The report of the sentences comes from Compass Direct News, which confirmed Rahman Kalahe was given 19 years, Agus Nur Huhammad was given 14 years and Yudi Heryanto 10 years after being found guilty of beheading Theresia Morangke and Yarni Samubue, 15, and Alfita Poliwo, 17, in an Oct. 29, 2005, attack.
A fourth girl attacked, Noviana Malewa, then 15, was seriously hurt but survived the machete attack.
As WND reported earlier, three militant Islamists earlier were given prison sentences of 14 and 20 years for their part in the girls' deaths.
Islamist Hasanuddin, the son-in-law of Islamist militant leader Adnan Arsal, reportedly has trained in the Philippines with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front. He said the attack on the schoolgirls was in revenge for Christians killing Muslims during the early stages of the sectarian conflict in Central Sulawesi.
Hasanuddin was given 20 years in prison for masterminding the attack and Lilik Purnomo and Irwanto Irano each got 14 years as accomplices.
Paul Estabrooks, of Open Doors USA told WND the sentences may appear light from a Western perspective. But he said in a culture dominated by Islam, it is a serious statement, and also will bring "some closure" for Christians in the region.
"The interesting thing is the timing," he said. "The last few Christmases have been pretty violent (in the region). … There is some concern this would inflame the sectarian violence of the area again."

How many times have we seen even the worst islamothugs freed to commemorate some moslem holiday? Usually after serving maybe 2-3 years of a 20+ year sentence?

Something ugly inside of me makes me think that if one of those girls had been my daughter that the men should have asked for longer sentences and should be avoiding any parole.
If I were a member of one of the girls' families, I would get even, but then that is how war begins.

I think Pakistan applied the same Islamic sentencing guidelines in dealing with Daniel Pearl's murderers after the reporter was beheaded. Because he was an infidel, the murderers were not eligible for the death penalty. In fact, the murderers taped Pearl saying that he was a Jew and had always been a Jew just before killing him. The beheading tape supported the defense at the sentencing phase. It proved that the person they beheaded was only an infidel Jew, therefore his Muslim executioners could not be put to death for the crime.
Meanwhile, there was someone in Pakistan who opined that Muhammed probably did not shave his pubes. He was sentenced to death for blasphemy.
This is the type of legal system our children and grandchildren can look forward to living under if we continue to remain blind to the threat of imposition of Sharia law following Islamic demographic expansionism and conquest.

The images of the corpses of those three teenage girls is permanently embedded in my mind. They still had their school bags by their sides. The beasts that killed them should of been beheaded in the same fashion and their corpses laid to sour in the Indonesian sun. That would be justice. But the Islamic justice amounts to a pat on the had and in my view sympathy for the sickness of the criminals.

Islam is akin to the KKK. They use beheading like lynching. Their courts are like the white racist courts in the Southern USA. If a black kills a white, he's a dead man. If a white kills a black, he might not even get charged, and if he does, he will not be executed.

I receive a couple of regular updates on the persecuted Church: "Barnabas Fund" and "Voice of the Martyrs." The recent VoM notes that some indigenous Indonesian Christian leaders just received 5 year sentences for praying for Muslims to become Christians.
Apparently a video of the prayer meeting was leaked to Muslim Organizations.
As the Worldnet article stated, 3 Roman Catholics where sentenced to a firing-squad on extremely dubious evidence of instigating riots earlier in the year.
Without doubt there are two standards at play in the Muslim world... and "the Muslim world" is moving into our neighbourhood now.
