RAMALLAH, West Bank, Dec. 5 (AP) — Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, will ask foreign donors to provide $5.8 billion in aid, through 2010, nearly double the current level.Mr. Abbas says he needs help with a huge deficit run up in years of strife, but he is also promising to curb spending and stimulate economic growth.
The Abbas government will give its development plan for 2008 through 2010 to officials from donor countries in Paris on Friday, before a high-level donor meeting there on Dec. 17.
Seventy percent of the aid is to be used for continuing operating expenses, including $120 million a month for wages for public employees. Thirty percent is to be spent on development projects.
The government hopes to decrease its deficit gradually, stimulate the economy, including private investment, and to become less and less dependent on aid, said Samir Abdullah, the Palestinian planning minister.
“Our ultimate goal is to end economic stagnation,” he said, holding out hope for a balanced budget in six years, perhaps sooner if Israel moves fast to lift restrictions on trade and travel.

...I do not see Palestinians cleaning up the streets, playing with orphan children, building new libraries, developing profitable tourist activities, bringing opera, movies or other entertainment venues to the people, sponsoring gun buyback programs, finding and removing rockets, mines, and explosives from the hands of the killers....
...I do see violence, threats of violence, hate speeches and demands for money, demands for the removal of Christians and Jews, promises of death, honor killings, terror plots, riots, and mobs of people stuck on stupid.....

Are we to infer from this statement that the PA plans to outlaw Islam? I mean, after all, look at Arabia. They've got all those petrodollars piled up in Riyadh right alongside streets jammed with unemployed Moslem men who call themselves Saudis.

Nope. Like the irresponsible brats that they are they always blame others. After all, they are Illah's chosen people and they can do no wrong.
I have a big problem with this. With they doing so little for themselves to make a living - basically doing what their koran says to do and live off the kufir and their jizya payments and their labors - they will continue to do nothing except sit around and have more babies.
Now, wasn't the thing that if the dhimmi are making their jizya payments they are to leave us alone?! Oh, I forgot the part they are supposed to humiliate us daily for being kufir.

Alarmed Pig Farmer, one big reason why they have so many unemployed are due to so many getting their education in 'islam only' studies. It is also another reason why so many of them go on to become jihadists in other countries.
Right now, we hear that they are crying they are defeated - or are they since they are told that if they are outnumbered/outarmed they are to retreat and then try again another day - after they are rearmed and regrouped. With the muslim birth rate, and the number of muslim unemployed growing - it is their one avenue to do something and that is jihad.
They depend on the dhimmi to do any manual labor - or basically anything they feel they should not have to do because they are muslim. I don't see this changing at all. ONe time the saudis tried to get the youth to take other subjects and tried to bribe them with money to do so - no bites. They prefer the islamic studies even while seeing in their own communities the lack of jobs.
