NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A Nashville cab driver will serve six years in prison for trying to run down one of his passengers after an argument over religion.Ibrahim Seikh Ahmed pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault for the incident last year that left a man with a fractured leg and broken pelvis.
The victim was a man visiting with a friend from Ohio, and the two had taken a cab ride on their way home from downtown. The argument apparently started over Judaism.
Another murderer/butcher/beheader (MPBUH)for the religion of PEACE AND LOVE bites the dust. At least this one didn't succeed, this time.....
Other religions run over infidels with their taxicabs! This is just another "misunderstanding" of Islam.

Another incident involving an easily enflamed Muslim, who by his own admission, has problems controlling his anger. If he is not a citizen, hopefully, he can be deported after he does his time in prison. This man probably came from a Muslim-majority country. In those countries, Muslims learn to be superior, the men even more than the women, and do not like be challenged, particularly by non-Muslims, who are always expected to play the dhimmi role. Most Muslim males, obviously, are not taught to control basic emotions either, like anger and lust, despite spending five times a day on their prayer rugs.

No. The argument was not "over Judaism." It was over the enthusiastic endorsement, by the cabbie, of mass Hitlerian murder.
According to the "Nashville City Paper, the cabbie said Hitler was "a good man because he was "trying to rid the world of Jews." His passengers replied "if you are going to live in a country like yours, you are going to have to tolerate other peoples' beliefs."
Then, after they paid their fare and left the cab, the Muslim cabbie tried to run them down.

The reason it isn't a hate crime because Jews were targeted and not Muslims. Now if the roles were reversed the MSM would be all over it and the Left would hold massive protests and candle light vigils. Democratic politicians would grandstand and pontificate and laws passed against Jewish cabbies.
Why no mention of deportation? Even if he is a U.S. citizen, he should be deported. Think imprisonment is going to reform him? You can look for more trouble from this uy somewhere down the road.

If it were an armed policeman, the driver would be justifiably 6 feet under instead of a mere 6 years in the hole. TN has lost two officers to Vehicular Homicide and I'll bet they don't mess around.
There is a designation under TN law for ATT (attempt to commit) VEHICULAR HOMICIDE but it sounds like there was a plea made to treat this "sudden Jihadist" favorably with the mere vehicular assault designation. As if he was intoxicated and not in full control of his faculties (T.C.A. '39-13-106).

This is exactly what I was interested in: what exactly was the conversation? And now that we know a little more about it, how is a conversation about whether Hitler is a good man for mass-murdering Jews an "argument over Judaism"? How can that characterization possibly be defended as accurate? This anonymous Nashville reporter's coverage is infuriating.
Yes, special-guest - instead of writing 'the argument apparently started over Judaism' the reporter could have written something like - 'the passengers had rejected the cabbie's praise of Hitler's Final Solution', or 'it seems the cabbie was angered by his passengers' refusal to praise Hitler's Final Solution'.
A general note inspired by this story.
Perhaps Gentiles here who support Israel's right to exist and to defend herself, and who oppose all forms of antisemitism, should obtain a Star of David brooch, signet ring, lapel pin (or earring?) to wear publicly at all times. I suggest a brooch or pin rather than a pendant because Christians, and members of other faiths such as Hinduism, may already be wearing a pendant with the symbol of their own religion.
(Can one obtain suitable bumper-stickers, also?)
We should have no illusions: even in our own non-Muslim lands, that decision to identify with the Jews and with Israel may expose us to an attack such as these two young men suffered.

This cab drive evidently doesn't have any idea what this country is all about. From his behavior, we can assume that he came here believing that he could conduct himself the same as if he were in Cairo, Bagdadh or Islamabad.
What in hell is our immigration authorites thinking of? I wonder if it ever occured to them to explain to new immigrants that this is a new country, and that they had better banish any thoughts of bringing the old country with them.
This might not be necessary for European Immigrants. They come from civilized and cultured socities that already understand the rules of a civilized society, but Muslim immigrants normally hale from morally and cultually primitive socities that still operate under the rules of the seventh century. And in the case of this Somalian cab driver, the seventh century would be considered positively modern. In Solalia, a flush toilet is as mysterious to an atomic reactor.
Obviously I'm mistaken in believing that our immigration policies are geared to bringing people to this country that have something to contribute to the economic or intelectual welfare of the country.
Then, perhaps, there's a shortage of Muslim cab drivers especially skilled at driving over people that don't share their twisted ideas about Jews.
