They still show no sign of caring that what they're doing will make air travel much easier for jihadists to terrorize.
"Imams drop lawsuit against 'Doe' passengers," by Audrey Hudson in the Washington Times:
A federal court yesterday accepted a request by a group of Muslim imams to drop all claims in a federal lawsuit against unspecified "John Doe" passengers for reporting the men's suspicious behavior, which led to their removal from a US Airways flight last year. The lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court of Minnesota was amended to "hereby dismiss possible defendants 'John Does' as set forth in ... the first amended complaint as parties from this action," said the notice of dismissal. The lawsuit still targets US Airways and Minneapolis airport workers.
Hold the noisemakers. "Not all 'John Does' out of imams' sights," from GreensPiece:
The news that Omar Mohammedi of New York and Frederick Goetz of Minneapolis, attorneys for the notorious “Flying Imams,” have limited the scope of the latter group’s jihad intimidation lawsuit is a positive development – but let no one suppose that this means they have stopped gunning for all of the “John Does” that reported the imams’ suspicious activity on U.S. Airways Flight 300 on Nov. 20, 2006. For their filing only dismisses “possible defendants ‘John Does’ as set forth in paragraphs 21 and 22 of the First Amended Complaint as parties from this action.” Omitted from it is paragraph 20 of said complaint, which reads:“20. Defendant Flight Attendants and Desk Agents ‘John Does’ were at all times relevant to the events mentioned herein employees and/or agents of Defendant U.S. Airways and were acting within the scope of their employment on U.S. Airways Flight 300 on November 20, 2006 and subsequent U.S. Airways flights on November 20-21, 2006.”
Thus, the imams and their litigious henchmen are still trying to cow into silence individual airline workers who, their humble pay grade notwithstanding, had, if anything, more of a duty to report suspicious activity than did the passengers for whose safety they were responsible.
There's more at GreensPiece, with links. Read it all.
So CAIR and the flying Imam circus are going to sue Airline employees for, what, doing their job? Hey it wasn't airline attendants or baggage handlers who flew planes into the World Trade Center or the Pentagon six years ago. Nope, it was Arabic Muslims!
Hey Fibrahim, (Frank, I love that handle!) if you don't want your boys to be considered thugs then they need to stop acting like them. Maybe your show plays over in Bangladesh or Iran, but we Americans are fed up with these re-runs and are taking our country back. Whine all you want about "flying while Muslim." Most of the rest of us, even with half our brains tied behind our backs, can easily see right through you. As for the rest, please keep this dog and pony show going and they will soon follow suit (oops, no pun intended) and you guys won't even be able to catch a bus, unless you walk in front of one.
Just proof they're trying to sue...somebody...since the protection factors didn't mention the crew, the boarding attendants, the baggage handlers, etc (absolutely ridiculous, but the omitting of specific personnel was probably a simple oversight, not intended)...it also proves their attorneys are the classic stereotypical bloodsucking leeches-going after anyone to satisfy the imams quest for money (no doubt where it will go), and to cause trouble for anyone who gets in their way, and aren't exempt from their frivolous, fraudulent, and outright bogus lawsuits.
No doubt there will probably be some amendment to said law, to protect ANYONE against these scumbags.
"They still show no sign of caring that what they're doing will make air travel much easier for jihadists to terrorize".
Oh, but they do care about that.
Just think about the kind of people in CAIR. Fibrihim Hooper knew that he was a liar when he attributed (Goebbels-Hitler-style-"barrage of lies and slander")a deleted comment at JW to Robert Spencer, and then when it was brought to his attention, this liar Fibrahim Hooper never acknowledged it (Goebbels recommended that) and never apologized for his lie. Should anyone be surprised at the Sudetenland-style-Flying-Imam-stunts or law suits against airline personnel from these liars? Is anyone really that naieve?
I am not surprised at anything from CAIR-fascists. What does surprise me (but only a wee bit)is the lack of courage, the silence of the desouza types, how easily the "weaklings" (as Hitler called them) bend their perception of reality so they will not have to confront the truth about CAIR and Jihad. They are the same people who gave Hitler what he wanted in 1938, as Hitler sneered at their weakness behind their backs at Munich.
The problem is that the fascist-liars at CAIR do care, but "caring" is not a virtue. Courage and honesty are virtue.
