Spencer scheduled for CNBC's Kudlow show tonight

I am scheduled to discuss briefly the threat against Goldman Sachs and related matters on [1] CNBC's Kudlow and Company today, probably between 5:30 and 6:00PM EST.

As always, this may not happen -- you just never know. But I am scheduled.
