An integral component of the United States’ war on terror is cutting off funding to terrorists and the infrastructures that promote terror. This report documents the undermining of this US policy and the apparent violation of US law by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Palestinian Authority (PA) areas through the funding of Al Quds Open University. Al Quds is a Palestinian university that hosts branches of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror organizations throughout Gaza and the West Bank.

The only way to not only get such a policy reversed, but get those who continue, slyly, to promote such policies and to undercut sensible ones, is for the candidates -- Republican and Democratic -- to denounce this and demand that the whole mess be investigated, and jobs lost -- permanently. Punish, all over official Washington, those who think the mixture as before of appeasing those of the Local Jihad (against Israel) or the Greater Jihad, by driving them out of positions of any conceivable power and influence. It can be done. It needs to be done.
True, it means standing up against the most dangerous and most powerful lobby in Washington: the Saudi-Arab lobby, the lobby that not only has worked steadfastly against American understanding of Islam (and not merely of the Arab war against Israel, as some fondly believe), but has also prevented any sensible measures that might long ago have been instituted, way back in the early 1070s, to raise the tax on gasoline and institute other measures to steadily diminish the reliance, not on "foreign oil" but on oil, period. That Saudi lobby has, in other words, managed to direct the energy policy of the largest oil-consumer in the world, and hence distorted the entire energy policy of the world, with enormous consquences.
Meanwhile, in Antisemitic La-La Land, Walt and Mearsheimer are now going about the country flogging their book, and prating about the "Israel Lobby" that they claim, idiotically (do they not know how opposed to the Iraq War the Israeli military was? What do they know, other than that the names "Wolfowitz" and "Perle" and "Feith" for them mean far more than "Bush" and "Cheney" and "Rice"?). For them, who know nothing about what really has gone on in Washington over the past 30 years, the Iraq venture supported by, inter alios, Wolfowitz, Feith, and Perle -- only the first two of whom were government officials, and who have been out of Pentagon posts for at least two years -- as well as everyone else in and around the top, not named "Wolfowitz" and "Feith" and "Perle" -- the "Israel Lobby" is what counts. For what, exactly, does it count? For helping get passed foreign aid for both Israel and -- since AIPAC has allowed itself to believe that Egypt is a "force for peace" -- what nonsense! -- for Egypt as well. And that's about it for the famously overrated "Israel Lobby" which is incapable of understanding Islam, incapable therefore of truly helping either Israel, or to influence policy in important ways.
Just ask Walt and Mearsheimer about the Saudi Lobby. They won't know what you are talking about. Ask them about J. B. Kelly's article "Of Valuable Oil and Worthless Policies." They haven't a clue. The two are making the radio rounds, being billed as "two scholars from MIT and the University of Chicago."

What's shocking about this? The US sends money and weapons to the palestinians all the time-today it likes Fatah, tomorrow it'll be the Hamas strain that's favored and the day after some other vicious faction. Terrorism is central to all these factions and ultimately they all get a piece of our tax money whether we like it or not.
USAID is one of several 'financial fronts' for the U.S. State Department.
It is primarily through USAID that mosques and madrassas are being built, again another violation of U.S. law.
USAID is like the 'non-profit' front groups of Hezbollah or Hamas, but instead a 'AID front' organization to work with Hezbollah and Hamas.
Our enemy hides the 'true' recipient of the money and the U.S. State Department hides the 'true' intent of the money.

Francis Genoud and Yasser Arafat mastered the us of these funds. Genoud admitted to the use of USAID agricultural money to funel into Europe and then to Arafat. You know who Arafat is, do some research on Genoud and you will be surprised.

In 1958 he founded the Arab Commercial Bank, which would be active in lending money to Arab nationalist groups and as the chief repository for the Algerian National Liberation Front, in Geneva in 1958, and in 1962 was named Director of the Arab People's Bank in Algiers. He is also believed by Swiss authorities to have been the founder of Lugano-based Al Taqwa Bank, which was shut down in 2002 for reputed status as a funding conduit for al Qaeda and Hamas.
Genoud also financed the legal defense of Carlos the Jackal after his 1994 arrest, and was a firm supporter of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, in cooperation with radical lawyer Jacques Verges; he also bankrolled Ayatollah Khomeini's exile in France when Iran was governed by Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi. When Genoud himself faced legal troubles in 1983, he was represented by Baudoin Dunant, a leading Geneva-based lawyer who sits on the board of over 20 companies, including the Saudi Investment Company, the overseas arm of the Saudi Binladin Group.
Genoud committed suicide, with the help of a Swiss pro-euthanasia group Exit, according to his family, at age 81 on May 30, 1996 shortly after Jewish leaders and Swiss banking officials announced an unprecedented agreement to set up a commission to examine secret bank and government files to search for funds deposited in Switzerland by Holocaust victims.

This would also include the Grand Mufti that had become Genoud's personal friend. The Grand Mufti which then taught his nephew Yasser Arafat.
The Grand Mufti was made a General in the Nazi army during WWII and it was the Mufti that recruited thousand of muslims from the Middle East and formed the much of the Waffen SS that was comprised of mostly muslims. Many German officers had to convert to islam to serve in the Waffen SS.
The recent discovery of Eichmanns passport www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/us_and_americans/article1859487.ece showed that Eichmanns passport was granted by the Swiss Red Cross. It would have been Genoud that helped authenticate new identifications.