How do you make an imam fly?
Answer: Open the hatch door and throw him out.
Than you for a laugh to start the day, JD.
They CAIR.
But they don't care whether air-travel is safer.
Every imam is on a mission to kill and die for Allah, so if its not simply a 'dry run' it is the command to terrorize infidels.
Why is it so hard for some people to hear the coin drop?
See them to a plane to a muslim country of their choice.
Wait a minute, JD,
I thought that's how ya make PIGS fly and...ooops, no, wait...same thing...ok, never mind. lol
The money sucking lawyers will milk this for all they can get, and then it will probably are thrown out of court anyway. I am amazesd that it has not been tossed already...
Up top posts. That's just not right. How can you make light of their plight on that memorable flight, they had in sight to bring fright and with allahs' might, find the perfect pebbles for hygiene purposes.
midnight and then 4 am..hmmm...does Robert wake up for the Fajr prayer? heh

1500 per month the average last six months of captured or killed jihadists in Iraq.
Hooray for us and the US marines.
(if Ted Kennedy could do so he would have preferred to give them free health care and American citizenship)
And now these pukes at CAIR and the flying imams want to threaten civilian aviation which is part of the life blood of our economy which supports our freedom, opportunity and way of life ?
Let's beat these fat goosestepping scum at their own game.
People - did anyone watch "Islam v Islamists" last night on PBS, and the roundtable discussion with John Hockenberry and 3 Mohammedans (one of them the Chicago CAIR Director, Ahmed Rehab)?
If so, what did you think? I thought I would see a topic for this on JW but nothing...

This reminds me of a computer game I saw once, in which the player is supposed to clear an area of various bugs.
One particularly nasty bug spawned from a nest, and unless the player destroyed the nest, the player was doomed to be overcome by sheer numbers eventually, as new bugs spawned faster than the player could squish 'em.
How was CNN's fluff piece on Islam last night? Did I miss anything?
Elric, you should have seen John Hockenberry making "nice-nice" in a very Dhimmi way with the 3 educated Mohammedans in the discussion.
I would LOVE to hear others' opinions on the "discussion." Can a separate topic be made?
Also, Elric, I don't think this was the CNN thingy - it was on PBS, titled "Islam v. Islamists." Ah, life in Al-Andalus was idyllic!
(nightingales singing, lutes played with eagle's claws, perfume in the air...and then one Western female Dhimmi DARED to say, "Well, there was some violence, too...you could tell she just hated having to bring that up...)
Here's some info: "PBS stations will air Islam v. Islamists."
The Mohammedan in the first article was in the Hockenberry discussion after. He was definitely the "best" Mohammedan on the panel - certainly not the Chicago CAIR Director - Ahmed Rehab.

I know CNN had their fluff piece last night. I guess PBS ran theirs as well. I dont bother watching them. Its a waste of time. Either they are naive or think fluff pieces will calm the nerves of jihadits.
Im sure Robert will have a thread on the CNN one. LGF had their thread. Most concured that it barely scratched the surface.
Does anyone think that, among those who have heard of this lawsuit, any of us would be cowed in the least bit? The actions of these thugs would have absolutely no bearing on anything I'd do...no, scratch that, it definitely would make me much more vigilant. Nor, if I thought we were in danger, would I settle for passivity on the part of the cabin crew.
In a way, I really thank these flying thugs, for making Moslem behavior much more worthy of scrutiny.
Seymour Paine
Im glad they did it for they overplayed their hand. They got the attention they craved but people saw through it.
There has to be some punitive accountability held against un-indicted co-conspirator CAIR for bringing malicious suits like this.
By dropping their claims against the John Doe passengers, un-indicted co-conspirator CAIR admits they have no case, and likely created a PR disaster.
Apparently, the financial damage done to airlines, including US Airways as a result of 9/11 didn't linger long enough for un-indicted co-conspirator CAIR.
The 'flying imams' together in an obviously co-ordinated effort, intentionally behaved in a manner inconsistent with decades of flying experience. This event had malicious intent, either to make it much easier for unrestricted airborne jihad &/or to hit the financial well being of this airline, a form of jizyah against the infidel.
Darcy, thanks for the link. I hadn't realized that PBS folks had "changed their minds" about showing Islam vs. Islamists.
