I held the voting for the Dhimmis and Anti-Dhimmis of the Year 2007 in mid-December as usual, and have been holding off announcing the winners until I received a Cox and Forkum cartoon depicting them receiving their awards, as we had in [1] 2006 and [2] 2005, and as they had told me a few weeks ago that they would produce for 2007 also. However, I just received word that Cox and Forkum have decided not to get the cartoon to us after all, so I will announce the winners now:

American Dhimmi of the Year 2007: JIMMY CARTER, for the second year in a row.

Dhimmi Internationale 2007: KEN LIVINGSTONE and EHUD OLMERT.

Anti-Dhimmi Internationale 2007: AYAAN HIRSI ALI.

American Anti-Dhimmi of the Year 2007: MARK STEYN.

Congratulations to all the winners. I suspect that, sans illustration, this is our last annual contest, unless we can find someone else to do it, so now back to our more serious and regularly scheduled programming.
