Is the U.S. government infested with jihadist moles?

Looks as if it is. And it is, of course, because of the government's politically correct eagerness to hire Muslims, to show that the war on terror is not anti-Islam or anti-Muslim. And because no one in the government is studying the jihadist ideology, no one has the faintest idea how to screen applicants for it -- or any interest in doing so.

Keystone Kops Alert: "Is U.S. gov't infested with terrorist moles?," from WorldNetDaily.com (thanks to Davida):

Thanks to lax background checks, even after 9/11, the Hezbollah spy who managed to obtain sensitive jobs at the FBI and CIA is not the first terrorist supporter to infiltrate the U.S. government.

An alleged al-Qaida operative also infiltrated the Environmental Protection Agency, according to federal investigators and court documents obtained by WND.

The case, details of which are revealed here for the first time, involves Waheeda Tehseen, a Pakistani national who obtained a sensitive position with the EPA in Washington as a toxicologist even though she was not a U.S. citizen.

Like the Lebanese national suspected of passing secrets to Hezbollah, Tehseen lied about her citizenship on her government application, a falsehood that the government failed – in both cases – to catch in its security background investigation.

In hiring Tehseen in 1998, the EPA also missed another red flag in her file – her husband's ties to Pakistani intelligence, which has a long history of clandestine support for both the Taliban and al-Qaida. Her husband served as a major in the Pakistani military specializing in intelligence.

FBI investigators say that while Tehseen had access to classified information as a toxicologist, she and her husband ran a charitable front for Osama bin Laden's inner circle in Peshawar, Pakistan. She even got colleagues to donate to the front – called Help Orphans and Widows, or HOW – which, among other things, operated an orphanage and madrassa for more than 200 boys on the Pakistani-Afghan border.

Investigators say Tehseen, a "very devout" Muslim who wears a hijab, was really acting as a conduit for money funneled to bin Laden from the Missouri-based Islamic American Relief Agency, which the Treasury Department has blacklisted for helping fund bin Laden's operations overseas. Treasury has frozen IARA's assets, and the FBI has conducted raids on its offices.

Investigators also suspect the building she used for the orphanage doubled as a safehouse for al-Qaida.

"She had big-time contacts with al-Qaida, including with people just once removed from bin Laden himself," said an FBI special agent familiar with the case.

There is much more. Read it all.

Hear the Muslim chaplain of Georgetown U - Imam Anwar Al Awlaki - preach about the "Constants of Jihad." He has an open door to Bush's White House.

None of this should be a shock. Shortly after 9/11 it was business as usual for the most part-borders wide open, "Islam is peaceful" talk PC running amok as always, etc.
The blinders went right back on while the destruction to national security accelerated. We really are our own worst enemies in helping the Islamaniacs destroy us.

The flower children generation 'just have no idea' how this can all happen.

Gee, maybe there is some value in truth and history.

Maybe it just happened when one was willing to overlook one scumbag in the third section two offices over.

When does being charitable to others become stupidity, become an ingress of death and self destruction ?

How does this relate to the Hillary sayers who will do and say anything for advancement, for power, no matter how ridiculous, how contradictory, how hypocritical ?

For whom does the bell toll ?

A Jihadist or two educated in America's fine Universities in mircobiology and other useful things.

We have so many ponderous government agencies that aren't living up to their advertising that it is starting to get scary.

Take the CDC. we all assume they are going to be the front line if and when a biological attack occurs.
Sure, they tell us not to worry about MRSA, despite widespread outbreaks.
Last week they announced that there is a common cold virus that is not so common. In fact it is deadly.
It has killed at least ten people in the past year.
IT TOOK THEM A YEAR TO LET US KNOW!

Don't expect any immediate notice if the terrorists get lucky. Who knows who works for this agency.

What kind of security parameters are in place to screen applicants for high security jobs?

How many agents are assigned to background investigations either for FBI, or CIA jobs, and is it enough?

Are these agents required to cover a given list of areas to check, or our they given some discretion in what might be considered gray areas before applicants are given an approval stamp?

I know that there are high security jobs in this country that you may not be able to get that job if you married someone from another country . While on that job you are not allowed to travel out of the country. You can get up to 25 years in a federal prison if it is found you intentionally hid or distorted information on your application.

Does this discourage a possible mole from infiltrating these agencies--probably not.

Y-E-S
They have been for a long time (before W even came into office)...
They infested Department of Education and managed to change curriculum (in conjunction with their 5th column allies with THAIR own anti-western, ant-American, anti-morality, anti-Judeo/Christianity vitrolic hatred, but that's another story)...
shoved their islamism down the throats of curriculum, just in time to bolt the moment they were discovered...leaving their poisonous pahblum to stay & fester like cancer that continues to this day.

The intel community has been infested for a long time as well...but we're already covering that now.

It's all part of that unholy alliance written about by David Horowitz in his book by the same name.
Such cancer upon our society is part of the myriad infestations brough about by, once again, the absolute opposite of common sense: political correctness

It's killing us...and must be purged,
by any means necessary.

Re: Is the U.S. government infested with jihadist moles?

They are there just as they were during WW2 with the Nazis and Soviet agents and thereafter with Soviet agents during the Cold War. They infested British intelligence (Kim Philby, etc.) though they were more contained by Hoover's FBI in the US.

To think they are not there is very naieve. They are there aplenty. My hunch is that there are also skillful propagandists/moles embedded in the wire services. There is some organization that trains them. It's not freelance stuff. The "street theater" of the "Palestinians" is a good example of their propaganda. The network is there and needs to be exposed. Moles are a problem in both government and media.

