But, Hirsi Ali is the best, no doubt. She's been there, she knows.
Geert is the man. He doesn't mince his words and cuts to the heart of the matter. He pulls no punches and does not equivocate or compromise at all. Hirsi Ali acknowledges a good version of Islam and sees it as reformable in terms of a non.literal interpretation of the Koran. This is a mistake. It is unreformable. Wilders has correctly identified the Koran as hate speech and wants it banned in Holland. His forthcoming short film to be broadcast on Dutch tv in January will focus on the violent, racist and intolerant verses and will therefore cause mass seething and gnashing of teeth and will almost certainly bring Kashmiri Rage Boy out of semi-retirement into a final act of public spontaneous combustion along with the rest of the worldwide self-imploding ummah. There was Charles Martel...and Pelayo...and Richard the Lionheart..and Jan Sobieski. And now Geert Wilders. May he succeed in his endeavour to save the Netherlands from abject dhimmitude and hopefully inspire the rest of dim-witted and cowardly Europe from sacrificing itself on behalf of Islamic supremacism.

The above "youtube" poster has some very good things to say about the Islamist problem in Britain, but I would not say that he's "anti-dhimmi" per se. He's more "anti-religion" than anything else.
In his rant "Was Jesus gay?," he includes (amongst other things) that Christianity is "an abomination."
Now, I understand that such atheists rile against religion due to supposed "irrationality" of believing in that which we cannot see, and the dim-witted nature of many who believe only because they were brought up to do so. It's one thing to be an atheist because you do not believe, but it is another to rile in the manner that this person does against that which he does not believe in. He becomes that which he detests.
Also, many of these atheists conclude (in a very irrational, ignorant fashion) that all evils (which cannot exist in a purely secular world) exist because of religion. This is preposterous. The very basis of all just civilization as we know it is a religous-based standard for human behavior and ethics that hold to the line that all human life is precious and created equal.
Without this, ethics would merely be human behavior that a consensis of the enlightened think is "fair" for everyone, and that it can be decided upon to kill certain people (regardless of age) if they become an inconvenience. Standards of human behavior would cease to exist. Really, any laws to govern how people ought to behave would have to be considered "tyrannical" in a purely secular existance.
I agree that the above "youtube" poster says some intelligent straight-forward and humorous things in what he says about the Islamists who are taking over his country, but when measured against what he rants against all religion, it simply becomes yet another anti-religous rant.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali has experienced things, from a very tender age that no one should ever have to experience. She's seen things that no one should have to see.
Yet, her manner is firm, while gracious. Her stand on Islam is offered in a soft, lucid voice, free of bitterness. She won't give up, give in, nor give out.

As mentioned above, I am greatly encouraged with anti-dhimmi actions taken by those brave souls while holding political or religious office - such as Geert Wilders, Pope Benedict XVI and Cardinal George Pell.
My vote, this year went to Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
This is a runaway train, as expected.
Pat Condel doesn't know Islamofascisim from any other "religious belief." It seems to me that they're all the same to him.
If Christianity is "an abomination" to him, then he cannot be considered in a universal community of anti-dhimmis as a friend to it.
Now, I have no problem with atheists. If someone does not believe in God or the spiritual realm, but is still rational enough to believe that it behooves humanity to hold to religious-based standards for behavior, then I have no problem with him. However, if he's a village idiot, sitting on top of a wall spewing insults toward God and those who believe in him, then I do.
Pat Condel is such a village idiot, regardless of his apparent intellect. He rails against those who believe in God, when such activities, in a purely rational and logical sense, are irrational and illogical. He and people like Christopher Hitchens manage to say the right thing once and awhile, but too often they themselves bite the hands and arms of those who would otherwise embrace them, and those who would ask them to join in the fight against Islamofascism.
The fact of the matter is that it is the very post-Christian, secularly liberal society that Mr. Condel no-doubt loves and celebrates that has contributed to Europe's coming destruction more than anything else. Rather than ranting against everyone equally, he needs to see the murderous predator staring him in the face, and find other people who notice him too.

Martin Amis? A true oddity, him. His old man Kingsley was a true great in the fiction novel biz, and his son Martin fully measured up to his old man. I'm off to google now, excited to see whether Martin is the real thing on the anti-Dhimmi stage, one much more dangerous than the black comedy novel stage.
Haven't read Martin in 15 yrs. Maybe that was a mistake.

About Pat Condel. Regardless of his view on religion, and I agree he doesn't qualify for Anti-Dhimmi, you have got to love the British style of bitchin'. Elegant. The only sad thing about the voting is that someone has to lose. But if we don't have winners and losers we have a worthless society of mediocrity.
For those wondering about the inclusion of Martin Amis, he has been at the centre of a huge row in Britain this past few months as a result of some remarks he made last year about "an urge" he felt to make Muslims "suffer until they force their children to stop killing us". He was attacked a couple of months ago by Marxist Professor Terry Eagleton for being a "racist", and hit back, saying that Islamic societies are "less evolved" than western ones, and that "there's something wrong with the Islamic clock". It's been very lively, with heavyweights piling in on both sides. Tremendous fun. He was due to have a debate with Eagleton, but Eagleton didn't show up.

I am not a Catholic, but I feel that the Pope did more to bring the attention of the average Joe out there to the insanity of Islam.
This is partially because he is in a spotlighted position to do so. But like other Koran kissing Popes he could have phoned it in and he didn't.
He stood up and pointed out the lack of reason.
And continued to do so when confronted. I don't think we have seen the last of his anti-dhimmi actions.
Hirsi Ali does a great job but I'm afraid it's mostly to the choir.
