Nuradin Abdi Update. From the Associated Press:
COLUMBUS, Ohio — A judge on Tuesday sentenced a Somali immigrant to 10 years in prison for plotting to blow up an Ohio shopping mall with a man later convicted of being an Al Qaeda terrorist.
Nuradin Abdi, a cell phone salesman before his arrest, will be deported to Somalia after serving the sentence. U.S. District Judge Algenon Marbley imposed the sentence as part of a plea deal Abdi agreed to in July.
In a 20-minute statement to the court, Abdi's attorney Mahir Sherif said his client apologized to the people of the United States, the people of Ohio and the Muslim community.
One of those miraculous changes of heart precipitated by getting caught.
"He apologizes for the things he thought about and the things he talked about and the crimes he pleaded guilty to," Sherif said. "He wants to make it very, very clear that he does not hate America."
Yeah, sure, it's a swell place. It's just so full of infidel Americans.
The alleged plot was never carried out and Sherif long maintained Abdi was guilty at most of ranting about the United States' handling of the war in Afghanistan.
Abdi pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to provide material support for terrorists. Three charges were dropped as part of his plea deal; Abdi could have received 80 years in prison had he been convicted of all the counts he had faced.
After 5 or 6 years this muslim terrorist will get out of prison and then what?

We cannot provide trials for all muslims. And since all muslims are guilty of spreading islam, which is a destroyer of cultures, they should all be deported.
Someday, when you are all done dancing with muslims, playing their fancy word games, feeding on their lies and deceptions as if they were morsels of food for your ever so hungry and vigorous mind, when you are done wallowing in your own greatness for being able to expose the "bad" muslims from the "reformers", when you finally begin to understand that the mere act of engaging them is a display of weakness, then you will see what islam has done to your brain.

If he claims to love America so much, send him to Iraq where he can serve as a mascot shield for patrolling US combat forces.

this is not a criminal act! this is war. charge him with a war crime, a crime against humanity. at the least he is a serial killer in the making and was plotting mass murder on a grand scale. and he gets 10 years? out in 6-7, meanwhile earning himself plenty of new terror friends in jail and opening up a new cell when he returns home to somalia stronger and better equipped. or once back to somalia, given a new identity, a new passport and claiming refugee status in the UK.

In Toronto, there are dozens of highrises full of them, almost all on welfare, the cops constantly being called to break up the fights outside those highrises, the pregnant muslimahs towing several preschoolers around, the men hang around in coffee shops all day long chewing qat. And we need them here because . . . .?

You are right. Even in East Africa, Somalis are regarded as the pits. Along with Somalis in the pits, are Afghans and Kosovan Albanians, who have been allowed to come into the West enmasse. Even Arabs regards them as barbarians.
Will this Somali be deported? I hope so. And even if he is, he will soon find his way to Britain, which will be Islamic for all practical purposes.

(1) so the various church sponsors can feel all warm and tingly inside because they're doing "God's work" in helping the poor?
(2) so the police have something to do all day?
(3) so your taxes have some place to go, something to do? (you wouldn't want the money you earn to just stay in your pocket, would you?)
(4) so there's a surplus of non-English speaking taxi drivers?
(5) so citizens in the area get an up-close-and
personal view of the hell-on-earth that Islam creates?
(6) if the American guy had been successful, there would have been copycat bombings. (Of course, there still may be...) Think of the opportunities for updating aging infrastructure: New mall or bridge or school, rebuilt to the newest most-stringent building codes.

Muslims do not need to "hate" unbelieving infidels in order to kill them. They simply follow the Kuran's instructions... "Paradise is under the shade of the swords," after all.
The Somalis only recently began arriving in America in noticeable numbers--and, LOOK!!! They're ALREADY acting out their orders from al-Qaeda (Somalis are known to be foot soldiers of Ousamah bin Laden). Arguing that Somalis are diverse and not necessarily represented by al-Qaeda is a dead letter as that place is virtually 100% Islamic, and hardcore "fundamentalist" Islamic. That's all that is left of the place. And that's probably what America will be soon if we don't put the left-wingnuts out of business and stop Islam dead in its vile tracks in America.