Of course, there is a "softener":
'“We plan to distribute the film to any public broadcasting station that wants it. We’ll package it and also produce some sort of discussion to accompany the film, and give it some context,” OPB President Steve Bass told The Washington Times yesterday.'
Off Topic: I just noticed that the new version of Google Earth (4.2), which allows you to look at the night sky, uses a symbol very similar to the Islamic arch and star to denote all "Hubble Showcase" images...so everywhere you look in the sky - there is Islam...
Why am I not surprised?
Yes of course let's go after those parties that hold the greatest responsibility for protecting the passengers,-- the airline, the pilot, and the stewardesses. After all it is they who have to make the final decisions based on what is brought forward.
The Captain, stewardesses and the airline had virtually no choice after the evidence that was brought fourth by the various John and Judy Does'. Even if there was no factual or seriously collaborated evidence to show that the flying imans were terrorists. The uneasy suspicions where already floating in the airlines cabin, and the last thing you want to have is a nearly panicked group of passengers aboard an aircraft at 30,000 ft.
I salute this crew for acting correctly and responsibly on behalf of the rest of the passengers.
"There has to be some punitive accountability held against un-indicted co-conspirator CAIR for bringing malicious suits like this".-momof4
I agree with you. This is the use of the usually legitimate constitutional right to sue for damages being used to destroy civil rights, first amendment rights. This is a conspiracy to deny American citizens their civil rights in the name of civil rights. If the government can prove that (my hunch is that they have tapes and video that do) that CAIR'S intention is to intimidate-silence American citizens and deny them their civil rights, then the government must prosecute them. CAIR has no more right to constitutional protection in depriving Americans of their civil rights than a business has a private property right to deliberately sell spoiled meat to the public. The Constitution is not meant to be a tool of oppression or a tool to swindle the public.
This is just common sense. They must be held accountable.
The sole purpose of this lawsuit is to intimidate the pilots and crews of planes -- and it would have included passengers, but the effect on an angry public, quite capable of identifying with those passengers was deemed to be too dangerous for the "image" of Islam, which is sinking fast in any case, with each new outrage, and this lawsuit is one of those outrages.
But here there is a question of money. Who should pay the costs of defending such a lawsuit? Should it be U.S. Airways alone? If what the pilots and crew did was in the interests of all passengers on all flights -- and clearly it was -- and if those Muslims who are attempting to intimidate them are also attempting to intimidate the pilots and the crews (and the passengers, even if the "John Doe" part of the lawsuit was prudently dropped at the last minute), then it is all pilots, and all cress, and all passengers, in the United States who should be paying for the defense of those particular pilots, that particular crew.
Other airlines should offer not merely moral but financial support. There ought, perhaps, to be added on to airline tickets the cost of defending against such malevolent and dangerous litigation. For we will all suffer if the lawsuit succeeds, and we will all gain --- those of us who are not in the business of pushing the Jihad against Infidels, in any way we can -- if the defense against the lawsuit is successful. But it is important that the pain of the suit, the money that pays the lawyers, is shared by the entire population of passengers who take, or even rely on, travel by air.
Share the expense, and the pain -- and that way the full and sinister nature of what is being attempted will be more widely understood and publicized. Do not let US Airways do it alone. It shouldn't have to.
The airlines should not pussy-foot around when they go to court.
They should issue a strong statement that the flying Imams were delibertly acting in a suspicious and provocative manner, and in view of the fact that Islamic theology sanctions violence against non-Muslims, and in view of the fact that the violent nature of Muslims is well documented by the actions of Jihadist suicide bombers and other acts of terrorism by Muslims, the airline's employees acted in a reasonable, and even commendable, manner in protecting the lives of airline passengers.
Defense lawyers should go to court well armed with a list of quotes from the Koran and hadieth to prove to their point about Islam's violent teachings.
If lawyers for the flying Imams object, the Imams should be asked on the witness stand if they agree that the passages are God-given mandates for Muslims to follow.
If they don't agree, they should be asked to condemn them. If they do agree, send it to the jury.
From everything that we have seen and heard, I can't imagine that the flying Imans trial lawyer will be able to present a reasonable arguement that defines the stewardesses, and the captains decision to remove the Imans from the aircraft as not the acts of reasonable, and prudent persons. There is such a thing as the "reasonable man act" that is found in case law and this clearly falls into that category, fear, suspicion, collaborated witness statements, concerned for the well being of the passengers, etc. it is all there.
