What is going on in Britain? Can police actually order a programme to be investigated by Ofcom? What are they, "the vice and virtue" squad?

So the preachers are not under fire, but the film editors are under scrutiny and possible sanctions?

And meanwhile a day or so ago, Channel 4 broadcasts a sympathetic portrayal of Jihadists (offering excuses/praise for 7/7 from Jihadists banned from Britain) -- will this program come under scrutiny? I don't think so. I suspect that in Britain it only matters if Muslims are upset, then "investigations" are conducted. Does the "promoting racial hatred" only work one way?(if Muslims incite hatred against Infidels, that's OK, but if Infidels report it, that's "hatred"?) And, if Infidels are upset upon seeing a program giving glowing reports about the virtues of Jihadism, that's OK. Is an interesting/twisted double standard operating here?

That’s about it – the police want to prosecute the TV channel for “Incitement to racial hatred”. But as the West Midlands is probably the most concentrated and numerous muslim area in the UK they are probably “well represented” on the committees of the Police Authority.

Our judges have accepted that to be guilty of “Incitement to racial hatred” it is no defence that you have spoken the truth. At least this is nationally reported, most ordinary people would just get jailed and you would hear nothing about it.

One of the Imams or whatever they are called was on our English TV this evening defending himself. He had the same crappy answer for every question - "it was taken out of context and edited so it looked like thats what i said", then when asked why he said Bin Laden is 1000 times better than Bush and Blair because he is a muslim he replied " i don't remember saying that". This is taqiyya. We have seen various programmes in the UK caught running fraudulent phone-in competitions recently, especially the BBC. The Islamists are jumping on the bandwagon. The islamists have responded to this by trying to portray the Channel 4 Dispatches Programme of doing the same thing. This is nothing more than Taqiyya. As the media get more hysterical about deceit in our programmes, the jihadists see a niche to discredit the dispatches programme "Hidden Mosque" which showed the extent of islamist hatred towards towards the west. Apparently the police have brought this accusation, but with no charges. I suspect that the muslim element of the police force have attempted to undermine this programme. We have a muslim federation in UK police force that apparently attempts to protect the rights of muslim police officers in the UK police force. We have seen that the islamists have infiltrated deeply into the NHS and it is not surprising that they have inflitrated deeply into the British police force. No one seems to be clear as to WHO in the UK police have brought these charges against the programme, but it seems obvious it is the muslim police federation, or at least someone attached to them. If it turns out that it is the muslim police federation, then that will be final truth that the police have been infiltrated by islamists intent on destroying our police from the inside. I reckon this whole investigation was a ploy by the police and CPS. They knew from the outset that they could bring no charges against the program makers. But they had to pretend there were potential grounds for a criminal prosecution against them. It will be interesting to see whether the imamn concerned to try to bring a civil libel case against CH4 now, especially as the full scope of CH4s recordings has not been placed in the public domain. What a dilemma for the poor dears.

I saw the program in question. I heard the clerics speak with great passion against Britain and against unbelievers. I heard one say homosexuals should be thrown off a mountain, and he was not quoting an opinion that was not his own. For the police to turn against the journalist who at personal risk secretly videotaped all of this is a travesty that speaks to the low estate of official Britaindom. They will remain supine to the bitter end. When will they come out of their dhimmitude? How big will the outrage committed have to be before their testosterone kicks in?

I thought that all here might like to know that I have, today, emailed the West Midlands Police Force a formal complaint alledging that they have infringed my Human Rights to free speech and open debate by their actions and asking for an enquiry into the conduct of the investigation into this television programme. I have also indicated that I feel that they may have been guilty of racism against my community (Anglo-Saxon/Norman/Celtic/Christian) in Britain and asked that they investigate this also.

I have reserved my position about making a formal complaint against them via my own local Force until such time as I receive a reply from them. I have copied my complaint to my MP - much good though that will do, given my particular Liberal Democrat MP who, it seems to me, pays scant regard to the opinions or needs of his constituents.

There may be very few of you British readers here who will join me in formally complaining about a Police Force but I have ceased to care about that. For me, this ridiculous charge against a completely, in my opinion, blameless television programme is simply the last straw. I viewed the programme when it was broadcast. Really, believe me, there was nothing in it that a loyal British citizen could possibly have taken offence to, in my opinion.

My local constabulary will not accept a complaint against any other constabulary that they consider to be a racist complaint, either. I've had my laptop and my two desktops confiscated by the police and I have been warned that under the provisions of various acts of Parliament I am not allowed to tell you that.

So, f**k them. I'm telling you. I've borrowed a computer and I'm back on line and I'm determined that they won't get away with this.

I run (ran?) a small company in the advertising and promotions sphere up until yesterday - not a particularly successful company but one that, at least, provided a living for me and a few others - and today I'm forbidden to go on line on pain of being classified as a terrorist!

Please! Me! A terrorist! Since when did I advocate the killing of anybody?

Oh! Sorry! I forgot! I'm Christian, British, white Anglo-Saxon/Norman, male and therefore must be a suspect! Worse than that, over the last twenty-four hours it has become painfully obvious that I have no rights at all - the laws of my country aren't supposed to protect me but supposed to protect all who aren't me or like me!

Apparently I can be imprisoned, without charge and for an indefinite length of time, for posting this. Like I give a toss!
