ISLAMABAD, Aug 21: Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Sher Afgan Niazi on Tuesday stunned both the treasury and opposition senators when he roundly criticised the foreign policy, describing it as one of appeasement at the cost of national interests, sovereignty and honour….Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal’s Prof Khurshid Ahmed immediately stood up to endorse most of the views expressed by the minister, and welcomed the “change of heart,” describing it as part of the change that had taken place in the wake of the July 20 landmark Supreme Court judgment....
Dr Niazi said in his speech that the key role Pakistan played in bringing about the downfall of the former Soviet Union was a blunder. It resulted in the emergence of a unipolar world and gave the US a licence to attack any country it wished, he said.
He said that American presidential candidates’ statements threatening Pakistan’s internal security were a reflection of the jaundiced thinking of US leaders who had forgotten lessons of history and the glorious past of Muslims.
Lashing out at the recent US law attaching strings to financial assistance to Pakistan, Dr Niazi described it as insulting and demanded that “we must return and refuse to accept such assistance”.
He said the country should learn to stand on its own feet by rejecting all foreign assistance as a proud Muslim nation....

The Pakistani minister, and many other Muslims, who simultaneously accuse "the Jews" or "the American Crusaders" of staging the 9.11.2001 attacks, and also express great delight at those very attacks, demonstrate how, all over the Dar al-Islam, the capacity for reason and logic is impaired.
The credulous acceptance of a Total System, with its Complete Regulation of Life and Explanation of the Universe (at no extra cost), the belief that one should never question Allah, and that one should never dare to recognize the contradictions in the Qur'an itself (but be satisfied with "naskh" or "abrogation"), and that one should never notice the 20% of the text that makes no real sense (see Christoph Luxenberg on that 20% that makes no sense), the ability to believe one thing and its opposite at the same time, or to find behind every failure of Muslim states and societies not the real reason for that failure, but the machinations of Infidels, the alacrity with which every crazy charge against those Infidels becomes deeply and truly believed, the incapacity for any degree of skepticism or lonely critical thought, the willingness to subject oneself to, or enroll oneself in, some collectivist enterprise, as if fearful of remaining an individual and eager for instruction and direction at every turn so as to be relieved of the need for thought or independent moral judgment -- all this characterizes Islam.
And one example of the sheer craziness that Islam encourages is that of the Pakistani minister above. But it is really no different with any of those who refuse to think for themselves and smilingly, brightly, like the young Muslim woman on the Islam segment of Christiane Amanpour's dreadfully misleading CNN thing, tell us how happy they are to return to the full faith. By the full faith, of course, they mean those Rules To Live By which make it all so very simple, don't they, if we all wish to be simpletons in our existence, and to take a seventh-century Arab-language Guide, fabricated out of many strands -- the pagan Arab lore, the bits and pieces of characters and stories lifted and distorted from Judaism and Christianity -- as the lodestar of our lives. It then becomes, supposedly, applicable for all time, despite the fact that it is merely a Guide to Seventh-Century Arabian Life. Its relevance and application are held to be eternal.
Those who are still capable of thought will be the most offended, to the precise degree that they are capable of that thought. About others, though, I'm not so sure. Some may like the idea of being zombies, directed in what they dress and eat and think and do, every single step of the way. Some may find it positively comforting.
What is really so pathetic about this 'complete submission to real Islam' is that it doesn't even offer security and order (Mussolini made the trains run on time sort of thing) but clearly and everywhere leads to fratricidal bloodbaths, stagnation and institutionalized sadism.
The morally-bankrupt followers of a peodophile warlord want to run the world's moral treasury and value the decency currency.

Why is anyone so surprised? "Islam" and "Logic" have always been antipodes. it's like matter and antimatter--they cannot occupy the same space.
My concern is that the Muslim practice of polygamy has caused inbreeding, as well as providing a need to dispose of young men to maintain a stable society.
Polygamy reduces the genetic diversity passed on to each generation. The number of grand-fathers is diminished each generation, while the number of children sharing one male parent is increased. Pretty soon it is hard to find someone to marry that isn't a cousin. It doesn't help that 30% of Muslims marry a first cousin.
As with animals where males fight for harems, the batchelors must be banished. Isn't the 72 virgins just a cruel joke to escort the extraneous young men to their death?
It is so tragic for our planet that Mohammed, in his lust, discarded the wisdom Jews had known for a thousand years.

Sounds like a plan to me.
Only give foreign aid to our friends (as in non-muslim/non commie countries), withdraw from the U.N. (with a 30 day notice to vacate) and form a United Democracies Institute. Use the savings to fund a "Manhatten Project" type program for energy independence, and building military hardware for defending the democracies of the world.
And then when the muslim/dictator/commies attack us, show no mercy in destroying them.

Inbreeding is a big problem in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and other islamic cesspits but it's also becoming a big problem in Great Britain among the muslim population. Deformed and mentally handicapped children are popping up all over the place but apparently the brilliant, superior, most highly evolved of all humanity don't get it because they're still dragging their daughters "back home" to marry cousins.
The saddest aspect of this tribal perversion is that the less than perfect offspring of these consanguineous unions are often all but discarded by their parents, similar to the way animals reject an imperfect or sick baby. It's shameful to bear a deformed, disabled, or mentally retarded child you know, so they keep breeding and hope the next one turns out all right. Who knows what happens to these unfortunate children in islamic countries but in Britain, they become society's cross to bear if the parents don't keep them.
The extensive inbreeding among muslims is done to keep the money and assets in the "family". Polygamy, the islamic idea of familial perfection, produces dysfunctional children, miserable, jealous, neurotic mothers, and inattentive, disinterested fathers who usually don't even know all the names of their many offspring. The sociopathic tribe created by one polygamous male is a freakshow. These are the "family values" that muslims like to brag about. According to muslims, islam inbues and promotes family values; non-muslims in the West lack this pious virtue. The poor guys who don't get wives because the sex obsessed emulators of muhammad hogged all the women can become martyrs. Islam has a solution to every problem---blow it up, behead it, hang it, shoot it, or beat it to death.

Yes--I remember a very vivid example of this about a year after 9/11. I forget where this was, but a reporter was interviewing a group of men and boys, using an interpreter.
One man was loudly and seemingly earnestly expounding on how the attack was planned and executed by the Jews. The boys around him were nodding vigorously and exclaiming their agreement--including several who were wearing those hideous children's t-shirts emblazoned with images of the twin towers in flames under Osama bin Laden's looming image.
There seemed to be no sense of the logical disconnect at all.