No doubt statements have already been taken by all parties with both counsels present of course. The john and judy Does are also witnesses for the defence And we should hope that the case is not settled out of court as well-- If the case is to go forward than let it go all the way. May a jury of our peers have the same judgement that we our reflecting here.
These enemy agent's and their acts were deemed suspicious not only by the airline crew and passengers but were also seen as suspicious by Federal Air Marshalls who were called in by the airlines. These enemy agents do not have a chance in our court system. Hopefully, the airlines will counter sue with an attorney who has some guts.
'They still show no sign of caring that what they're doing will make air travel much easier for jihadists to terrorize.'
THE point
Hugh-
Agree. I am no lawyer but I have common sense. The Airline defense should be in common and the public will send $ for such a defense. All the airlines have to do is ask and give a P.O. box number. That will put a crimp in CAIR's attempt to harm the bottom line.
But beyond that the full resources of the government must be used to protect our civil rights if it can be proved the intention of the CAIR law suit is to deprive all of us of our civil rights. The right to sue for damages is not the right to sue to damage constitutional rights. A law suit is supposed to be a defensive measure to protect rights, it's not meant to take rights away from others. Momof4 is right that they must be held accountable for that. Defense is half the picture.
Dang it, I wanted to be sued.
People can get kicked off the plane for ANY reason, including being drunk. THAT should be their argument, that they have the right to refuse service to anyone as a private corporation.
This just makes my blood boil! I would automatically be more suspicious of a group of hostile, arrogant, muslim clerics than members of the zombie umma, as they are the inculcators of the hate and supremacy blazoned by islam. These foreign intruders/invaders/insurgents once again exploit our Constitution and laws to screw us all, while playing the hackneyed race card. In reality, they have nothing but contempt for our Constitution and would abolish it today if they could. This outrageous litigation is nothing but legal extortion; they're flexing islam's muscles to demonstrate that even in America, no one can challenge the influence and power of islam's minions, or protect themselves from their wrath.
The way I see it, CAIR, the imperious imams, and the greedy lawyers representing this scum, intend to make sure Americans are put in their places as dhimmis and are at the mercy of their muslim superiors---an incalculable number of homicidal/suicidal islamic fanatics. If they succeed in their endeavor to silence airline employees, flight crews, and the flying public, people will stop flying. Who will fly if groups of fanatical muslims are allowed to terrorize the crew and passengers like these demons did? They're the ones who should be on trial for public disturbance, terroristic behavior, threatening a flight crew, and disrupting the normal operation of an airline. If any other person or group of people on that flight had done the bizarre things these thugs did, they would have been dragged off the plane in handcuffs immediately and taken directly to the nearest jail.
I wish I had enough confidence in our legal system to feel optimistic about this, but if the case is tried in the wrong place, they'll probably win it. And I'm sure the attorneys have selected the most sympathetic (to the plaintiffs) and left-wing court available to them. I hope the passengers will back up the airline when the time comes, despite CAIR's desperate attempt to intimidate them into silence. I would do it with enthusiasm and immense pleasure.
Assalamau Laikum all,
An imam is the male prayer leader in a mosque when two or more worshipers are present.
He is a temporal leader regarded (by Shiites) as a descendant of Muhammad.... divinely appointed to guide humans ( and that includes you).
You have to realise that they have a lot of banter and laughter when imams get together... sharing the experiences and lifetime of Muhd SAW amongst themselves.
There is also possibly also a bit of competition amongst them as to to who can recite the best and loudest.
In Pak...imams have competitions on who can hold the "Allau Akbarrrrrrrrrrrrr"....the longest without their voice breaking or the pitch of the voice dropping...some can go on for a full 16 seconds.
I suspect that this "suspicious" acting that you talk about was simply a bit of prayer competition.
But when kaffur intervened and particularly disallowed them on the plane....the muslim "red mist" transcended upon them ....and now we are at this juncture. This is disappointing as they should ride above the mist....
I am sure that this can be peacefully resolved if perhaps the president of the plane company said sorry and presented each imam with a copy of the koran and a custom made company logo compass.
Naseem, do your evil imans have a contest to see how many kaffirs they can force to covert?