The PC on this is coming to an end. People are seeing reality re I-slam deception. For example, more people are aware that the "peaceful verses" of the Quran are meaningless since they are abrogated by later(chronological) verses that command that the Kuffir be converted to I-slam, killed or reduced to a Dhimmi status. (Later chronological verses in the Quran that contradict earlier verses (for example, wine is good, alcohol is banned) abrogate the earlier verse.)Times have changed since 911. The I-slam deceptions are not as effective anymore.

Find the moles in government and media and that will really put a crimp in the game of deception. Follow the money.

"Is the U.S. government infested with jihadist moles"?

Probably. It certainly isn't infested with intelligent people regarding jihadism, that's for sure.

A government that can call the Saudis and Pakistanis our 'great allies against terror' and meanwhile desperately seek the Mythical Moderate Muslim to work with them may be susceptible to infiltration. Just a wee bit.

I read the title of this thread and said, 'yes'. A few years ago when I started to read to answer my question 'why do they hate us', I read a book called 'Infiltration'.

Yes, they hire muslims to translate and you better believe they are as stooooopid today about islam/muslims as they have ever been. When I read that Condi and Bush are still thinking they can broker a peace deal with the Pals and Israel, or that Bush keeps spewing out that 'religion of peace' junk , I think this is getting sickening. How many more years of stupidity must we go through before the top guy gets it!? It starts from the top down.

The Pentagon, FBI/CIA, out politicians, media, universities - to name a few - just don't get it. No one of them are even bothering to ask themselves the same question that I asked, or to know their enemy, or anything!

And when I see/hear these people behave as if they are on top of the intelligence (meaning IQ) ladder - they make me want to puke.

Paul Sperry wrote a book about our situation, it's called Infiltration.

Is the government full of Islamic moles?

Would Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell be an ugly game of nude twister?

One more question. What exactly is a highly sensitive position in the Environmental Protection Agency? Someone who approves oil drilling in the USA that would get us off the ME gas pump?

If it ain't, I'll eat my hat!

dunno if the IC is infested per se, but one does see extremely liberally-minded individuals (as with the rest of fed.gov't) and yes, individuals in Islamic head-coverings in very sensitive areas. Personally, this worries me...

Despite the complaints and other red flags in his file, Abdel-Hafiz was kept on the job, and is still in the bureau after threatening to sue for Arab discrimination – a legal tactic that has protected other suspect Arab employees at the bureau.

And this is done by ignoring the various laws that call for equal protection under the law, enforcement of national security, and obstruction of justice.

This is a clear pattern here. Several Presidents have ignored their duty to protect the country from invasion (Mexican border), to protect citizens from harm (abortion), and so on.

Ignore reality. Ignore the law. Ignore the Constitution. If you pretend that it doesn't exist, if you ignore it, then you are in effect able to tacitly usurp authority.

The citizenry can't hold you to a bound requirement that apparently doesn't exist.

And I won't even mention the media's complicity in all of this. Sigh.

If the government fails to protect the people . . .

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

This amendment is designed to maintain the security of a free state--protect the people from tyranny--of government.

Is the government full of Islamic moles?

Do bears sh*t in the woods?

The FBI is the only part of the government left we can rely on to protect us from jihadists. Now, even the FBI is touched by the rot of dhimmitude and jihadist infiltration.

Why don't we just not hire Muslims for any "sensitive" positions at all? Why don't we stop all Muslim immigration, until some genius or computer program can figure out which Muslims seek to assimilate and which ones seek jihad or to just join subversive soft jihad organizations like CAIR as soon as they arrive?

What does the West gain out of Muslim immigrants? Any net gain to the economy? And cultural or social benefits? Any net benefit at all?

The West, in particular, Europe should at the very least put a temporary ban on immigration from Islamic countries. As many knowledgeable writers have demonstrated the ill-omens of immigration-jihad for the future and already here now. We can't allow "Eurabia" to happen. Moreover, any supporter of terrorism or individuals who espouse the overthrow of the gov't should be deported and/or jailed.

As far as the Intelligence Community is concerned here in the States (well, and elsewhere), I don't think we can trust 100% someone who takes their Islamic religion serious enough to observe its rituals (ie, wearing a hijab, growing a beard, ritual prayers during the day, washings/ablutions, etc..) If they're that far in, they would be at the least "conflicted" about their job. This is a conflict of interest for the IC, and unacceptable. In lieu of not hiring them at all, I would hope there is extra monitoring of people walking around Langley wearing hijabs, but as this latest story shows, perhaps not..

This is the typically political correctness that is rampant in the government today. Remember the 9/11 Commission with all it's recommendations. Well apparently none of them have been taken seriously. We are still in the same danger that we were prior to 9/11, and even spent thousands of tax payer dollars on a show commission. With all the supposedly educated politicians in this country,
I'm not how many read and comprehend the words spoken by terrorist leaders. All you have to do is read that and look at the history of the terrorist actions to predict what may be coming in the future.
Especially with a major general election next year. Remember in 2004, the train bombings in Spain and how it influenced their elections. You can believe that they will do some thing with the intent of influencing our next year. It's time our elected officials took the threat of Islamic Fundamentalism seriously, before another major terrorist strike occurs in the US

the commission was a whitewash...
especially with such notable neo-COMs as gorelick (sandy bergLer's assistant, who memo'd prohibition of CIA & FBI taliing to each other to begin with), and that pond scum richard ben-veniste (may as well have had stanley cohen there instead
http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=627
)

Purge the enemy within first...then the enemy without will be defeated much more easily...not "easy", just a LOT MORE easily.
