It really doesn't say what Muhammad Salah's legal status is. Is he a citizen or non-citizen? Is he a naturalized citizen from the Muslim world, or an American Black convert?

You're right about the citizen. They could not be deported, but they could be tried for treason. Not many people realize that the constitution specifies death for treason, but I'd settle for life imprisonment. (The death penality clause for treason has always irritated those who caim that the death penality is unconstitutional. How can it be unconstitutional when it is specified in the constitutional?)
I think there's a good case for voiding the citizenship of a naturalized citizen if it can be shown that they took the citizenship oath in bad faith, in which case, after serving their sentence, they could be deported to the country they came from.

Can someone do research and see if there is a case of a group (cult) of people whose beliefs and doctrines are contradictory to our own? Whose community were expelled or dismembered in our legal history? I just use the Manson situation as an example. As an attorney, I'm sure you would have access to perhaps a much better case.

The original framers of our rights were greatly opposed to muslims and islam and had no idea that muslims hundreds of years later would EVER foul and soil the land of America. I believe if they did know they would had written something SPECIFICALLY in the Bill of Rights forbidding and outlawing islam in any and all forms.
You conveniently forgot that Europe was still grieving and saddened by the loss of Constantinople and the remnants of the Byzantine Empire back in 1453 and THAT is the main reason why the New World was discovered as the old Byzantine trade routes were now closed to all non-islamic traders.
That was another reason the Europeans and American despised islam for all of Southern Europe was attacked and constantly invaded after the Byzantine Empire was no longer in existance to protect that area of Europe.

Atheling: Thanks for responding. No cult I know of was disbanded for their ideas per se. What has happened occasionally is that a wacko group here or there has been ended by an IRS investigation or for something along those lines. Even the Manson loons were not indicted simply because they were part of Manson's minions but rather because they individually participated in felonious actions.
Respecting Islam, it will be a much harder problem, to put it mildly (all part of the reason why I call Islam the "perfect storm" of totalitarian ideologies). I detest it as you do, but it is a belief system which has slipped under the radar as a religion, and it is a major one at that. It has all sorts of extra protections surrounding it for this reason. I see the necessity of extraordinary measures, constitutionally and legally, to be rid of it here in America. It's going to be very challenging to do this, I assure you. My best to you. Keep up the fight.
