Uh Oh he's threatening his bothers with Allah, must be getting desperate. And he correctly identifies the two prime components of war, men and money.
The west is doing fairly well at holding back the tide of men/jihadists, but is dragging it's feet on the money. In fact the wests attitude about the money weapon is very schizophrenic. They arrest and prosecute funders of terrorism on one hand, while funding, (No, I did not say 'fondling' but that may apply as well), and kissing them on the other.
How much of US/wests taxpayers money/equipment has found it's way into terrorist hands? I don't know, but it's lots. The money weapon is the most critical, without that terrorists can't afford the bus fare to America, or across town in Gaza.
The best way to defeat Islam is not by killing, or law, or religious reasoning. The way to peace with Islam is to keep it broke. A shoe less terrorist is a disarmed terrorist, it is very hard to jihad barefoot. It makes them easy to spot except at the beach. 'I got shoe's, you got shoe's, all Allah's jihadi's got shoes'...'Plunk your magic twanger Froggy'...Take the shoes away from the terrorist and what do you have...sore feet.
