This is good to see and I hope it finds its way into many Central American Countries that are becoming havens for Hezbollah, and Al Qaeda operatives. They are coming unfortunately at the invitation of soon to be dictator Hugo Chavez, and other leftist leaders who are allowing this incursion in that is supported by Iran, and Syria and Hezbollah is now the most dangerous and strongest Islamic terrorist organization operating today throughout the world.

I toured Andalusia, visited La Mesquita in Cordoba (yes, the Cathedral is still called "the Mosque" after all these centuries) and the Markaz in Seville. I can see why muslims focus on Spain and long to restore an empire there. I spent my entire visit there, by the way, in the company of a very good friend who happens to be a devout muslim.
For those interested but too lazy to do so themselves I have used Google translator to translate a couple of key passages from the first review, for the benefit of English readers.
First, Horacio's closing recommendation for the book.
...and as soon as I have 17 Euros I intend to buy him, to give besides to read.
And second, part of his poignant analysis of the book.
Speaking as a crossed one myself, I can say that old Horseradish can bark up this tree and yihad all he wants but he's not getting it. Spencer's Clinton analysis, now that the Spanish have it, stands in the way.

That kid is nuts and a result of our education system; precisely why I no longer teach in public schools.
I have lived in Texas all my life and this is the first I have ever heard of the ruins of ancient mosques in Texas. I have studied Texas history and read Spanish lit from the Spanish and Mexican rule of Texas and have never encountered such a claim. It could be that I missed something. Someone please enlighten me as to where this might exist other than in the mind of some wannabe jihadist.

While many Spanish words have the same roots as their Arabic equivalent, the cause is not Islam. Spain was first settled by Semitic-speaking Phoenicians. Later the Romans came and inposed Latin. Needless to say Latin-based Spanish has many semitic words that remained part of the colloquial speech.
Spain was also the home to hundreds of thousands of Aramaic-speaking Jews who also contributed to the language. For instance the Spanish word for "shirt" is "camesa" which has the same root as the Aramaic/Arabic "kameez".

This is false but an understandable mistake. Many of the Spanish settlers in the new world were Conversos ("Marranos") i.e. Judeo-Catholics. These were not mosques and the writings are in Aramaic and Hebrew-Arabic (Hebrew written in an Arabic script) but the writings are not from the Quran but from the Tanakh.

Every Spanish-speaking parish priest, bishop, abbot, archbishop and Cardinal should be reading it out to his flock after Mass. Every mayor in every little town in Spain and in Latin America should have it on his desk.
That, plus a Spanish translation of Mark Durie's hard-hitting little book on the critical theological differences between Christianity and Islam, might be a start.
Does anyone reading or posting here, have Spanish-speaking friends, relatives, workmates, whether from Spain herself or from the New World? If you do, perhaps you should order the Spanish 'PIG to Islam and the Crusades', and give it to them. If you live in a neighbourhood with a lot of Hispanic immigrants, buy copies of the Spanish 'PIG to Islam' and donate them to the Spanish section of your local municipal library, and the high school libraries (don't forget the local Catholic college!).

-which Google translated back into English as:
