PARIS - Morocco's government said it has dismantled a terrorist network that had plotted to assassinate Cabinet ministers and members of the North African kingdom's Jewish community.
Authorities believe the network has links to al-Qaida and local terror groups, the official MAP news agency reported Wednesday night. A total of 32 people were arrested in sweeps this week, Moroccan newspapers said.
Morocco also has banned an Islamist political party, Al Badil Al Hadari, because some members were linked to the network, MAP said, citing the interior minister.

Gold jewelry stolen in Belgium was melted down by a goldsmith who belonged to the network and then sold, it said.

The notion that "embracing Islam" makes people safe from jihad attacks by Muslims is utter (and deadly) nonsense. Muslims slaughter each other with impunity under shari'aat (also have a look at the bloody and long-standing Shia-Sunni conflict). And, in the Qur'an, Muhammad even instructs Muslim communities to prey upon each other!
Muhammad was an accomplished, pathological liar who ALSO said that "war is deception." He never really made it absolutely clear WHEN it is that the war in the name of Islam really ends. Islam is a war against humanity just as much as it is a war against "unbelievers." So I imagine this dude just kept right on lying to his loyal and murderous Islamic puppets 'until his last day.'

Saudi Columnist Laments Expulsion of Christians from Arab Countries
The cynic in me thinks Muslims are realizing that after driving out Jews and Christians, they will be left to run the whole shebang all by themselves with no one to blame and no one to extort the jizya from. (a few excerpts):

Stories like this make one wonder whether there is very much difference between straight-down-the-line Quranic Islam, and entities such as the Mafia, the Triads and the Thuggees?
The original Quran-Sira-Hadith 'program', if devoutly followed to the letter, seems to produce a rich and flourishing crop of thieves, fraudsters and murderers, with dismal regularity.
Just going by what I know of historic Muslim rulers (as compared to, say, the Kings of England or even the Tsars and then the communist despots of Russia, or the notoriously violent and corrupt late Roman Emperors) the sheer numbers and mind-boggling psychopathy of the despots [great or small, whether caliphs or petty local war-lords] produced by the Empire of Islam appears to exceed, quite noticeably, the 'reigning psychopath' production record of other cultures.
In the prisons non-Muslim thieves, fraudsters, drug pushers and murderers gravitate to Islam like flies to honey ; one imagines because they sense that whereas other religions, like Christianity, or Buddhism, demand self-restraint and self-knowledge, i.e. Not Doing Bad Things to Other People, in the Mohammed Mob everything they've been doing is fine, they can keep right on doing it, just so long as they do it to the designated victims (i.e. Infidels; or if there are no Infidels to do it to, then to 'bad Muslims' - and it is easy as pie to reclassify someone you want to hurt, or who has something good you wish to steal, as a 'bad Muslim', all you need is to invent a charge of apostasy, or blasphemy, or being friends with Infidels, or 'immorality').
