Swedish government mulling using state funds to train imams

is 2027 the number which muslim youths have on their T Shirts in Stockholm? It's the year they expect to become a majority in Sweden.

While they are at it, I'd like the Swedish Government to fund a training course for my religion which involves ritual heterosexual copulation, bacon and beer.

It has been suggested that radical Muslims from Saudi Arabia are offering to provide imams for free, and a lack of money means that moderate Muslims who want to set up a mosque don't have any alternatives.

Why use kufir money to fund the training of more imams and the building of more mosques?

Why not skip ahead a few steps, and just build training camps for the jihadis?

Or wait, here's a radical idea: how about not allowing Saudi Arabia or other foreign governments to build mosques that preach venomous hatred and violence towards non-Muslims?

Here we go again -- the people Muslims hate most -- the dirty stink infidels, are setting themselves up as the Protestants movement of Islam. This gesture belies an arrogance and a stupidity that has perhaps never been matched in human history.

I take some comfort in the notion that such insanity cannot go on forever. But one must wonder, when the crack pot lunacies of the West viz. Islam finally collapse in utter failure, will it be too late for us to salvage what is left of our wonderful beautiful magnificent infuriating societies?

Sweden , a country that choose neutrality rather than confront the Nazi "final solution" , who let the German fleet unimpeded through its waters so Germany could invade Norway, a country that is a defacto one party state with an oppressive semi-dictatorial socialism that seeks utopian ends through social engineering and deconstruction. And is therefore , by historical example , on the road to Hell. If they want to knowingly feed the cockcoo then they are truly lost.

In the end it will be a choice between "Belsen" and "Beslan" which is not a choice at all.

The progress here in a somewhat convoluted sense is that even the socialists in Sweden see the problem of Radical Islam. They seem to have understood that the Imams supplied by Saudi Arabia are of the "radical" variety. What they have yet to understand is that the Mahometans do not have a seperation of church and state, where each has its own sphere of influence.

A type of seperation could be cobbled together if one were to look at Mohams teachings as of two seperate parts, the one part is before Mo siezed power, where he was crying for tolerance of his own fledgling movement, and the second part where he assumed power and began the massacres and pillaging, and where practically every part of his early inspirations were abrogated by his later inspirations.

Of course such a cobbling together would be an innovation and would not be Islam as it was handed down from the first mass murderer to his descendants.

But hope springs eternal in the human breast, so the hope is to find a kinder gentler Islam. It is hard to do without ignoring many things that are emphasized in the primary sources.

As I said earlier:

Rather than funding more Islam of the "right kind" to offset Islam of the "wrong kind" (when in fact there is only one Islam in terms of how it treats non-Muslims), we should stem Islam in Dar al-Harb, period.

You specified "extremist wahabbi islams"; is there a "moderate wahabbi islam"? are "extremist non-wahabbi islams" such as Iranian Shi'ism any better?

I think that pols who might be tempted to think that they can bring in the voters by offerring them some appeasements or concessions should mull over the fact that Islam while a religion is also a political party.

Islam will make common cause with any other party but remember that any treaty or truce is only in force as long as it confers some benefit on Islam as defined by the Ulema. As soon as Islam may, it will shuck off any other party it concieves of as less pure.

I think that such parties as socialists who see citizens as clients for their services may be missing that the virtue of gratitude is not one that is transferable to those who are not politically correct according to Islam.

The western concept of an evolving or growing understanding does not transfer to a culture which sees 7th century mecca as being the ideal and plumbline for history.

The conceptual irony in that outlook is that while Islam claims that Mo was the last prophet, the best of all, to attempt to organize a society without its prophet linchpin means that there must always be a falling short of the ideal.

Back before the taliban were driven from power mulea Omar wore the prophets cloak, which should have excited real indignation among Musselmen, was Omar saying that he was worthy to wear the prophets cloak? Is that not blasphemy to make Omar or Osama or any other power grabber equal to the prophet?

Like I said it must be extremely frustrating to belong to Islam, where though there is no mention of them in the quran there is a clergy called the ulema that is every bit as jealous of its power and privileges as were the priests of medieval europe. Where those men who read the quran must not engage their own understandings lest they favor what is not favored by muslim clergy, or that they even worse start to understand the whole self serving nature of mos revelations.

I think that Muslims may be able to accept some democracy, since the prophet is absent, but as in the west, the main obstacle to representative democracy are the religious elites. No wonder so many evils come flying out of the mosques.