OT (in reply to darcy about "Islam v Islamists" last night on PBS):
The Muslim reformer, Zuhdi Jassar was one of the 3 participants of the roundtable discussion and he was superb...it appeared as if he was a regular reader of JW/DW. However, each time he made a great point, he was dismissed and sidestepped by the moderator (Hockenberry). Example: Zuhdi stated that CAIR has refused to specifically condemn Hamas as a terrorist organization and Hockenberry answered, "Well, we can't have this discussion degrading into ACCUSATIONS"...and then he changed the subject. The guy from CAIR was smarmy and full of taqiya (typical: "Muhammad was a great advocate for womens rights"). The third panelist, a female Muslim university teacher (refreshingly without hijab) added little to the discussion.
I'd like to see more of Zuhdi Jassar, (he was also on Glenn Beck Show recently). He was truly impressive as that rare soul; "a moderate Muslim".
High time one of the John Does sued the Imams. Alternatively, the FBI - assuming that it actually wants to do its job - should open up an investigation into the Imams on charges of enabling terrorism, using the above episode as the starting point. Oh, and include CAIR as a target of the investigation.
I am sure that this can be peacefully resolved if perhaps the president of the plane company said sorry and presented each imam with a copy of the koran and a custom made company logo compass.

Otherwise, it will not be resolved peacefully!
Yup. Violence if the muhammadans don't get their way. Out of the horse's mouth.
Naseem,
There was a lot more suspicious activity than just "a bit of prayer competition."
-They requested seatbelt extenders they didn't need and didn't use them.
-They sat at strategic points on the plane (front, back, and at the over-wing exits, despite not being assigned there;
-They were overheard bashing the US, and praising Osama bin Laden.
Do imams normally compete to see who can praise murder the loudest?
CAIR suing dutiful employees is incredibly despicable.
What is needed is loser-pay legislation, at least for the case of reporting suspicious terror related behavior. Keep in mind that winning these lawsuits is not the idea, the purpose is intimidation through the threat of court costs & lawyer fees for John Does and dutiful employees, even when CAIR or whatever Islamic organization loses (as it probably expects). CAIR can afford to loose with its enormous Saudi funding. Loser pay would end these legal intimidation-terror attacks.
But will our low life legislators do the right thing to protect us even when trial lawyers would not like to see it happen? Nah, not without a lot of talk radio fuss, maybe.
Forbid Muslim imams to fly.
Since airplanes were not invented at the time of Mohammad, these troublemakers should not be allowed to use such infidel devices, -especially since they are all shaped like CROSSES!
Two points:
Even if the suit against the John Does was dropped at the last minute the Imams' (and CAIR's) mission has been accomplished. Citizens without the wherewithal to defend themselves will think twice before pointing a finger at Muslims engaging in suspicious behavior.
Adding a fee to our airline tickets for terrorism defense won't dissuade those who seek to harass us. They have more than enough money to carry out their campaign. All it does is enrich the trial lawyers. No airline should have to pay to defend itself against such a charge, and no citizen should either.
Why should passengers or the airlines have to enrich trial lawyers? Where is the American Bar Association? Are trial lawyers willing to see themselves besmirched any more than they already are by lawyers like the one who brought this suit? Suits like this one are more than just a nuisance. Those who bring them are racketeering.
Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world.

Do they EVER have a Pro-American view EVER??
Are they SOWdi-funded in part?
I am for shutting down npr. I have to listen to it though to hear what the enemy is up to.
There was adiscussion on PI in Germany whether it might be feasible to sue "saudia" the SOWdi airline for religious discrimination because they don't allow any religious items besides moslem.
That is as CLEAR a discrimination as can be. They also do it on "dubai air " or whatever it is called.
I think we need to start some civil disobedience of of own.
These airlines need to be forced OUT of OUR skies and OFF our airport runways!
How long until one of their moslem pilots decides to take down a Western target somewhere?!
Hugh,
I don't know how things work with the airlines but when a patient sues for malpractice generally everyone in on the case is named the hospital, attending doctor, consulting doctors, nurses, resp therapists, interns ect.As the case moves forward the sued hospital will get all defendants removed from case with the exception of the hospital and the primary physician in the case. The hospital and the physicians are the ones with the deep pockets not interns or nurses or therapists.Hospitals and doctors also have insurance to cover their legal fees. I suspect the same is true of the airlines. If you take hospitals as an example the airlines should be able to get the flight attendents and pilots removed from the case.
