Nidra Poller has a roundup of the latest turn in this infamous fauxtography case at Pajamas Media (thanks to all who sent this in). She includes this quote from the indefatigable Richard Landes, who has pursued this case from the beginning:
Today Charles Enderlin presented in court the “rushes” of Talal abu Rahmah which the Judge had requested from him. And he presented an edited version in which he took out at least three minutes, and several scenes that I distinctly remember seeing. In the United States that’s called tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice, and perjury. In France, we’ll find out what it’s called.

With over 500,000 Muslims in So California there was concern that police should have intelligence that would give them insight into the potential threat from radicalized Jihadists in our midst.

These people made a fictional movie, and presented it as an authentic video. This is not the first 'movie' short made by Islamic 'movie makers', that are then presented as 'real' news.
The Al-Dura case may be the one that exposes Islamic 'movie making', for the fiction it is, and erase any semblance of credibility from future stage productions...

In my Old Country, the Soviet Union, I was an anti-Communist. But the so-called "free Western media" make the Soviet propagandists whom I once dispised look very good indeed. The Soviet propagandists did no harm. Everybody knew they were only saying what the government told them to say. But here, in the US and Europe, the vermin do unspeakable evil under the guise of "free independent media". Did you notice the total absence of media coverage of the trial? Thank God for the Internet! Thank God for JW, LGF and other websites! Without them we wouldn't even know the trial even took place. The bloggers are the only ones that keep the cowardly, lowly media Goebbelses from imposing the total blackout of truth on us! No wonder the Daily Mail and other media vermin keep snarling out at JW. The Daily Mail happens to be the same rag that shamelessly lied during the Kosovo war that the Serbs were dumping 1,000 dead Albanians a day into the Trepca mines. The verbal whoredoms, the totally brazen lies, the absolutely open brazen racism against the entire Serbian people displayed by the US and European media during that evil war that they so enthusiastically cheerleadered! I don't remember one single instance of the Soviet propaganda sinking to this level!

The next court date is scheduled for November 27th. Let's see how the French judges respond to this farce. The evidence is clear, but the case could still go either way.

I know precisely what are you talking about.
I grew up in communist Poland, but I don’t remember witnessing anything as sickening as the Global Journalist Whoredom’s war against the Serbs. I have never witnessed such a horrific campaign of lies, such enthusiastic stoking of hatred toward Serbs, such distortion of facts and, indeed, of history itself.
As you say, back under the communism the daily diet of lies was a part of our reality. We had to put up with it and we understood and forgave the people employed in both production and dissemination of lies. They, just like the rest of us, lived in jail and had to do their best to survive.
But the shameless, repugnant whores of the Western Free Media were absolutely free accomplices to the murder of truth. And God knows of how many Serbs.
What we see in France today is just another episode in the long history of Left's treason of our civilization.
Enderlin is a Jew who has no compassion for his own people. True you may dislike Sharon or the Likud people. But to take make a fictional movie that would have inevitably led to the death of innocents on your side shows the true nature of a Communist. And to lap to up you had the feral Western 'journalists' filing their reports from the comfort of some hotel in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, pouring petrol on the flames like some gleeful arsonists. Where is the Heironymous Busch who would paint these demons?
As for Ms Rosemary Woods I may be be wrong but hasn't it been shown that the missing 18 minutes consisted mostly of f-words; there was no smoking gun. President Nixon had wanted to spare his mother's ears. The comparison with France2 makes for good copy but is it accurate?

As it will now finally be clear that al-Dura was not killed by the IDF, but was killed by a film producer in order to "illustrate" such a murder in a commercial tv film for France 2, I wonder if it wouldn't be appropriate to charge Mr. Enderlin and the France 2 Management with the boy's murder?
