We would not have the same response if someone shoots the bible because we do not hold any book as our leader. Our holy books are only guides. Yet we would be offended if anyone shoots at our leaders, especially at the commander in chief.

I heard on NPR (I know but we're in a limited market) that the Afghan government is going to ask for an additional 3 Billion dollars for reconstruction next week (or maybe this week).
So is the trial of this soldier going to be part of the discussion? It should be along the lines of "you think you can dictate to us how to handle our troops and then have the balls to ask for more money?"
We should just tell them to get their reconstruction funds from their fellow muslims. But I'm guessing we'll be good Dhimmis and give them the money and put the soldier on trial.
To be honest, I can't figure out what is being RE-constructed since nothing was constructed under the Taliban in the first place. (actually they did plenty of de-construction).

Yeah, good idea, I hadn't thought of that. Although, since it is the most friendly country in the UNIVERSE, maybe we should put some smiley-faces on the nukes before we send them.
Does this mean that Obama will not be allowed to send more forces to Afcrapistan? You know, saving them from Bushes mistakes. The Land where a great many of our "friends" do about as well as they do in Lebanon.
