TEHRAN (Reuters) - Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Saturday the United States would not be able to bring Iran to its knees in a row over sensitive nuclear work the West suspects is aimed at making bombs.Khamenei also told the visiting head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog that Iran's nuclear file should be handled by the International Atomic Energy Agency not the U.N. Security Council, which has imposed two rounds of sanctions on Tehran.
"There is no justification for Iran's case to remain at the U.N. Security Council," official media quoted Iran's most powerful figure as telling IAEA head Mohamed ElBaradei.
ElBaradei met Khamenei and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad during a two-day visit to Tehran to push for more cooperation in resolving questions about Iran's atomic activity, which the United States fears will be used to make warheads.

No doubt - since lying to the infidel IS permissable & encouraged. This point is proven by many incidences in the life of Mohammed. He often lied and instructed his followers to do the same. Exactly where in Shari'a is the use of nuclear weapons discussed? Allah did not mention them. Had Mohammad had them, he certainly would have used them. I don't see any mention of nuclear weapons in The Quran or any hadith I have read. Of course I have not read all hadith. Then there is the whole issue of a nuke fireball. Muslims are not supposed to burn anyone, that is Allahs punishment as confirmed by Abu Abbas:
'Ikrimah said: 'Ali burned some people who retreated from Islam. When Ibn 'Abbas was informed of it, he said: If it had been I, I would not have them burned, for the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Do not inflict Allah's punishment on anyone, but would have had killed them on account of the statement of the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him). The Apostle said: Kill those who change their religion.
According to that, it's against Islam to blow up people in Iraq or anywhere if fire (Allah's Punishments) is involved. It's fine to cut or shoot, but don't burn. Allah gets to do all the burning. So to get really picky, it is an act of apostasy for a suicide bomber, to explode in fire, it is also an act of apostasy to set off a nuke.
In this case the Ayatollah might be right.

How about I call it the way i sees it.
There will be no livable area in Iranian Cities in 50 years. Israel is going to unleash, outwardly, one of these days. It will be settled pretty quickly so don't dispair all you herein. Bin Laden can only fantasize about the power that little Israel holds over his brethren.

As early as 1993, Osama bin Laden offered $1.5M to buy uranium for building a nuclear device. When he was asked in 1998 if he had nuclear or chemical weapons, he responded: "Acquiring weapons for the defense of Muslims is a religious duty. If I have indeed acquired these weapons, then I thank God for enabling me to do so."
So which is it: a religious duty, or a violation of Sharia law?
I guess Osama Bin Laden does not follow the Khamenei non-nuclear outlook on Sharia either, as he and his minions seek the atomic material.
