A RADICAL Islamist magazine pushing anti-Israeli sentiments is being sold on university campuses in Sydney, but the organisation believed to be behind the booklet, Hizb ut-Tahrir, is refusing to acknowledge its role in the publication.
The idialogue [sic], a 42-page glossy magazine, was yesterday being sold to students as they left Friday prayers at the University of Technology Sydney, the University of NSW and the University of Sydney.
But the young men peddling the magazine refused to say who or what organisation is behind the publication.
"Read it for yourself," was the only comment they would make.
The Sydney-based media officer for Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wassim Doureihi, is writing for the magazine, and other members of Hizb ut-Tahrir are involved in its production.
However Mr Doureihi has refused to return calls from The Weekend Australian.
The magazine is to be published quarterly and has a cover price of $3.50.
The first edition opens with a message from the editorial team which says in part "we launch this initiative at a time when strong political messages should not be shied away from by the Muslim community ... and the ideological onslaught against Islam is evident on every level of society".
The magazine pushes a strong anti-Israeli message focusing on the issue of the Palestinian territories, saying "the holiest of Islamic lands is in the hands of the unholiest - the illegal and illegitimate state of Israel".
It also reproduces a 1935 fatwa issued by the religious scholars of Palestine against the selling of lands to Zionists.

The role of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the radicalisation of young Muslims was revealed last year when four of the seven suspects in failed terror attacks on London and Glasgow were found to have had links to a Hizb ut-Tahrir cell in Cambridge.
A research paper produced last year in Australia warned the organisation was a conveyor belt for extremists.

time for some thinking Christian students on the University of Sydney campus and Uni of NSW campus to team up with Zionist Jewish students and faculty (there must be SOME) and create quality leaflets offering 1. Oriana Fallaci's article "On Jew-Hatred in Europe" (with its resounding peroration - 'I stand with Israel, I stand with the Jews) and 2. key passages from Martha Gellhorn's devastating 1961 article, 'The Arabs of Palestine'. Benny Morris's essay, 'The Second Holocaust Will Not Be Like the First', could also be circulated. Tack up around campus the complete text of the Hamas charter - highlighting or bolding such things as its approving citation of the 'Protocols' highlighted, and the aggressive Quran quotes, and its totalitarian world conquest aims. Make copies of the Pact of Omar, re-titled 'The Rules for Dhimmis, or, Religious Apartheid: how sharia law oppresses non-Muslims in Islamic states', add some choice illustrative historic examples from Bat Yeor and Andrew Bostom, and tack THOSE up.
Even better: find a group brave enough to make a large banner with Fallaci's name and face, raise it, and under it, read her splendid piece out loud in the main quadrangles of both universities, at midday, first in Italian, then in English.
The final paragraph needs to be declaimed:

Were I living in Sydney, I would do it myself: I would get one of those little milk crates and go sit on it, under the jacaranda in the Main Quad, I would wear my cross - and a Star of David - and I would read Signora Fallaci's text, and hand out copies. Please,if there is somebody reading this who is studying or teaching at Sydney, or at UNSW, if you are concerned about the on-campus jihad, and in particular, the threat to Australia's Jewish community...can *you* do this? Are you game?

We need indeed to stand up against this - everywhere, because this is something the governments in Western Countries are doing or proposing to do right across the board.
Government leaders are more frightened of threats of violence by jihadist groups, because they are amorphous and cannot be predcited by governmetn departments.
So they try and silence all those who would be able and willing to nip such activities in the bud, namely the ordinary citizens of their countries.
The reason is that they are even more frightened by what they regard as 'vigilante actions'.
They do not grasp the fact that such actions would not be neccessary in the first place if they did their duty, protect the indigenous population and deport all members of all jihadist groups, regardless of their 'citizenship'.
It must be obvious by now that anybody who works to establish an islamic republic in any state has forfeited the right of citizenship.

Yes it is wrong to use terrorism to clamp down on our civil liberties. At first I wasn't concerned about it, but I now see it a little differently.
It seems to me these clamp-downs affects us more than the jihadis. No one has the guts to stand up to them so they, the govt, are trying to look like they are actually doing something for us, when in fact they are taking things away.

We in the West have to get past the idea that these are just a few troublemakers or extremists who don't represent, or won't be supported by, Muslims in the West. Even when people don't actively seek a revolution most will go along with it when it comes. If it reaches fruition, they'll want to be on the winning side.

Statement of Facts and Issues
1.Jews are barred from buying land: Jews are prohibited by the Palestinian Authority (PA) to buy land from Arabs both in Israel, as well as, in the West Bank and Gaza. The PA issues death warrants to Arabs that sell to Jews and are executed by the PA whether they are in Israel, Palestine, or any other country. Arab real estate agents are similarly killed. Before execution, sellers and Real Estate agents are first tortured to reveal the identities of all persons involved in the transactions. 3.Price of Land for American Jews is greater: Land sold to American Jews is usually more than ten times the price sold to American Christians or Muslims.
4.Jews are barred from Use and Occupancy of land they purchased: American citizens may purchase and have use and occupancy of land and houses in Palestinian jurisdictions as long as they are not
Jewish. Groups of Jews bought land over 25 years ago and as a result of the Wye Agreement are barred from stepping foot on their land.
5.Jews are barred from building on land they purchased: The Roadmap, by creating a “freeze” on Jewish settlement, permits American Muslims or Christians to build their primary residence or vacation homes, but prohibits American Jews to build a home on land they purchased many years ago.
6.Jews are evacuated forcibly from their property with no compensation.
