriptive of all Asians. I don't look at Asian Indians as 'oriental'.
I don't know exactly which ones are and which ones are not in Asia. Europe and Asia boundaries are a blur to me. (I haven't taken a geography lesson recently). I just open a map when I want to see where a country is located.
MoBlows, In the UK the term "Asian" often refers to what we in North America call the Indian continent and its adjacent region such as Pakistan and others. In that respect it may not be an effort to deceive. However, the BBC hs barely used the words muslim, islam or islamist in its coverage of these events at all. In fact I hav eonly come across the terms 2 or 3 times in the course of reading some 15 articles on the BBC. Heaven forbid they may offend someone by telling the truth.
Wow, I just did a websearch on 'asia middle east' and found this great little pic of boundaries of the Asia and Middle East.
http://worldatlas.com/webimage/countrys/me.htm
I just thought it was strange that many news outlets i watched went out of their way to say Asian rather than Arabic or Middle Eastern in appearance, which they were , not so much "Asian" as westernetrs define it. it just seemed odd to me, being that they didn't look like what the average person would deem " Asian " .
Police have yet to establish if either attack was racially motivated
This is how far off the police are. I've been hearing the MSM congradulate law inforcement on the good work they've done. What good work? Their just plain LUCKY. Now they pull the race card.
"We're looking (hoping) for a white male as the perpetrator, but we just can't find one."
Guess I've been wrong all along. It's the Asians, not the Mohammadans.
We take them in, mollycoddle them, they are Westernophobes. Deportation now!
"Osama Saeed, Scottish spokesman for the Muslim Association of Britain, said tension was increasing.

You shall be judged by the company you keep.

MoBlows: IN this case at least, there is no real deflection by the media.
In the UK, they use the term Asian differently than in the US, they also include the Indian subcontinent and so would include those from India, Pakistan, Bangledesh, Sri Lanka, etc. Based on this, they were in fact, identifying those who are from countries considered home to elements of radical islam.
The fact that the latest plot to maim and murder Infidels was concocted, planned and executed by doctors of the Muslim variety (that's the Herr Doktor variety) blows to smithereens, btw, the apologists' claim that poverty, exclusion, and European racism are the "root cause" of Muslim rage. It also makes irrelevant the CNN's resident Dhimmi's (Christiane Amanpour) thesis or pseudo explanation of "why they hate" -- Amanpour allegation that it's because they're "ghettoized" another crock of bs. I wonder what Christiane Amanpour's excuse will be now? That the Herr Doktors weren't given Nobel Prizes?
Oh, Abdullah, future doctor... Yoo hoo. Where are you?
Leavin' on a jet plane, no doubt.
The history of physician terrorists is long and well-established. See here (copy the entire URL and paste into your browser):

probably that they were made to feel uncomfortable by members of the staff and by patients and so they reacted in a perfectly reasonable (to a dhimmi) way.
That or that they were ghettoized in the home country and they took it with them to England. The guy from Iraq, for instance, saw US bombs kill someone and just went loco.
The dhimmis have an answer for everything. They would probably never accept such acting out from their own children so you have to wonder why they think it's perfectly acceptable behavior for grown men.
Anyone remember a couple of years ago on the Ogrish forum (I know) there was a jihadi called "the Islamic Dr" who used to post jihadi videos,of IED's and the like?
He used to seem to be able to get his hands on these very quickly - before anyone else on the web.
By his own admission after lots of pressure from forum members he admitted (on his leaving the forum) that he was a Palestinian and was indeed a doctor and working at a hospital in London.
Coincidence?
I used to complain like hell about this guy and it resulted in me being banned from the forum! Their loss of course!
Also coincidently, there is a similar character doing almost the same thing as the Dr. (but without the rhetoric)on the uncoverreality.com forum. His name is ant_bar88 and he posts jihadi stuff everyday in the audio and video section.
Please help to stop this guy in some way, even just by pestering them or something.
Thanks.

The story about the arson attack on the mosque. It is well known that the Pakistani and other muslim communities, as a way of getting sympathy and rousing their Marxist/leftist allies, deliberately stage fake hate attacks on their own mosques.
A Muslim would never damage a mosque?
Race hate? When has Islam become a race?
The BBC has given an opportunity to muslims to speak out on its web site, and guess what: instead of unconditionally condemning these (thankfully) bungling wanna be terrorists, most muslim posters have chosen instead to blame the British foreign policy and the treatment of muslims by the West and US for these attempted terror plots. One guy even has the temerity to say "if you bomb us, we bomb you"!
No wonder Gordon is shaking in his boots and has already buried his nose up the collective muslim
derrière.
How come someone who disagrees with islam be a racist?
It's a belief system, not a racial type.
Why do so many people fail to make this distinction?

That’s the idea, of course. The situation is worse than the cold war intrigue with Russia: these are blood-atonement Muslims ready to die for their fantasy that Britian is trying to live with. IMO no Muslim can be trusted, and I think that Britain & the US need to halt nearly all immigration from Islamic countries and start deporting all medical students & doctors on visas. Not that every one of them is necessarily a terrorist but trusting them is too dangerous, life can well go on without them, and the Muslim world should see some consequences for the outrageous actions of their Muslim brothers.
Britain & the USA should take care of their own first & foremost and deport all known non-citizen militant Muslims without worrying, as they do now, about how they will be treated back in the home country.
But what politicians are going to risk losing their precious Muslim block vote? IMO citizens should target at the polls all politicians who cater to the Muslim vote.

The persons making that accusation are in the habit of thinking in groups, rather than individuals or any other rational categories for that matter.
The jihaddis and their supporters and apologists, in particular, are completely given to the habit of thinking in groups.
And it can be confidently asserted that mohammedanism encourages its adherents to think in group terms, dividing the world into the house of war and the house of wax :-)
That being said, to a racist:
To criticize an ideology is to criticize the group that believe in it.
To criticize a group is to be a racist.
That the criticisms may be valid and rational is irrelevant to the racist.
This is what is called the collectivized mind.
