THE HAGUE, 25/08/07 - A 17 year old boy on Friday confessed to assaulting Ehsan Jami.The teenager from Leidschendam stated to an investigating judge that he beat and kicked Jami on 4 August. He was however released because the judge did not find the assault serious enough to justify an extension of his pre-trial custody.
Police arrested the 17 year old Muslim on Thursday based on statements provided by Jami. He said three boys attacked him. The other two are still being sought....
Note also the last line of the piece:
Various media had suggested in the past weeks that Jami may have invented the assaults.

He was no longer a Muslim -- so how could he POSSIBLY have been the victim of a "hate crime"?
Haven't you heard? Only Muslims and other oppressed "ethnic" minorities" can be the victims of "hate crimes." They cannot perpetrate "hate crimes" in any event. And when Muslims lash out (read: conduct Jihad, er, Islamic terrorism) it's simply a reacton to oppression and rage at a paternalistic Western hegemonistic colonial and systemetized entrenched racism.

The liberals are responsible for introducing hate crimes. These crimes can only be committed against non-white or non-Christian people. In some areas (e.g. parts of Europe), hate crimes cannot be committed against Jews if the attacker is Muslim.
Example : If an Indian Christian was attacked by a white Muslim, there would be no hate crime. Why? Because the agressor is Muslim and the victim, even he has dark skin, is still a Christian.

.....Would the judge feel differently if, while he was strolling down the street bothering no one, he were savagely attacked and beaten by several "non violent youths"....perhaps his ruptured spleen, his fractured eye orbit, his missing teeth, his broken nose, his cut lip, his fractured ribs, and numerous cuts and abrasions could be passed off as a Christian understanding of Islam...
.....when does an assault become serious enough to warrant an arrest and conviction of the attackers....

I give benefit of the doubt to most of the "people/population" in the EU countries, in that, I suspect, they do not want shari'a law or dhimmitude. However, I feel that too many of their governments have already ceded too much to islamisation, and their downfall is not only imminent, but near.
