Helmand's deputy governor, Pir Mohammad, was killed in the blast, said Nisar Ahmad, a provincial health official.
The blast killed five other people and wounded 11, Ahmad said....

Yes. Westerners treat mosques as absolutely sacrosanct, even though hate and jihad are so often preached there, and mosques have even been used to give terrorists sanctuary, and even as weapons caches.
But many Muslims hardly treat mosques in the same manner, not if said mosques belongs to a sect that might differ doctrinally in any small manner from the bomber's version.
And even this may not be the case above--this was just perceived as a vunerable time--at prayer--to target a political figure for assassasination.
They killed this man--Helmand's deputy governor, Pir Mohammad--while he was at *prayer*. Why is there no outcry from Muslims? Why isn't this considered a sin?

This incident gives the lie--once again--to the notion that all the infidels of the world could "find peace" if only they would convert to Islam. As horrifying as the toll of Muslim violence has been of recent years on non-Muslims, it pales before what Muslims have done to each other.
Apparently this one successfully navigated that dangerous trip down the stairs with the vest on.
So long as they blow up each other - who cares.
This type of internal strife wihtin islam shoud be encouraged by our intelligence assets ont he ground. Destroying each other is our best hope of victory.

Pretty amazing that somehow infidels aren't being blamed for this sort of thing. Given Koranist propensities for belief in wacky conspiracy theories one would think that headlines all over the ummah would say "Zionist agent blows up mosque" or something to that effect.

In other words, victims of mass murder.
I was about 50 yds away when the blast occurred and was able to go inside the mosque and see the blood and flesh plastered all over the walls. As a Christian, I look at things through a Christian and biblical lens. Folks, we are experiencing Spiritual Darkness and a satanic influence in it's finest hour. When a snake (satan) is about to strike, you cut it's head off. If we, as a nation, don't wake up now and cut the head of the snake off, the snake is going to be at our door step -- like it has already slithered in to European culture. Why, we as a nation, allow those that are a part of this satanic culture (the culture of Mohammad) attain such prominent positions within our military and federal gov't is a sign that we have indeed forgotten who we are -- One Nation Under (the One True) God. We are going to pay dearly. If we continue down this path and send someone to the White House with Marxists views that believes "It Takes a Village" our demise will be quickened.
