The FBI is investigating an alleged human smuggling operation based in Chaparral, N.M., that agents say is bringing "Iraqis and other Middle Eastern" individuals across the Rio Grande from Mexico.An FBI intelligence report distributed by the Washington, D.C. Joint Terrorism Task Force, obtained by the Blotter on ABCNews.com, says the illegal ring has been bringing Iraqis across the border illegally for more than a year....
The FBI report, issued last week, says the smuggling organization "used to smuggle Mexicans, but decided to smuggle Iraqi or other Middle Eastern individuals because it was more lucrative." Each individual would be charged a fee of $20,000 to $25,000, according to the report.
The people to be smuggled would "gather at a house on the Mexican side of the border" and then cross the Rio Grande into the U.S., the report says.

...they then go to Philadelphia,Atlanta, Or New Haven Ct and easily secure valid ID courtesy of the US GOVERNMENT....drivers licenses, SS numbers, bank accounts, etc....legally...

Geesh, the MinuteMen knew about this for quite some time now. I get newsletters from them and have heard that middle eastern muslims have been sneaking across for a very, long time now. For what it's worth, during this morning's press conference Ms. Townsend of Homeland Security flatly stated that US resources should be used to track terrorists within our borders and not to hamper "illegal aliens" seeking "economic opportunity". Quite the open invitation for both groups, considering some OTM's (Other Than Mexican)are picking up Spanish as a language before they cross the border.
I throw up my hands.
The elitist, born-to-rule leaders in Washington and elsewhere really do think the American people are stupid. There is no other explanation for their blatant arrogance in refusing to secure our borders. A first-grader has enough sense to understand, especially with all the recent warnings about imminent terrorist attacks in America, that the Iraqis in Iraq pose no threat to us, but the Iraqis, Saudis, Syrians, Egyptians, etc. who are sneaking across our borders are probably coming here to launch terror attacks.
Bush repeated his hackneyed mantra again today about "fighting them in Iraq so we won't have to fight them here", yet he never says a word about the OTM's that come across the Mexican border and disappear into America. He puts us all at risk just so his beloved Mexicans can continue to invade our country and further his dream of a borderless U.S. and a North American Union.
What excuse will Bush and company have when we are attacked by illegal alien muslims who easily crossed our open border with Mexico? Our leaders today seem to think just like the aristocrats and royalty of yesteryear; that they are more valuable people than their subjects. They also seem to believe that they are far wiser and better equipped to determine our destiny than we are. The president and Congress are completely out of touch with their "subjects" and it's time for some fresh blood. Our government no longer cares what we want and seems determined to foist upon us whatever grandiose destruction they deem appropriate and condusive to "diversity", as if we weren't diverse enough.
I've never been so disillusioned with the people elected to run our government and the bureaucrats they hire to make our lives more complicated and miserable. The democrats talk about Bush taking "rights" away from the American people, yet they are determined to pass hate crime legislation that destroys free speech! Congress allocated funds to build over 800 miles of double fencing on our Southern border, and, to date, a grand total of 13 miles of a single fence has been built.
This is what's called dragging your feet, and it should be obvious to all that it's deliberate.

As with Islam, the goals are strikingly similar and there is nothing "secret" or conspiratorial about it. The easily obtained handbooks in both cases spell out the program.
Someone once said, "The people should not fear the government. The government should fear the people." We are so off-track now due to the gospel of pc self-destruction that it will take at least two generations (about 50 years) to come back to center. Not many citizens even know what "center" means nowadays. A change like that takes more than a nudge to wake us up and perhaps we owe a small debt of gratitude to Islam for providing a critical catalyst for a sorely needed change of outlook. What other force today could so powerfully illuminate the twin calamities of Socialism-Marxism and Islam?

Human Smuggling and Slavery are too Lucritive to stop regardless of the harm done to the United States.
When a Business, Farmer, etc needs workers they call one phone number, tell the person on the other end how many workers he needs and they come to an agreement. The predetermined number of workers show up on time. The workers are paid by the "contact" who is the one who deals directly with and receives payment from the Slave Master.
These people are being smuggled because the Profit margin is much larger than having to pay workers a legal wage. When the minimum wage laws were passed and the traditional below slavery wages could no longer be paid many conspired to find a new way and they did.
The Lie that they are doing Jobs Americans wont do could be truthful stated they are being paid wages Americans won't work for. I will note that My wife and Kids picked BlueBerries every Summer until told that they "now only Hired Mexicans" because they only have to pay one person and they worked for less. Prior they would pay $3.00 for a flat of Berries and would pay as you brought them out of the field, with hiring the Mexicans they could just pay one person at the end of the day a total for the work produced that day at a lesser rate, much easier = Lazy and cheaper = PROFIT.
When you have Illegal Immigrants found several years in a row mowing grass all over Camp Lejeune N.C. and other Military Bases to include "Restricted Areas" and the Media and Officials completely ignore the crime it becomes clear that Someone up the Food Chain is Deliberately trading the Security of the Nation in favor of the Profit to be made in the Human Smuggling business.
Considering that any "contractor" who does business/ work onboard the Military Base must register with the Station Inspector's Office, get a Local Background Check and when all requirements are met they receive a pass to enter the base to work. The Contractor/ Business is also required to have EVERY Employee/ Worker comply and also receive a Pass. This means that either the contractors failed to comply with Security Regulations and jeapordized the Security of the United States or somehow the Illegals were issued work passes.
Anyone who hires an Illegal is supporting Human Smuggling and Slavery and should be jailed.
This whole thing is Rotten from the Top and it is all about Money. Simply enforcing the Laws on the books could have been enough but I fear that because of Greed that we are at the point where Blood will flow before this mess gets taken seriously and cleaned up. Unfortunately none of those responsible for creating this situation for Profit will ever be held accountable, at least in this life.