The case of the "John Doe" passenger defendants was clearly a case of CAIR and the Imams trying to intimidate passengers as they have to know that the passengers are not the ones with deep pockets. That is similar to CAIRs attempt to sue Andrew Whitehead of anti-CAIR into silence. One provision of the new "John Doe" law makes Muslims who bring these type lawsuits liable for all legal fees of the John Doe passengers. That was probably another reason CAIR and the Imams dropped the suit.I would like to see the former "John Doe" defendants go after CAIR and the Imams for their legal fees.
FM,
The new "John Doe" legislation has a loser pays provision which could be another reason why the Imams dropped their lawsuit.
From the Washington Times
"President Bush recently signed into law a provision that protects airline passengers who report suspicious behavior that may foreshadow terrorist attacks."
The new law would allow "John Doe" passengers who are wrongly sued to recover legal fees.
Naseem wrote:

Agreed. He is certainly guiding me to the ballot box next November to vote for the people who are most likely to make his life the most difficult here in the US.
Unauthorized seat changing. Seat-belt extension requests that were neither needed nor used. Loud praying coupled with anti-American rhetoric.
If that isn't suspicious then nothing short of brandishing a weapon or an explosive is.
This should be a complete public relations disaster for CAIR and Islam in general, with a swift ruling in favor of the defendant's, in order to expedite the counter-suit by the airlines.
But when kaffur intervened and particularly disallowed them on the plane....the muslim "red mist" transcended upon them ....and now we are at this juncture. This is disappointing as they should ride above the mist....

There has got to be a Rockstar status Attorney somewhere willing to file a Class Action Lawsuit against un-indicted co-conspirator CAIR(self-appointed moslem authority in America).
I never had a fear of flying before but I do now.
And that fear keeps me from flying and all because of moslems in America trying to "strike fear in the hearts of Infidels".
What about my pain, and my suffering being forced to endure long road trips because of terror striving moslems at the airport!
Not to mention the grief of passengers wondering if they're gonna be hijacked, blown up, flown into a building(no pun intended)or simply have their throats slashed with a box cutter!
Stupid idiotic islamic moslems have caused this fear and continue to add insult to injury at every chance they get and are never held accountable, why?
I wish I was an attorney, I'd file that Class Action Lawsuit,I wonder how many people get on an airplane and wonder to themselves..(is today the day I don't get off this plane)!
F uck you un-indicted co-conspirator CAIR!!
Introduce these assholes to the business end of a baseball bat. I surely hope any judge will throw this suit out. At least make the Muslims pay for attorney fees.

Probably Compline and Matins. Following their Jewish forebears, ancient Christians often prayed 8 times a day: Matins, Prime, Terce, Sext, None, Vespers, Compline, Midnight. These prayers were based largely on the cycle of prayers followed in the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. Praying these prayers was voluntary. They didn't begin with annoying calls to prayer. Except for monastics, very few Christians keep this prayer rule or even know about it now.

Rape, stoning, pillaging, beheadings, have to use odd-numbered stones to cleanse the anus with the left hand only...
Need I continue, folks?
The Imams, or any Muslim for that matter, should have no legal rights in the United States of America as long as ANY of their state-side Mosques continue to preach subversion. Subversion is not OK and not a free speach concession. The Flying Imam's legal team should be investigated, as should any Mosque these Flying Assholes visited while in the US. We can all only hope that our CIA, FBI, or Homeland Security investigators have someone placed in each and every Mosque in the US. Every time one of these satanic bosos' spouts anti-US threats to his members, the entire Mosque should be raided during the service, and all inside arrested. Their legal rights should be suspended during the investigation, and they should not be allowed the right to legal suit as long as there was proof that they were all within ear-shot of the subversive speach. Why don't we ever seem to enforce laws that are already on the books? (There outta be a law!)
They're using the tactics Jesse Jackson uses with PUSH.
They know the airlines have more funds. They can even set up all sorts of precedents by getting even the smallest concessions. Footbaths, prayer zones or mosquettes, or dietary exclusions, image free ID's., etc.
They'll find they can win with 'a thousand cuts'.
The airlines or the courts will cave.
It's the New American Way.
